Coffee was good but the cake was priced at £6.50 a slice which I did not know until I paid for it. Will not be going back.i used to come to Juno all the time when it was Juniper. Service was good.

Best lunch spot in Heaton Moor Fantastic food today with such friendly service . I had the sourdough with avocado, smoked salmon and poached eggs . Not only delicious but beautifully presented with edible flowers .

The food is utterly delicious, really varied options and fresh produce. I utterly love coming here and have never once had a bad experience. The service is also exemplary and they are such lovely people. If I hadn’t devoured my sandwich I’d have absolutely have had some of the masking looking cake.

I visited Juno with my young son and we loved it. My son had hot chocolate, which was really good. Then we had French toast and it was sensational! So yummy! The people who work there were very kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back again soon.

Good cafe with a nice selection of foods. The bacon is Turkey but whatever who cares? People that moan about stuff like that seriously need to give their heads a wobble. The ice cream is lovely.

Food was covered in flowers and dried petals. I had my daughter with me and I asked for another dish without the garden on, they charged me for both dishes. For a quick breakfast we were there over an hour and £60 lighter for the experience. Also we had booked but they hadn't bothered to put a reservation note on one of the tables so we had to suffer the angry faces of others as they were asked to move for us. Won't be returning. Bacon is turkey and the quality and quantity of the food was shocking

Menu has been shrinking (more and more highlighted items that they aren't serving 'today') with each visit. Eggs listed as part of nearly every full breakfast along with toast. Asked for scrambled eggs on toast for two small children which they'd had here before on several occasions and had been on menu. Told 'can't do it' despite both eggs and toast being available as other menu items. Won't be returning. Grateful Rock Salt down the road is accommodating especially when it was a birthday breakfast outing for our now two year old.

We waited a very long time for our food (1hr) even when the place had one other couple. The food when it did eventually arrive was over cooked and unfortunately didn’t taste very nice. Really unfortunate experience.

We ordered a juno club sandwich, a Cadbury flake milkshake and a salmon bagel. The bagel had mould on it and the club sandwich was sloppy. The coffee is very weak - milky and watery. The service is not particularly pleasant either. And for 3 coffees and 3 croissants, i was charged nearly £20! Will not be going back

This is a small cafe at the top of Heaton Moor and is always busy. On arrival we were given a lovely warm welcome and shown to a table. There were people who had come in on their own - an older lady was happily engaging with the staff and was clearly a regular! I had a cheese, tomato and onion toastie for my lunch - it was oozing with melted cheese and was delicious. My friend had a salmon salad which had an extremely generous amount of smoked salmon! Have eaten here before and will no doubt eat here again.

Me and my girlfriend found this humble little diamond of a cafe just 2 months ago. And I'm honestly gobsmacked at the quality of the food they serve. How do they make this variety of Mediterranean grub in a kitchen so small !? The food is honestly exceptional. Even the cake is home made and gluten free. I always buy a carrot cake for my mum to take to her. The Juno club is their signature sandwich and its like 6 sandwiches all squished into one massive tasty extravaganza. Guys this place is right up there with Napoli's in hazel grove. Is my favourite place to go. 10/10. Cant praise this place enough

Always a great venture to Heaton Moor’s best cafe and coffee shop! Even when it’s busy they will always make space for you. All staff are friendly, but always happy to see Gaz greet us at the front door - she knows exactly what everyone wants!

I have been going to Juno since it opened for two reasons. Firstly, the coffee is the best I have found in this country. It gives you that morning kick but is smooth at the same time. They tell me it’s all to do with coffee you use but also the care of the coffee machine! Secondly I love the staff who add so much to my morning coffee and Heaton Moor community. Always a smile, they know my order and so kind to everyone especially Ghazal or goes out of her way to make everyone feel special.

A real ‘go-to’ place for me in The Heatons. Great coffee (& delicious smoothies), a fantastic menu offering plenty of choice & quality food which is always very well presented. There is always a very nice atmosphere in Juno and above all the service is excellent & I particularly enjoy the warm & welcoming greeting from staff on arrival. A favourite of mine & highly recommended.

This is a lovely cafe, and my regular place for lunch. The staff are charming, friendly and welcoming. The food is consistently delicious, and there is a good choice of breakfast and lunch dishes. They use local produce whenever possible, and cater for various special dietary requirements. This is my 'go to' place for lunch and I highly recommend it.

I love going to Juno. It’s a small place in Heaton Moor but has a really nice atmosphere and always friendly staff. I like to sit and watch out of the window. I always enjoy my latte and often pick and chose from the menu which they’re always happy to accommodate. I like good customer service and I always get that here which is why I repeatedly return, I always enjoy the food too! A great little place.

I visited Juno with my son for a birthday breakfast at this very popular cafe in Heaton Moor. Even though it was quite busy we were greeted and seated with a smile. Our coffee order arrived very quickly and after pondering the comprehensive menu we placed our food order. Everything arrived together and it was truly excellent. The team at Juno are first rate.

We love coming here! Although there isn’t lots of space, all the staff are so accommodating of push chairs, extra seats etc. The coffee, food and service are great, but best of all are the friendly people, who always make it a genuinely happy, family atmosphere. They are great with my dad (who has Alzheimer’s), and with both our children (who love the food, and the cuddles). We love it.

After trying several breakfast places in manchester i can honestly say, juno has to be the winner! Halal options too!

We have been coming here for a number of years and the service has been generally good. However, lately things have started to slide down hill. The service is hit or miss as the staff get the order wrong or provide the dish with minimal amount of sides. When you query the lack of the side order or garnish they bring out an additional side order. Then try to charge you extra on the bill!

I've always thought Juno's food was the best of the cafe's in Heaton Moor but I've been annoyed at myself for even going in there after my last few visits. The customer service has gone completely down hill, sometimes shockingly so and you'll be lucky to get a smile nowadays. The portion sizes of some meals are great, but other's are completely overpriced - and they're still using plastic straws and huge polystyrene boxes for takeaways. It used to be such a warm place to visit. Until it cheers up, i wont be going back.

Went with my mum the other day just for a bit of lunch, and struggled to choose what to eat on the menu as there were so many great options to choose from. In the end, I had the standard burger and a banana milkshake- both were really tasty, top quality burgers and a nice atmosphere made it a very enjoyable trip

Been a customer for years, went for breakfast on mothers day, food was cold, complained politely, no response and no attempt by staff to rectify or compensate so I'm afraid won't be returning

We have been visiting this cafe for sometime now and it has always been great. Four of us went in a few weeks ago and the waitress took our order and my order was not placed when asked after 10min she said I only ordered an orange juice, I was very frustrated. Another member of staff got involved and did say she will get me something else and I wouldn’t need to pay for it but I was getting late for a flight I had to catch. It’s a shame that one visit has made me feel like I would not go back and would not recommend.

We were ‘greeted’ by a sour looking small woman, who was impatient to take our order almost as soon as we were given the menu. When we asked politely for a little more time, she then ignored us, completely taking the huff! It then took a ridiculously lengthy time to attract her attention. Nice food. Moody service.

This place never fails. The coffee is delicious, all the staff are experienced and friendly! Menu is great lots of choice, it does look a little tired but I'd rather have great food great coffee and efficient service than all style and no substance!

This was a family visit. My wife & daughter used to go regularly. Food was well prepared although expect to receive small portions on large plates so don’t expect to feel content (I had Florentine - Eggs Benedict with spinach). Tacos looked to be better value. Service was not up to scratch compared to normal. Slow and part of the order forgotten. This may be a one off - I hope so - as my wife used to rave about the place. I was left slightly disappointed.

Extensive menu, good value and well cooked food. Breakfast and lunch were both great. A children's menu would be good, there isn't much my daughter wants to eat.

The cafe offers a wide selection of food, drinks and homemade cakes displayed at the counter, including vegan and gluten free options. Whilst we only had tea and scones, the food that other customers around us were eating looked very nice. The staff were friendly and attentive helping me on the outer steps with my pram on both my way in and out of the cafe. The only negative was that there was no baby changing unit/mat in the toilet meaning. The staff apologised and said it was in the process of being rectified.

Had a previous bad experience here but a friend had arranged a meeting at this awful Juno’s, so I went along with it.

Visited recently while staying with family and will definitely visit again when in the area. The service was great - really friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were delicious.

One word describe this place- UNFRIENDLY! We called in this cafe today for lunch. The staff ( two young women and a lad) were so unfriendly. We were made to feel like we’re not welcome at all. We waited ages to be served, then the waitress was very brisk. Our order took ages to arrive and quite frankly, it was awful. Cold jacket potato with hard dry tuna. My Grandaughter had pancakes with Nutella and they had poured a whole jar of Nutella over a few pancakes! No one could eat that- you’d be sick!

Visited on Sunday for breakfast and was not only impressed with the quality of food but also the amazing customer service! Both myself and my daughter enjoyed the food that much we returned the next day! The omelette we had for breakfast was beautiful and the staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend a visit :)

What an excellent bagel with humus, olives and sun dried tomatoes. The breakfast barms were good too, as were the coffees and tea. OK, on school holidays you have a lot of kids in there - but the food and drinks make it worth it.

We love the extended menu, larger seating area, and the same great service with a smile you've always got here. It's always busy, so sometimes a gamble if there's a table free, but if it's mild like it has been then sitting outside is always an option too. The only problem is the coffee is too nice to only have one!! :-)

We love our regular visits to Juno. My daughter, granddaughter and I pop in for a drink or something to eat at least once a week. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Since reopening after the refurbishment and change of ownership, the menu is much improved. There is a wider variety of dishes to choose from, vegetarian and vegan too. To put it simply, the food is delicious. I must also thank Yashar for helping with my granddaughter's birthday treasure hunt. You made her day.

Called in on route to see a film at the Savoy Cinema. How nice to be greeted by a member of staff who opened the door for us. We only had tea,coffee and cake but it was delicious. We will call in again.

As a regular visitor to Juno Cafe, often on my own, I can say that I always get a very warm welcome and great service from the all staff who always seem very efficient and motivated, and make an effort to meet and greet customers as they walk in the door. They chat to, and get to know, their customers, and are very attentive to detail, and are keen to take on board feedback to and make continual tweaks to improve even more. The food is lovely and fresh - I can recommend the fajita wraps, the pancakes and the coconut/raspberry slices in particular! Thank you for the warm welcome.

The atmosphere is lovely and the staff feel like friends. Most importantly - the food is delicious! genuinely very tasty, healthy and fresh food. Definintely a place i want to come back to often for my lunch and dinner.

Nice coffee but my heart sank when, after ordering pancakes, I saw the chef walk across the road to buy packets of scotch pancakes from the coop across the road. Would have expected fresh pancakes, I could have made this at home. Also honey rather than maple syrup, as described in the menu, on the pancakes. Doesn't work.

The Juno Cafe is lovely. I have not been here as much recently, but popped in today for a cortado. Good coffee served by friendly and professional staff. There is wifi as well, so a great place for a business meeting or catching up with some email.

Juno is the new name for what was formally Juniper following new management. They now offer vegetarian and vegan options to their extensive food menu. The same efficient and very friendly staff along with a few new faces attend to every need. Hot and cold meals along with cakes are delicious and the coffee is of course as good as it always was.

'Juniper' was always a very good coffee shop, but since it was refurbished late on last year it has become even better. The food menu has been expanded to provide a more varied choice whilst the café itself has been remodelled to give an increase in seating area. All the things that made it special have not changed though - the coffee is still excellent, and the staff still provide a friendly, welcoming and attentive presence. I can wholeheartedly recommend for both eats and drinks.

I know it was only breakfast but my husband is fussy about his eggshell only likes them with the yolk hard so many places can not do this simple thing but they were cooked to perfection. The food was really good would definitely go again.

I popped in to Juniper one weekday afternoon with my husband for a caffeine hit. We are both fans of good coffee. There was only one other person in so we had the pick of the tables. The place was nice and clean. We ordered cappuccinos and a slice of tiffin. Our order was brought to the table. Unfortunately the coffees were luke warm and extremely milky more like a latte. The coffee itself tasted very weak. I don't think it was down to the person making the coffee but more the quality and blend of the beans they used. The tiffin was ok, sadly we got a corner piece which meant a third of it was missing. Juniper is located on a busy road near some nice shops. Great location to take a break. The menu looked very interesting, a good variety of dishes.The staff were nice. The coffee let it down.

Since the refurbishment Juniper has really ensured that it is still the best café in Heaton Moor. We love the friendly welcoming service, the coffee is consistently great, and now the menu has grown too with all day breakfast's and a bigger selection of food available. Keep up the great work guys! :-)

Really missed Juniper whilst refurb was going on. Very much worth the wait as much more spacious now. More to chose from on the menu and the coffee is still the best. We normally go in with a toddler and now a new baby and they are always very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend Juniper
