ok I've only been to Jollibee only a couple of times But I told my friend about it so we took a chance the biggest regret ever. We order our food to go and it wasn't hot at all the was cold and had zero taste to it. both me and friend were appalled by the crap they gave and most of when in the bin. I would rather eat hospital than that crap we I ate yesterday my advice would be avoid this place like the plague and go to Popeye's Chicken that place is much better

I paid £44 for the big oder which was meant to be for 10 people on my daughters birthday, and after waiting 53 mins received, just 3 pieces of chicke!making me so upset they ruined our day and embarrassed me so badly in front of my guests, ridiculous

Very tasty food, however, portion sizes are a little small. Suggest ordering either a double chicken burger or two. The service was exceptional!

Best chicken ever!!! me and my girlfriend always end a day out at Jollibee and Jollibee Nottingham never disappoints! our usual is the chicken tender meal that comes with 3/4 tenders of chicken, side of choice (we like fries) and a drink. The best quality fast food you’ll ever find. Ordering your meal is very quick and easy with the screens and the staff are very nice too. always a pleasure to eat at Jollibee Nottingham :)

Spicy chicken is my favourite. The balance of hot and crunchy chicken is spot on. However, meat is too dry and a bit hard to bite on. The thigh, which is normally tender, also was dried to the bone. It's my first time at this place. Is it really this way? The wrap was tasty again. The meat was overcooked. Comparing to kfc, it's a bit too expensive

Very nice food. We loved the chicken and spaghetti. We enjoy the jollibee experienced in Nottingham. We deffo comeback again for more.

Unfortunately we asked for two meals and got one complete and one incomplete as it was missing the fries that had been ordered.

Jollibee is not well known in the UK. So today I went to try their food. The wait time was good as there were other orders ahead of ours. I ordered the deluxe with chips and a sundae. The burger was cooked just right. The patty sizes were just right and not too thick either, and came with a nice tasting sauce and salad in a brioche style bun. The chips were nice a crispy albeit a little thin. The sundae was also nice and went down nicely after the meal. All around a good fast food chain that id recommend visiting when in Nottingham

Overall a dreadful experience. I was excited upon seeing that the branch is now halal and wanted to enjoy some 'famous' Jollibee foods so I went in and ordered several things that were even more disapointing than I was excited initially. All food was lukewarm at best, dry and incredibly bland. Joli Burger: 2 lukewarm, thin and bland meat patties in between buns of blandness. Overall a mediocre burger that looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement. 1/5 🌟 Joli Spaghetti: Primary school slop, literally tomato sauce and spaghetti, for £5 a portion I could get better from a food bank. 0.5/5 🌟 Double Spicy Chicken Burger: Best looking thing by far but that's where the positives end unfortunately. It was dry and unseasoned except for the slightest hint of spice. Needed way more sauce and salad for something that was like eating 2 pieces of spicy wood. 1.5/5 🌟 Fries: You can't really go wrong with fries so these was actually alright, definitely not fresh but it's just your average fast food fries. 3/5 🌟 Joli 'Joy' Chicken: Honestly, I felt more disappointment than Joy with this piece of 'Dried' chicken. It may have been fresh one day that week but it was like eating sandalwood by the time I got to it. 1/5 🌟 Overall Cost: £26 Was it worth it? No, not at all. This place clearly has an issue with making fresh or flavoured food. A dreadful experience where satisfaction was but a fleeting dream after I started eating and felt more like a nightmare after my soul's moisture was stolen by the 'food'.

Nice food close to the station and outside of the main shopping centre so convenient when travelling

I came with my kids twice and the food was really hot and delicious special thanks to the manager Iqbal and the staff who was really helpful he bought the food for us on the table and my family would recommend for all and its halal is a bonus

Please change your opening times online as it is very misleading. As someone who travelled almost 80 miles just to get a Jollibee meal, it is very disappointing to see the door locked at 10 pm eventhough online it says you close at 11 pm (at the door, it is posted 10 pm). Please change it. Thank you.

I had a mix up with my order at Jollibee, the staff members - Chi Lee, Mandeep and Iqbal - were incredible helpful at resolving the issue quickly. It would have potentially ruined my party but they helped me and were very kind. The food is great here, but I would come to this store again because of the excellent customer service. Thank you!

They must have been having a bad day. Both our meals were cold, at best luke warm in the middle of the chicken burgers. Because it took so long to prepare, I assumed it was being freshly prepared to order, which it clearly wasn't. It has put us off returning. Never had a problem with food there before.

A nice spot to grab some snacks and hang out. I'd prefer an installed monitor for the food order status rather than staff shouting out the numbers. But enjoyed the ambience nonetheless.
