Airports eh? Even when you pay a fortune, it's never very good. And if you pay for a bit of luxury, it so often disappoints. (Airport lounges anyone?) Well I treated myself to as little shopping trip to Milan and wanted to start as meant to go on. Order the sourdough toast with avocado, asked for the smoked salmon separate. The toast was warm and fresh, the ago zingy. The piquet peppers are a nice little touch. Nothing was too much trouble, Angie and Claudia made me feel very at home. Perfect for those girls trips away.

Possible the globally most expensive Mac and Cheese… £18 for a very average dish. There was also a 12.5% service charge added which is extreme and was a challenge to take off with some huffing and puffing!

The pricing is more than double London prices, by that I mean, for example that sh1t tourist pub The Punch and Judy. On top of this astronomic amount, they add a service charge of 12% . This service charge is thoroughly undeserved because you will wait 10 minutes to be served while they look at their phones or chat to each other! Shocking place!

Founding quite(relatively) palce at Gatwick can be a challenge but if u want to pay a price this is the place 🤷♀️Very good quality alcohol,serving and customer service. I’m glad to discover this place !

Such a warm welcome! Gabriela and Antonio really surprised me! After my check in and security control in front of me the Jupiter&Co so I had a sit to wait for the gate to be open! Nipped in for a Bloody Mary as our flight was delayed. Sat at the bar and ordered. Bloody Mary’s were £14 each. Bartenders came over with the card machine and I paid - received a notification on my phone and soon realised I had been charged £31.50 for the 2. Frustrating that on top of the rather high price the bartender decided to add service charge when there was no table service involved, or bill shown. To be fair, the bloody Mary’s were delicious, albeit a bit small (not sure they were standard size in comparison to others we saw served and also pictured in reviews). I certainly don’t agree with service charge being added to bill without notifying the customer of this either verbally or on a bill. I also don’t agree with it being added to a standard order at the bar.

NorthTerminal, GATWICK. Polite inquiry by customer" Excuse me" is waved away as though she literally can't spare a word. Swaggering manager and the place was empty. Got out the place. I wonder what the owners would think?

Slow service. When we got there 75% of the food menu was unavailable. We ordered potato wedges which were basically an undercooked potato cut in 4. Tenner for a small glass of wine. Avoid

At 4am the staff had a smile and were welcoming. We had avocado and eggs and a bacon brioche which was delicious. We thought it was reasonably priced for a spacious and airy restaurant with great service.

I had this so-called chicken breast meal, truly disgraceful. I’ve not eaten anything this awful for a while. 30 quid for a pint, bottle of water and this terrible open sandwich type monstrosity. LOL

Sorry but loved Madam Prunier which was here before Juniper & Co. Positives were: not a pub and so did not have the pub crowd or the children. It was not tightly packed. Staff was a mixture - some more clued up than others. And that was a frustration. The scrambled egg was cooked too much. We heard other tables being offered things - such as avocado - that we were not. Will I go back? Probably but if it’s the same then no more!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about dietary requirements. Fantastic service. They can’t help the design but I wish there was an outside window. Also, more gluten free food options would be fantastic. Remember - anyone can eat gluten free stuff, but for those who have to avoid gluten, our choices are limited to just ‘safe’ foods.

The best café in Crawley. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their cheese omelette is superb and the best I've had anywhere. Wide range of other breakfasts and lunches. This is my go-to café and I'm never disappointed. Very popular with locals. Highly recommended!

I visited this Costa about a week ago with my sister, who has a serious dairy allergy and is also gluten intolerant, which rules out oat milk from most mainstream brands too. My sister noticed that multiple orders are prepared simultaneously but none of the tins used to warm the milk were labelled and it would be incredibly easy to get them muddled up, with serious consequences for customers. When my sister asked the staff member if she was sure that she'd given her the right coffee with soya milk the woman was rude and dismissive and this was building on her visible irritation with my sister that I noticed while we were first placing the order. My sister never drank the coffee, it was too high risk. Had it been the wrong milk she could have been hospitalised. Dairy and gluten allergies are serious and customers with these concerns should be treated with care and respect and furthermore, Costa should implement procedures which give customers reassurance that mistakes won't be made and they should train staff to handle these situations with greater care and concern. I won't be using this costa branch ever again.

The pub had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff and delicious food. The drinks were top-notch, and the music created a lively vibe. It was the perfect spot to relax and catch up with friends, great for a casual night out.
