Love the food. Especially the Gluten Free options!

Would have scored higher but due to the lack of service and the waitress taking the wrong order and food arriving separately not great I'm afraid

Really busy today, usual standard Bob & Berts wherever you go they ate all the same. Disappointed, it's not dog friendly. Usually, go to Follow Coffee as it is dog friendly.

I had the fry and Mum had eggs benedict. I apprecated being able to swap beans for another sausage and both meals were good quantities and well cooked. The sausages were basic but tasty, just not the same as the ones in Coleraine. Wasn't easy for my 81 yr old Mum to look through the menus on the big screens on the wall behind the counter. Looks flashy but we felt a little self concious taking time to decide while staring at it. But overall a good experience, good food, clean tables, good atmosphere, not too expensive, roomy toilets and good friendly service.

Really buzzing and very good value. Eggs Benedict was especially memorable. The only downside was knives that do not cut. So you end up tearing things apart.

Took the family in for breakfast this morning, terrible! The fry was cold and under cooked, my wife managed to get a refund for hers. No coffee or tea offered with the fry either. Never be back again!

Literally useless. Ordered a delivery from here and one of the drinks which I paid almost £5 for was wrong. When I tried to contact them using the phone number provided nobody even picked up! Absolutely useless service. What’s the point in having a delivery service if you don’t even have a phone line to handle incorrect orders!

Don't try and order for delivery to home, gave them three chances and it's been over an hour to deliver each time. I just cancelled third order.service is shocking and the person who answers the phone when you ring to check your order never has a clue, "please wait while I check with my manager!!"

Out shopping, needing lunch, thought we would go here as they offer a lot of choice and I was looking something that wasnt bread or chip heavy Being so hot I fancied a salad - chose the pesto chicken salad as I liked all the ingredients listed Total disappointment A tiny amount of chicken, seriously barely more then a couple of goujons chopped small and certainly no pesto about it I was expecting a salad and I got a plate of grease. Not oil as in dressing, but grease as in a greasy cafe. For some reason they have decided to fry the chicken and peppers in a pan then tipped the contents of the pan on top of rocket leaves and a few tomatoes and then SMOTHER it with Balsamic Then to make it taste more like a greasy cafe offering, they threw on a couple of pieces of burned fried bread which I can only assume was supposed to be croutons Absolutely disgusting 2 stars cos the other half enjoyed his choice - hot dog - you really cant go wrong with a hot dog and you really shouldn't go wrong with salad

Variety of choices for delicious breakfast with reasonable price. We loved the chicken waffles :) Lots of space to sit in the restaurant. Parking lot is available nearby.

Although I have give 4 stars for food service and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the toilets leave a lot to be desired, frankly I no longe use them and choose to go elsewhere.

Lovely friendly staff, who always go out of their way to make my children feel welcome. Nice gluten free options available and kids enjoy the selection of items available on kids menu.

They do a great fry! Although when you order for delivery they never send the black pudding!

Went today with my wife for breakfast was disappointed with the fry and eggs Benedict, eggs under cooked on both meals , cold and poor presentation. Won’t be back 😡

I ordered a gf chicken burger and got abnormal burger which wasn't what I had asked for. I notified the lady and she said she'd resolve it but didn't come back to me until about 10 mins later with my correct order. It was lovely once I had it but there was no sauce in my burger and it was supposed to have BBQ? Apart from that the staff are friendly and the food is good. They catered for gf however extra charges do apply.

The food and drinks are delicious. We went for breakfast, took away a snack for later (peanut butter stacks - amazing) and then headed back there again the next day for lunch. The staff are very friendly and the music adds a positive atmosphere to the place. It's a place that is always on our to do list when we visit Northern Ireland.

I ordered big breakfast with 2 eggs and pancakes, what I got was this poorly put together stack (trying to be trendy) with 1 egg and waffles. I attempted to call over two different floor staff who just plainly ignored me so had to go to the kitchen myself and get new food which seemed to take forever to arrive. All the other cafes were full this morning yet Bob and Bert's was almost empty. I wonder why? Also using children as floor staff kind of explains the poor service. Probably won't be back in this one for sure.

The staff are very friendly. I have mobility issues, the staff offered to help me carry my drink and food with out me asking. They are all very polite.

Got the eggs Benedict from there, one was ok, the second one was undercooked... So 50% of the meal was ok... Was the first and last time having food there

Called in today with the wife an 2 kids for a quick bite and gotta say the whole thing was a bit disappointing. For a start the price. 3 Frys, 2 coffees and 2 kids drinks, £36?? Was about to ask if they'd got it correct when I was reached the receipt. When I'd asked for 3 frys, the girl asked if I wanted white or brown toast? She didn't say that it was an extra, I assumed it came with it. That was an extra £3. And has to be said it was no more that ever so slightly toasted, white as it started. Much the same with the pancake, soda and fadge. Sausage and bacon were OK but it really wasn't worth anywhere near £8.75 each. And unlike most cafes round the town, tea and coffe are not complimentary. The kids drinks were another £3.30 and again simply not worth it. I'm not one to complain but I'd decided that when a staff member came round to ask if everything was OK I'd mention my views, but that never happened. Probably be our last visit. There's just much better value and quality to be had locally.

Fantastic food; good portions and really tasty! Never had a bad meal in it and the staff are all really lovely and helpful. I noticed they now sell ice cream which looks amazing, can't wait to try that on my next visit!

Food less than average. Ordered Smashed Avocado with eggs. The portion was tiny, one slice of toast cut in half, tasteless avocado and two small poached eggs. Definitely not worth £7+. My friend had a chicken pesto salad, hardly any chicken and the salad leaves were drenched in dressing so soggy. Overall a disappointment and will not be back.

Lovely fry for take out. Didn't want one item in the fry and they replaced with another at no charge. The girl at the till was just lovely! Excellent customer service and really good food.

Well run, polite and friendly service with tables cleaned straight after meals. Very nice food and coffee.

Every visit is met with a very dour welcome, a half-hearted attempt at a decent coffee and, all in all, just a lacklustre experience all round.

Was taken here earlier this week and had a good experience food was ok. Was back in town today and thought I would like another froggy hotdog so unlike the one I had last time menu states dog with brie and chilli jam served with no Brie and a tamato chunty my wife had bobs bull dog on the menu it states fried onions but served with raw sliced red onion. Sweet potato fries were burnt beyond recognition won't be rushing back

I only recently tried Bob & Bert's and I regret not trying it sooner. Staff were very helpful and friendly. All the food was tasty and good quality. I have tried alot of coffee in Ballymena and the coffee I had was up there with the best in town. Only criticism was the bill end quite expensive.

Vegan Fry - What a rip off ! £7.25 for 2 sausages, 1 slice of toast, 2 cherry tomatoes and a small pot of beans. Rubbish.

We ordered two burgers today for takeaway, we waited until we got home but should have checked immediately - they were crushed and squashed into a box that was too small, the baps were burnt, the sauce was congealed, the burgers were rubbery and tasted like very, very processed, cheap supermarket own brand burgers. The onion rings were also like cheap supermarket own brand oven cooked onion rings. The bacon was burnt and smelled rotten. The chips were burnt, the lettuce was wilted and the other salad leaves were brown, the mayo was warm and watery - absolutely disgusting. This cost us over £17, we honestly felt like returning and complaining but didn’t want to make a scene so decided to leave this review so others are aware instead, the food was utterly inedible and we would definitely NOT recommend. Before they moved premises we had a really bad experience in the old Bob and Berts in Ballymena - the food was awful and the staff were extremely rude, we had contacted the company to complain at the time and they sent us a reply that involved swearing at us, we thought it had changed hands completely and that things would have changed so decided to try again but obviously not - AVOID!!

Ordered a toasted pancake and I got half a pancake, apparently if I wanted the other half I had to pay for it, never heard of anything so ridiculous, will not be back again in Bob &Berts if that,s how they treat their customers wasn,t aware I had to order two halves!!!!

We were greeting by friendly staff on entering, and the staff member at the till gave us ample time to choose our breakfast. Very friendly staff, both the cashier (Michelle), and the lady serving us. Great selection for breakfast, with good gluten free options & vegan if required. Although the gluten free toast could be slightly nicer bread, but only minor thing, as the options are still great. I’ve been a few times, rarely disappoints.

Went to Bob and berts today and had a small fry which I think has put me off frys for good, bacon was greasy and looked like a bunch of worms piled up on my plate, presentation was not good and my latte was served luke warm, the only nice thing I can say is the server girl was lovely, all in all you would have to actually pay me to eat here again

We visited here on Sunday afternoon, were we walked into the building and two members of staff who stood behind the counter with not even a ‘hello’ let alone a smile. The waitress that took our order didn’t even seem that she wanted to be...

I love Bob & Berts! The coffee is lovely, the food is delicious and the sweet treats are amazing. Hallion Fries are my current lunchtime favourite.

I order lunch from here almost every Sunday, food is there so quickly and it always arrives warm. And the iced lattes may as well been picked up from the shop, the ice never seems to melt. Top quality service 👏
