Esto no es de 4 estrellas, se quejó del estado del baño que cayó en oídos sordos, si el gerente no le gusta la mirada de usted te pegarán en el sótano de gangas, estoy teniendo quimioterapia y radioterapia que todavía nos atascó en una habitación que era repugnante. El gerente no respeta a las mujeres en absoluto.

Bonito hotel a unos diez minutos a pie de la estación de tren y a unos 15 minutos a pie de los puertos cerca de la habitación del centro de la ciudad era agradable, limpio y ordenado fantástico desayuno, un montón de diferentes cosas para tener Lewis en la cubierta delantera era muy impresionante y ayudó a una buena base antes de unirse a su barco.

Llegué al hotel después de pasar la noche en la ciudad por mi cumpleaños de 21 años, invité a mis amigos a tomar una copa o dos mientras esperaban su taxi. El gerente no les permitió entrar en nuestra habitación o en el hotel en absoluto. Así que tuvimos que esperar afuera. Cuando yo y mi amigo que se alojaba conmigo entró en nuestra habitación, después de tener problemas con nuestra llave. Encontramos una vieja viruta crujiente en el escritorio detrás de la televisión, he trabajado en limpieza y esto es inaceptable! estaba en un lugar visible! Una de las camas tenía un bicho debajo de las almohadas y nuestra televisión le faltaba un control remoto. Hay una corriente de aire desagradable que viene a través a pesar de que las ventanas están cerradas. ¡La tabla de hierro está sucia! Ni siquiera me pondría mi ropa sucia allí. Y se puede oír cada ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. Pagué 80 libras por mi noche aquí y no creo que hubiera pagado 20 libras por mi experiencia aquí. Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas estoy muy sorprendido con la falta de cuidado y esfuerzo puesto en nuestra estancia. No volveré aquí de nuevo.

Excelente servicio, personal amable, muy servicial para todas las solicitudes. Uno de los empleados, Vijay, hizo todo lo posible para proporcionar un excelente servicio. Fuimos muy amables y siempre nos cuidaron. ¡Gracias Vijay! Si venimos aquí de nuevo traeré un sombrero de Hawaii para ti.

A fantastic stay at The Leonardo, Southampton on a two night break to Paultons Park. The most helpful staff, special mention to the friendliest check in from Lewis and great Bar service from Rowan, who made sure we had a bottle of milk both nights for our grandson. Hotel is obviously newly refurbished downstairs and the areas are bright and modern. Bar food was very tasty and a reasonable price, breakfast was plentiful. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable but bathrooms need a revamp as a little dated but functional. Would we stay here again, absolutely!

Stayed here as part of a Peppa Pig World break, the hotel facilities were good, nice restaurant etc but room was awful - stain on the carpet where someone had clearly been sick seen when we moved the bed over slightly that hadn’t been cleaned, then after telling reception various times that heating wasn’t working (on top of the windows being wide open when we went in so it was freezing..) and being sent a portable heater that my two year old could put her hands in.. we ended up having to move rooms, luggage and two sleeping kids at 9pm at night. Still chasing the hotel for the refund they said promised. We’ve stayed at the Botley hotel previously which was so much better and wouldn’t come back here

We stayed one night twice, over 17 days, earlier this month at this edge of city place. We arrived and left by taxi as it's a city that really is determined not to encourage cars/parking. Its council sure ain't visitor friendly. Drivers who park in this ugly, drab city centre are being robbed blind. All the hotel staff we encountered were ace over and over. We enjoyed both stays, with the 11th floor room much better than the 4th floor room. The latter was cold (we got a heater from reception) it was a bit grubby, basic and a bit worn out but entirely functional. The prices were pretty fair so my five star review is based on price paid both nights and deserved. The breakfasts on both days were really very good indeed and I hit a first - English crumpets in the bread basket - so I had to have one well toasted with butter. It was real tasty. Only one mind. I needed a few things done in both visits being particularly demanding on 2nd stay and both reception and bar staff met all my pushy needs and they came up trumps every time. I was really impressed. We hope we will stay here again and we'll be looking forward to it and if I do I will ferret out the bread basket for more crumpets. Might even try two next time. Highly recommend this value for money place.

The receptionist was good, other staff not as welcoming. The hotel is on a major raoundabout, parking is away from the hotel and a bit of a walk but nothing too major. The rooms are dated and need a spruce up. I probably wouldnt stay here again, there are better options about but it is an acceptable hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel very close to the very to the Isle of Wight. Even better they offer free parking. The car park next door is something like £5 for an hour or two. Total rip off. Back to the hotel. Friendly staff clean room with all the mod cons. Coffee machine etc. only disappointing thing was the blowers from the sports centre next door were really loud. Bed was huge and comfortable and the products in the bathroom were lovely and carbon neutral too so a bonus. The hotel is next to the shopping centre so it’s easy to go there and eat.

Nice hotel and restaurant very good. Staff polite enough but receptionist not bothered too much. Rooms were clean and pleasant stay. Food was good standard. Only downside - no on site parking which would make a world of difference. Would love to stay again but parking situation very off putting

Got upgraded to executive room because regular double I'd booked wasn't available. The bee's knees, couldn't fault it. (fire alarm did go off briefly (twice) in middle of night, with flashing blue lights in room, unless I dreamt it! but obviously false alarm and went back to sleep immediately in huge comfortable bed, found alarm system reassuring in a funny sort of way, but I'm sure other guests who couldn't get back to sleep would have another view! But didn't have the heart to complain when excelled in everything else and had a really great stay. Presume it's been refurbished since negative reviews on here from year or two back because my personal experience was that everything was spot on from quality of furnishings etc to staff attentiveness, great stay!

We booked 2 of their conference rooms for our church’s Sunday service and Christmas party. Louisa was very prompt with her responses to our queries and very patient as we organise the number of attendees etc. - Thank you. On the day, the chairs in the rooms were arranged as requested and the snacks and lunch were ready on time. We had the festive menu at the restaurant and everyone loved the food! I also want to mention Thomas & his team from the restaurant. He worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly during lunch. The kids had their food (a la carte) at the same time as the adults who had buffet, he checked on everyone and they also helped us surprise a birthday celebrant within our group. This is the third time we’ve utilised their conference rooms and we will come back again for sure.

Hotel suggest on website using loading bay outside to unload luggage before driving to nearby parking. I decided to do this due to being on my own with a severely disabled child and a toddler. Loading bay has a 15 minute limit. I struggled in with both kids, not even getting son’s wheelchair out of car due to extra time this would have taken. I waited to check in, raced up to room with one heavy bag and then rushed back to car. No offer of help by staff. Apparently overstayed by 5 minutes as it’s ANPR when you come in entrance and leave exit, not how long you’re actually in the bay. Despite details of loading bay limits being pinned on wall of hotel they deny any link with parking management company when you get a fine! Requested land owner details so could appeal to them but hotel fobbed us off saying Southampton Council. Council do not use ANPR to endorse loading bays and have confirmed to us they do not use private parking companies. Emails to hotel since, trying to establish owner details have all been ignored. Poor customer service.

We had a very short stay here prior to our family trip to Peppa Pig World. We arrived around 7pm on the Tuesday and left around 9am on the Wednesday. It was just a place to stay for the night. Unfortunately, we left feeling unclean and unhappy. Our room was spacious but that is the only positive thing I can say about the room. I cleaned the bath before bathing my two children and more than a few black hairs came off onto the cloth. A long black curly hair also came off onto my child’s skin when I dried them with the towel (we are a blonde family so it was very obvious)! There were lipstick marks on the mugs that obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly, stains on the carpet, dirty tables (which I also re cleaned myself), a tear in a cushion and the carpet was coming up in one of the corners. We weren’t expecting much from the hotel and really didn’t need much as we were there for such a short while, but we should have arrived to a clean room. We wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed as part of a group but some felt Jury's fell short by only cleaning rooms every four days. Otherwise, pleasant reception and dining area. Good breakfast and service for food generally good.

Terrific stay during a football weekend. Super location - 15 minutes from the ground and 10 minutes from the city centre. Nice quiet room on the 11th floor. Room very clean. Able to check in when we arrived about 1pm. If only Leeds hadn't lost it would have been the perfect weekend!

Stayed the hotel for 2 days .My husband was having hospital treatment so I had to stay by myself .beening nearly 80 years ( and having my own problems) I was very nervous. The staff looked after me .breakfast time .( a young man called Ricardo was excellent .very special young man . Helping me and making sure I had all I needed ) . The hotel is friendly .clean and food good . I would tell my friends to go there always . Thank you all for the help we had . Marion Brehaut .

We stayed here as location was recommended on booking.com when visiting Paultons Park (Peppa Pig) We are a fanily of 3 with another on the way (just 3 weeks until we become a family of 4) On arrival reception staff were not very friendly, we were unaware we had to park off site and the hotel is located on a very busy road! The room was not clean, sink was dirty and damaged, dustbin needed replacing. We asked reception if there was a clean room available but the room we were offered was in the same condition as the first. Breakfast was a bacon/egg or egg/hash brown roll wrapped in foil located in reception which you had on the go or back in your room and this was £11.00 per person! Would not recommend this hotel for family’s.

I've stayed in some pretty ropey places before but this is sadly one of the worst. The hotel rooms need a massive update. The toilet needs to loudly refill before the next person can use it... Quite problematic for a family room holding 2 adults and 2; kids. Our curtain is falling off and there's no mini fridge..along weird stains on the floor. The bar is open but breakfast is boxed and left outside your room in the morning. Parking is awful. There is no where within decent walking distance and the drop off/pick up is off a very busy road. The only thing that redeems this place is the staff, mainly the house-keeping guy who made up the sofa bed for our daughters and offered us extra pillows. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

Room was a really good size for a family of 4, clean too which is always important. Check in was easy and dinner is good for the money. Breakfast bags (juice & croissants etc) delivered to our room in the morning was really nice, childrens...

Came to the Jury Inn for a meeting and during lunch ordered food from the restaurant. When ordering I asked if 45 minutes would be long enough, having to be back in the meeting by 13:30. Unfortunately food never arrived, restaurant staff were unhelpful and I lost out on over £15.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Jurys Southampton. My 1st stay was for 3 weeks while I had hospital treatment and I was very well looked after. The 2nd time I stayed at Jurys was just an overnight stay before my husband and myself went on a cruise from Southampton.The most recent stay at Jurys was just over 1 week ago when I stayed with my husband who is currently having hospital treatment in Southampton.I think The Hotel has had some staffing problems. Most of the staff who were there on my previous visits had left and their were some new staff who were lovely (especially James, the restaurant manager, who had only been there a couple of weeks but was coping very well and training new staff in a very busy and understaffed restaurant.)I was pleased to see that Febby and Antonio were still working there.They make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. In fact everyone who works at Jurys are really helpful and do their best to make your stay an enjoyable one. The breakfast is very good too.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were clean, bed were super comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast, which were both great. Breakfast gets busy around 08:30 onwards. Hotel is 5 minute walk through the park to the centre, really close to everything. Great night stay.

The hotel itself was big and welcoming - the staff were mediocre as some went above and beyond but some didn’t care! The room was nice but had a maintenance issue on arrival! So first impressions weren’t great! The food itself was amazing but shame that certain things let itself down.

The restaurant is modern and spacious, and kept clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with an excellent english breakfast at a value price, as well as continental included. The food was very well prepared. I have had breakfast in london at 5 star hotels that are NOT as good, and cost 40 Pounds, where jury's is 11 pounds if you buy it prepaid as an add on to the room.

I came in a week ago for a business meeting which went well. But the service provided by one of the bartenders that evening... Casey i think his name was... second to none. Helped with the choices available and lightened the mood for the meeting.

Stayed here and I must say I loved every minute of my stay. From the moment I turned up, the reception staff, Victoria and Victor were amazing. Speedily checked in with all relevant information and the friendliness and professionalism just went on from there. Rooms clean, comfortable and a great size. Thought the beds were so comfortable I struggled to get up in the morning. Dinner and bar staff were great and knowledgeable with great service. I'll definitely be booking here again and look forward to my next stay. Keep up the great work guys.

The hotel was badly situated on a roundabout in the middle of a busy city. The accommodation was to an acceptable level but the food and tables left a lot to be desired. The soup was Butternut with chilli and it was extremely hot! Far too much chilli had been used. The tables were crammed together, prohibiting a comfortable seating position. For the price we paid for our holiday, this was just not on!

On booking in was told I hadn't paid luckily I had confirmation that I had, no apology. Bar staff didn't know what 'scotch whiskey' was! Thought Jim Bean was the same thing. After attending concert no scotch left, no saucers for coffee. Food in the afternoon was great but when I asked for serviettes (non on our table or nearby) waitress said she would get them, never arrived. If breakfast had been hot probably would have been more palatable. Hotel was fully booked as Rod Stewart was doing a concert how on earth can a 4 star hotel be so lacking???

We enjoyed breakfast every morning and ate in the bar most evenings. The bartenders were friendly and fun to chat with and the Guinness was excellent.

Booked an executive room for two nights ( not worth the money at all ) breakfast good on first morning couldn’t get in for breakfast the second day as hotel was fully booked was told to wait and come back in an hour I couldn’t wait that long so asked receptionist for a refund on breakfast she said “yes no problem I will get duty manager to okay it” she confirmed my email address however still awaiting my refund . Come on JURYS INN is this what you call customer service

We stayed here overnight to visit some old friends. Lovely looking place. Comfortable room and good dinner. The men in our group were very disappointed with the small selection at the bar particularly the short supply of scotches. And my gin and tonic turned out to be a gin and lemon.

We were very disappointed with The Kitchen restaurant at Jurys Inn and felt that it let the standard of the Hotel down.

Nice room, massive bathroom all very clean and nice and quiet. Great central location and a nice walk through the park to the nearby carparks (no parking on site). Didn't sample breakfast but the staff were friendly and attentive.

El desayuno tenía una gran elección como con el menú del bar y el restaurante. El único inconveniente para nosotros fue que, como eran las vacaciones de Semana Santa, había muchos niños pequeños. El hotel no está muy lejos del mundo Peppa Pig. No me malinterpretes, nos encantan los niños, pero hacía que el desayuno fuera muy ruidoso. Volvería de nuevo.

Clean and spacious room, up to date decor, comfortable bed and close to amenities. A great and enjoyable stay.

Is a great little restaurant new chef great food food very hot and fresh no waiting was fantastic the staff were amazing service was great very fast and friendly will dego come back here so many nice people here in middle of Southampton short walk to pubs and clubs come here again and again the bar staff are amazing the hotel is in great shape well looked after very well maintained a credit to maintenance. Staff here are great very attentive and always very helpful knowledgeable about places to go and see wide range of languages talked here so good for foreign visitors will recommend time and again what a great hotel

The serving staff are all polite, hard working and efficient. Dave went the extra mile during my visit and looked after the group I was with.

I had an excellent medium rare steak with veggies and avocado side. Their wine by the glass is a little suspect...no idea how long the bottles have been open but they weren't great. Stick to a whole bottle or order beer.

Stay here quite often and have always had good service. Staff are friendly and polite. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Per la nostra seconda visita a Southampton abbiamo scelto di soggiornare al hotel jurys inn in charlotte place. Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore sia per la qualità' delle stanze che del servizio offerto da un personale molto attento e qualificato.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana ed abbiamo cenato 3 volte con risultati piu' che soddisfacenti , in particolare la sera del 25 gennaio , giorno del mio compleanno. Una splendida esperienza che mi porterò' nel cuore ! Io e mio marito abbiamo cominciato ordinando come starter dei favolosi Pil Pil prawn : una marinatura speciale ! Come main courses io ho scelto il chilly con carne ...gustoso ed abbondante , mio marito ha molto apprezzato i tiger prawn spaghetti ,ed abbiamo mandato i complimenti alla cucina per la perfetta cottura al dente della pasta proprio come fossimo nella nostra Italia !! altrettanto gradevole la bistecca sirloin servita con doppia porzione di salse Bernese e Peppercorn non prevista dal menu'. il servizio molto attento e curato dal personale di sala ,ma i miei complimenti in particolare vanno rivolti alla cucina per la minuziosa cura dei particolari che hanno reso questa serata molto molto gradevole !! lo consigliero' a tutti i miei conoscenti !

Firstly, the service was great. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We had booked some rooms and our staff Christmas party for the 1st December and we arrived late afternoon to check in only to find out it was for the following weekend as there was a miscommunication between us and Jury’s inn over dates. But the team onsite on Saturday were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that our party went ahead with a swing and our rooms were accommodated. So a big thank you to Sarah, Laura and all the staff. We will definitely be booking our Christmas party & rooms for next year (our third year here) and we’ve booked your Brighton hotel for a friends wedding in March. A massive Thanks, BestBuyDIY

The Inn has a lovely bar and restaurant attached ,and breakfasting room, warm cosy, lovely decor and excellent value for money

Excellent hotel with comfortable beds and nice modern rooms. The only downside is no car park but there is a public one a few hundred yards away.

Stayed one night here, half board. Service at dinner was an absolute shambles. Incredibly slow service and when food arrived it was such a minute portion that I ordered a side of new potatoes as a dessert and I am NOT a big eater!

The hotel is conveniently located from the central train station and the town centre with lots of shops and restaurants. The price is very reasonable. Hotel has modern decor and room was clean. All staff were friendly. Breakfast time was very busy but services ran perfectly. The main downside is that the walls are thin. You can hear next door conversations as clear as a bell. Couple arguing at 6am didn't help in achieving an overall good night sleep. Had the some little things like an iron but missing others like complementary biscuits. My view overall would be that's it's an average hotel.

Loved it here. All the staff were great and as there are too many to mention I particularly was impressed by Dave the food and bar supervisor. Here's a guy that goes out of his way to help you while you're staying here. Extremely knowledgeable with this hotel and he points you in the right direction with queries and information. And as for the reception staff I was impressed with Victor, Ewa and a young Asian girl all dealing with guests at a very busy reception area. Again nothing seemed to trouble them and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I imagine though not paid enough for their expertise and helpfulness given throughout my stay. A massive thanks from me and I'm already looking forward to my next stay here.

Very nice restaurant friendly personal. Monika was our waitres and she was very friendly we had a good stay.

Very good food. Monika was very rofessional and polite as a staff member at the restaurant. Definately would recommend.

Stayed at this hotel the week of 20th Aug in order to attend the nearby hospital for medical treatment and have been impressed. The rooms and public areas are clean and modern and on the whole the staff have been friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding. Parking is not easy but the town centre is an easy walk away through the park as is St Mary’s stadium and I understand that Peppa Pig World is a short taxi ride away.

It was very busy but all went well as we dined on our buffet breakfast. lots of choice and food at the temperatures you would expect.

What a farce. After being met by a moody unhelpful receptionist, I had to park my car mikes away from the hotel as they have no parking facilities. The lack of interest in Ewa’s face was evident as she shrugged her way through some vague directions to a car park. She then took payment for my room via a card. When I eventually got to my room after having to walk from my car through an unlit area, I ordered room service. Well, I attempted to order room service. Another uninterested man took my call and put me through to the bar which rang out for a full five minutes (I timed it). I was cut off and I called back. The uninterested man took my order but then said he didn’t have my card details so couldn’t give me any food. That’s despite “Ewa” taking my card when I checked in to pay for the room! I explained that to uninterested man, who was, well, uninterested, but he said he would get the food started anyway, then “Philippa” called me and told me again, they didn’t have my card details so I had no “credit” with them?! They told me to come downstairs with my card again, but by that time I was so tired and angry, plus I had got changed into my pjs so I told them to leave it. At the end of a long day the very basics I would expect from a hotel is some food - they couldn’t even get that right. I will not return.

Just had the most amazing stay in Jury's Southampton with the husband. First impressions the staff on reception were very friendly and our room was very clean. We found the staff very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding and had a nice variety of items to suit all tastes.

Cooked breakfast, yogurts, fresh fruits , cereals, excellent coffee, varieties of tea, and healthy seeds

We stayed at this hotel the night of May 19, yes the same day as the THe Royal Wedding.

Liked the atmosphere of the restaurant area decent menu with varied choice prices a little higher than normal but then this is an hotel not a weatherspoons. Staff extremely pleasant and welcoming would recommend highly

I stayed here not so long ago. Check in was easy and the stay was moderate. What disappointed me was that my booking included breakfast but the staff would not have known as I was not shown to my table and neither did any staff member asked me my room number. It just felt like to me that anyone could come down and take breakfast without paying

We have just enjoyed the most lovely brief stay at The Jury's Inn in Southampton .

This place is extremely overpriced considering there is no car parking facilities. We were forced to park miles away in an unsafe, unlocked car park and then trek with 4 children and an elderly diabetic, disabled lady. The staff then told me I could use their car parking space so went and got my car. There was an issue with my booking the staff said they would help me but tried to take advantage of the fact I was alone with the kids and my elderly, sick grandmother and charge extortionate fees to stay there after leaving us waiting in the lobby. This place is unfriendly and atrociously money grabbing I will avoid it at all costs and urge you to do the same my grandmother had a hypo as we were told we had to move the car again as it could get clamped even though a previous member of staff had told me I could bring it there. There is an excellent premier inn just down the road where they are lovely and helpful go there instead.

I found the food was okay but tasteless. hash browns were overdone at breakfast, a woman sat close to my table ordered a dessert, perhaps a sundae and she did compliment to the server. however, i can only commment on the food I tasted myself.

I have stayed at many Jury's Inns and always liked them but sadly this was not up to scratch, on the plus side the room was fine and the food ok but there were negatives

I found the hotel comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast fantastic and all the facilities were good.

So we booked an executive room which was nice but we later found out that it was actually smaller than the normal room that one of our friends had booked.

I stay at the Jury's Inn whenever I'm in Southampton on business, the location is good for me and the staff are really lovely.

Come here for a long weekend from Friday to the Sunday for a friends birthday weekend. Only a short taxi ride from oceana, and a walk from the local bars!! The staff were lovely, and the cleaners we're great! Our loo was blocked and they sorted it out within 10 minuets and got free cakes for the mishap!! We also got late check out at 2pm!! We paid £89 for each room which both had 2 double beds and the room was very very large!!! Only let down is the parking isn't on site and they wouldn't even let my disabled mother drop her bags off at the door. Security are terrible! Food was great!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend Friday to Sunday, my brother is at Southampton uni so we wanted something close to him, but also close to the town centre - which this was perfect!

Small restaurant catering for a large group as well as usual customers and some pre-cruise. Menus was small, akin to a pub menus, but the ingredient tasted fresh and the food hot and nicely-done. We had a group of six and all enjoyed their meals. It is convenient after a tiring day not to bother with the restaurant a few minutes walk outside, as this is good quality simple dining.
