Visited here today for the first time in ages and I ordered the spicy chicken burger meal. Unfortunately when my order was given to me, none of the correct items were there, despite having the correct order number both on my receipt and in the bag. Thankfully, the staff were very understanding and apologised for the mixup as there were nee staff working at the time. In the end, I got my full correct order, and even a drink I didn't pay for as a result. That's a win in my eyes!

Came to this place for a early tea since I never been here before, I was shocked when the food tasted. It was absolutely delicious and the staff was nice as well! Will definitely be coming back!

Overall, awful visit! Came with my wife and I’ve never seen such poor service!!! Service without a smile in this industry!!!! Bloody fuming will be eating next door from now on! managers spoke to me about the quality of my food told her my CHICKEN burger smelt fishy she refused to even give it a sniff. Terrible attitude. Came out the kitchen wearing no hairnet too?

Ordered a joy bucket for the family, but ended up with bucket with 4 pieces of wings and one piece they claimed it was breast. Asked the counter about it and their famous reply “ we can’t do anything about it we don’t work at the kitchen” asked to see the manager and an angry lady showed up before asking how can I help. The meat is dry and not juicy as you would expect from fried chicken. Not to mention they are over priced for the quality. Would not recommend.

This place is hands down one of the best friend chicken places I have ate at 🙌🏽 the chicken is very flavourful and the service was amazing they gave my food within 10 minutes and the tables were nice and clean !

I had such a lovely experience here! The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It can get a bit busy at times, but honestly, that didn’t take away from the experience at all.

Best fast food in Newcastle! Service was excellent! Chicken was perfect! I spoke to a young lady called McKenzie who was very helpful and very pleasant. 10/10 will go back when I’m next in town, my son also really enjoyed his meal - picky eater but loves their chicken

Hit and miss. Sometimes a short wait. Sometimes a long wait. Sometimes the food is good. Sometimes the food is bad. Sometimes they get the order wrong. Sometimes they get it right. And you get it. But overall, Jollibee has great gravy and tenders plus fries!

We ordered 2 separate 2-pcs chicken meals, all 4 pieces were put in one box. That's supposed to be 2 meals, separately, for 2 people. When i asked the staff by the counter, she said that's how the kitchen gave it. I couldn't believe it! I have never seen anything like that, ever. Until now, I just can't get over it. Instead of separating it, she gave me plates. I told her again that next time, 2 separate orders mean separate. She again said the same excuse, that the kitchen gave it to her that way. That could have been handled in a better way. I wouldn't have mind just an apology, and separate the order. End of story.

Arrived yesterday feeling a little peckish so ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and peach mango pie. Oder was delicious, hot and fresh with very friendly polite staff. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended 👌

I stopped by Jollibee during lunchtime, and while it was a bit busy, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Due to the crowd, I had to wait a little longer than expected for my order, but it was well worth it once the food arrived. I ordered the freshly cooked Spicy Chickenjoy and the loaded fries, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Despite the wait, the food quality and taste really stood out. The spicy chicken is definitely a must-try for anyone who enjoys a bit of a kick with their meal. The service staff was also friendly and accommodating, even during the lunch rush. Overall, a very great experience. Will definitely comeback!

Been in once, never crossing the threshold ever again. Service took ages, the place smelled awful and the staff couldn't have been more apathetic. Food was not worth the price or the wait.

Vine hoy aquí en Jollibee Newcastle para llevar. Pedí 6 piezas de pollo frito cubo original (no picante), 1 papas fritas medianas, 2 espaguetis alegres, 2 pastel de mango durazno. Pagué 32 libras. 94 . Cuando llegué a casa vi solo 5 piezas de pollo frito que 3 de ellos era con sabor picante, muy decepcionante ya que ninguno de nosotros puede comer picante👎 👎👎

First time at jolibees and it most certainly disappointed. For what i payed i expected the chicken to not be rubbery and the gravy to not taste burnt

One of the worst experiences ever. We ordered the double spicy chicken burger meal and chicken strips. They took two hour plus to deliver the order and once delivered the food was all spilled. Further, they missed more than half of the order. On trying to complain, Uber clearly replies with the message “they can’t get refunds from Jollibee” we received no help and Jollibee didn’t pick the calls. Overall worst experience with no help. The bill was £27, luckily due to Uber one subscription the bill was £16. If you order online, it’s pointless if they mess up even if you have pictures.

I absolutely love Jolibee, it’s the best fried chicken chain wise in the country you can get. It’s always fresh and never greasy or stale. I have one huge problem, whenever I order on uber eats, I never get my gravy. Or any of my add ons. The last 3 times I’ve ordered loaded tender gravy fries and gotten no gravy. I’ve also ordered the two piece chicken joy which comes with gravy and I get no gravy. If I add anything on via the options, I never recieve it. Which adds a real sour taste when ordering. Please if possible train/teach staff to add the add ons requested. It ruins a meal when you order gravy loaded fries as extra and they come as mozerella and cut up chicken tenders on fries.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Jollibee. I ordered a spicy chicken burger, and when I bit into it, the chicken was still raw—clear as day. I went up to the staff to let them know, but all they said was, “There’s nothing I can do.” I was honestly fuming but kept calm and tried explaining it again, even showing them the uncooked meat. They finally swapped it for a new burger, but with a look on their face like I was the problem. I used to love coming to Jollibee in Newcastle, but after this, I’ll be giving this place a miss. Shocking food and even worse attitude!

The food was very bad. Burger was cold, the mayonnaise bowl wasn't even half full. There was hardly anything in it when I asked, the lady at the counter said it was normal. And overall the store doesn't seem clean. And the burger overall wasn't prepared well. That was the first and last time at Jollibee, which I didn't know before.

Been here a few times, in my opinion the best Fast Food Chicken in the area. Have a real soft spot for the Jolly Spaghetti too! It's a tad expensive, but you do get quality.

good service with good team members working there especially the manager there called Thanya, she went above and beyond to help me to decide what I want to order, too many options and she helped me what I wanted. The place was clean and tidy, it was spotless, the staff kept up with the cleanliness.

Went there for a meal was unbelievable the service off kim was amazing, she helped me with my order and was so joyful a credit to your company and asked for the chef darylz I spoke to him as the food was so lovely, will be back definitely

Food was served very quickly. Many students don't understand queuing so I recommend paying at the counter rather than using the machines. Plenty of seating (but none upstairs). The peach and mango pastries are out of this world delicious, especially with the ice cream and washed down with pineapple juice. I had a chicken burger and loaded sriracha fries. The latter were the real star of the show and would have done as a meal on their own.

First time visiting, chicken burgers were nice 6.5/10, hot dog & cheeseburger 1/10. Peach pie 7/10. Staff African female staff on duty at 13/10/24 2pm has a chip on her shoulder, no manners and is not the right person for a customer facing role. Caucasian female staff with black hair, was on point with her service and looked like she was running the front on her own. Management should reward her for her effort before she is poached by another company. Indian male staff was a proper grafter as well. Management should watch the front for 20 mins, move any non suitable customer facing staff into other roles instead. It’s not hard to be genuine and polite!

First visit ever..... Caitlin at the counter kept us right and went above and beyond....even brought our order to our table.....the batter is different.....tasty drumsticks....loaded fries......try yourself..... Caitlin is the best and she should be recognised for her service and attitude.

Bad service. Always get deliveries wrong. Food arrives incorrect, drinks arrive warm, always in damaged bag. Don’t recommend ordering.

the delivery had to come from newcastle Town to gateshead on a peddle electric bike, so by the time it came was cold unfortunately not the drivers fault maybe make the distance that the place covers shorter also the burger was strangely greesey and the cans of pop pretty warm probably won't order again.

The Burger bun was too stale & hard as children couldn't bite the burger, I went to the till and they were laughing when talking between them as seems they knew there is something wrong with the bun! I asked to talk with the boss she came and said this is our standard and nothing wrong with it! I told her this is not standard and never been like this as I ate at Jollibee before! But she denied, I said I will put this in review she said go ahead and do whatever you want to say! She was totally careless and didn't give any attention to this problem! This gives bad reputation to your name! Be careful!

Lovely hotdog. The hotdog had a delicious sauce. Cute place. Excellent location. Clean. Staff was kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend trying these out.

The food tasted good, and the order arrived on time. However, one of the three meals I ordered is missing a chicken piece and gravy sauce.

Spicy chicken joy was soooo greasy and tasted incredibly off, not sure what thats about. even the Chicken burger was gristly in texture and a farcry of the quality it used to be. Though I will say fries were well seasoned and the peach and mango pie fantastic as always. But not sure I will return for the chicken.

Clean and spacious. The taste is quite good. The price also worth for the food and service. A bit crowded during lunchtime. The staff are lovely and kind.

Best fast food I’ve tried in the uk, it was absolutely stunning and delectable. The food was hot, fresh and flavourful. Every single dish was unique and delicious. The prices were great as well.

I come to the opening also love the brand as had it in the Philippines so I come into the restaurant on Northumberland Street after work yesterday I Thoroughly exhausted and ordered to book it for me and my boyfriend spicy bucket And a few other items and they’ve got pretty much most of it all wrong I am hoping this is just a one off as love the store but the person that saved me Seems being such a rush she got my full order wrong I didn’t get our signature favourite spicy chicken. I got chicken tenders. So bucket of chicken tenders, not chicken pieces very disappointing

Absolutely horrific delivery the wrong burger was sent with spicy coating instead of the plain I ordered no fries included pie missing and all cold apart from perversely the coke cans that weren't warm they are hot!!! Disgusting in every way !!

Food is absolutely amazing, tastes delicious and very reasonably priced. Meal for £10.68 - chicken burger, regular fries, regular pop, mango pie, small vanilla ice cream sundae. Great value and even better than KFC. Their fried chicken is the best I've had. Lots of seating - toilets are up a flight of stairs so not disability friendly but due to layout of building probably can't be helped. No baby changing facilities, would like to see at least a baby change in the ladies. Staff friendly and helpful.

Horrible service! I ordered siracha loaded fries and I was delivered with someone else's order. I never hot my order and tried to contact the store, nobody was picking my call. Nobody was there to help.

I know Jollibee from the Philippines where I like to visit. The burger tasted great, but was hastily put together and a lot of fat dripped off. the fries not special. The ketchup, which you have to specifically ask for, was not the Catsup that Jollibee is known for.

Visited today Food: spaghetti was delicious as always, fries very average Chicken was poor, the coating was fine but the chicken was rubbery, didn’t taste fresh and not good quality, at all which was disappointing It wasn’t very busy yet every table had left over food on it while staff stood around chatting, I had to request a table be cleaned overall the restaurant looked dirty The biggest issue is the price, it’s far too expensive for what u get, there was only 3 of us and we spent £70 to get a decent meal I was stunned when I paid Probably wouldn’t go back

I love jollibee but there's none of my favourites. Staff are lovely, the atmosphere is ok. I still love jollibee chicken joy although it's not as nice as the one in the Philippines but still I like it.

Nice staff, great food and a chill atmosphere. However, smaller bag sizes would be preferable. I also think that the ordering screens were buggy.

Hay un problema con esta sucursal. Ya sea un problema técnico con el equipo de preparación o la falta de valores, actitud y talento requeridos para promover la marca al estándar requerido es una cuestión de alta dirección. Dicho y hecho, es un punto de venta de comida rápida, pero en un negocio competitivo como ese, la cantidad de opciones cercanas reduce la necesidad de visitar un lugar tan deslucido y de baja calidad como este.

La primera vez que vine, pedí una hamburguesa de pollo, la hamburguesa estaba bien, a la par con KFC, mi hijo dijo que era mejor, papas fritas mejor debo decir, agradable y crujiente y todo uniforme, no flácido o empapado como McDonald's, solo otro KFC con mejores papas imo. -Muy bien.
