Take my son and brother with son for ice cream in hot day to Julianos as not been there before. Cleannles and help from staff was acceptable and pleasent. Prices acceptable. But that was all. Ice cream is situated on other end as cashier and they not hear you through. But real dissapoitment for us was taste of ice creams. No flavours. Not come back again probably.

Waited for 40 minutes on two tubs of ice cream and 1 crepe, after initially waiting for about 10 minutes to be served and pay! Ridiculous waiting times for a fast food dessert bar, especially on take away. Staff didn’t seem to care there was a massive queue of people waiting on their orders, instead chatted amongst themselves, making the wait longer. Poor management of staff, as just 1 member of the team was dealing with take out orders. Such an off putting experience, as waiting 45 minutes on ice cream and a crepe is just ridiculous and customers shouldn’t be expected to wait that long- not even an apology for the wait when my order was eventually ready. Bad service all round, definitely will never be back!

I arrived back to see if things have improved. they had not. they were late with my dessert, a waitress with blonde hair gave me a dirty look for no reason at all, they didn’t bother to turn on the air conditioning, and I stilled smelt that stitch I smelled last time, I am furious that this business is still running. they HAVE to up their game immediately. I won’t be coming back here for good this time!!!

2 banana and nutella crepes with a rotten banana when contacted was told only use fresh produce and the manager sliced fruit herself and it was perfect basically I have lied so I brought the said banana back to the shop to be told that it has obviously been sitting a long time this was not what she had sold me I produced the receipt and a full 40 minutes had passed since payment . Got my money back and wont be back ruined a lovely evening and suggested I am a liar not good customer service

I waited 15 minutes for my order to be taken and a another for my desert to arrive, the staff were unfriendly and I could’ve swore I smelt a nasty smell. Never Again

I waited longer for my dessert than I usually should, staff were rude, my dessert was cold when it should’ve been cold, terrible surroundings, should be shut down and replaced by a greggs!!!

Soo many choices. Would have to come back again to sample more. Everything we had was delicious and fast friendly efficient service.

this spot is always buisy, the staff are helpful and all the products very good, this keeps us returning again and again.

Stopped in this busy icecream cafe for icecreams. Busy indoors and outdoor seating occupied. Young, efficient pleasant staff with personality. Happy to let you try new flavours. Portion size great and reasonably priced. Excellent. Love this place.

Opens late, not too loud though still quite busy at 9pm midweek. Tasty pancakes at a reasonable price, good tea, bright, and friendly fast service. Clean toilets.

Always visit when in town as my kids love the milkshakes. I had soup recently and the weaten bread was fantastic. The home baking is amazing as well.

We were charged 35p extra per cone for the privilege of sitting in. Therefore 6 small cones (and they were small)cost £10. The waitresses are all 16 year olds and I watched one throwing 3 crepes in the bin as she struggled to make a decent one. I think inexperienced untrained staff is a false economy.
