MISS MY GRAVY TWICE when i ordered this on ubereat. i dont know why it happened again even i note that on my order. I will not buy Jollibee again in my life.

Food is absolutely amazing, tastes delicious and very reasonably priced. Meal for £10.68 - chicken burger, regular fries, regular pop, mango pie, small vanilla ice cream sundae. Great value and even better than KFC. Their fried chicken is the best I've had. Lots of seating - toilets are up a flight of stairs so not disability friendly but due to layout of building probably can't be helped. No baby changing facilities, would like to see at least a baby change in the ladies. Staff friendly and helpful.

Horrible service! I ordered siracha loaded fries and I was delivered with someone else's order. I never hot my order and tried to contact the store, nobody was picking my call. Nobody was there to help.

I know Jollibee from the Philippines where I like to visit. The burger tasted great, but was hastily put together and a lot of fat dripped off. the fries not special. The ketchup, which you have to specifically ask for, was not the Catsup that Jollibee is known for.

Clean and spacious. The taste is quite good. The price also worth for the food and service. A bit crowded during lunchtime.

Visited today Food: spaghetti was delicious as always, fries very average Chicken was poor, the coating was fine but the chicken was rubbery, didn’t taste fresh and not good quality, at all which was disappointing It wasn’t very busy yet every table had left over food on it while staff stood around chatting, I had to request a table be cleaned overall the restaurant looked dirty The biggest issue is the price, it’s far too expensive for what u get, there was only 3 of us and we spent £70 to get a decent meal I was stunned when I paid Probably wouldn’t go back

I love jollibee but there's none of my favourites. Staff are lovely, the atmosphere is ok. I still love jollibee chicken joy although it's not as nice as the one in the Philippines but still I like it.

Nice staff, great food and a chill atmosphere. However, smaller bag sizes would be preferable. I also think that the ordering screens were buggy.

Hello, Nice comfy restaurant in the middle of Northumberland street. Though busy restaurant, entire crew members maintianed the restaurant clean and tidy. Hats of to them. Coming to food, we ordered 2 tenders, 2 mini fries, some chicken joy and spicy, with spag and loaded fries. Food was served relatively quicker than expected, but was hot and nice!! Tenders were good, chicken was a bit spicy, but the skin on thighs was amazing. Spag sauce was bit thick, but cheese on top just won the game. Overall nice and good vibe we had in evening. Thank you

Chicken is always lovely from here, crispy and fresh. Chips were cold and unseasoned. Ordered gravy, sweet chilly, ranch and garlic. Got garlic and gravy. Pop was shoved in with the food making the food cold and the pop warm. Not great. Ordered in advance at 17:30 for delivery at 20:00. Arrived at 20:37. Just eat and the restaurant need to get themselves organised. The driver was lovely and friendly bless him. The food was very late but it wasn't his fault.

Missing items from meal and everything came cold but the drinks

I got a spicy chicken breast in bun. The chicken was nice. Inside bun one warm lettuce leaf. My Drink was room temp. Fries were OK. Then loaded fries. Cold fries a big of sauce, spring onions and a soggy chicken strip cut up. Gross didn't enjoy at all. The staff were kind of rude to all miserable and blunt. ( fair enough ) Not enough tables there all different sizes and heights for some reason. Hard to get in with a pram. I wouldn't recommend

Burger used to be soft and juicy but totally changed for the worse. Same with burger sauce...some nasty burnt smokey mayo instead of the old recipe. Put cold can in with hot food so ended up with a lukewarm can of fanta and cold food...well done geniuses!!!

Never come to this place at night,me and my family just wanted to have a good night at jolibee,when we got our food the burger was very cold,might as well just pull it out of the freezer give it to us to heat at home,we had to get a refund and return home disappointed.

I loved this place when it first opened, but it seemed to go downhill after a while. Can't complain now, as I gave it another go the other year and it slaps. I love getting rice bowls there and when I started trying the mango desserts I was in love. Plus I'm dating a Filipino guy so going here feels really cute now. The only thing I could say is that the rice dishes have been off a few times and that's pretty funny for a Filipino joint. Since KFC runs out of rice at the same time, it's probably a supply chain issue and British people don't have as much demand for rice unless we're getting takeaway. It's also great that there's a sink with paper towels right there in the floor, which is a pretty big leap of faith for Brits but I appreciate it every time. Outstanding.

Never again. Was allowed to order mayo on the screens but they ran out however they managed to put some on the burger i ordered. So I ended up with ketchup on my tenders. No ice in my diet coke even though i ordered full fat. Fries were still raw qnd unnseasoned. A small and i mean two spoon fulls of bland what should of been vanilla ice cream. Not too busy but dirty sticky tables and an overflowing bin where you empty your trays. For 15 quid i was robbed. The tenders were ok juicy and seasoned well. The burger was ok even though they ran out of mayo a lot of it ended up on the burger. the peach mmango pie was like a cheap runny jam and very bland taste . Never again.

Amazing staff and service food was on point and if there is anything not they replace it for you without any hassle or argument. Duty manager I believe his name is Reece what an amazing and professional guy witnessed him handling a confrontation with someone trying to scam the staff in getting a double meal but he remained calm and confronted the guy with absolute professional approach and diffused the situation. We need more people like him in hospitality

Been coming here since it's the only Jollibee in Newcastle. Several times we get incorrect or missing order it's why I always check before I leave when ordering takeaway. On my last visit, ordered 8pcs, 2 medium fries and spaghetti. When I checked the bag, there were no fries which then I prompted staff and immediately got this however made a mistake not checking the chicken as it was in a bucket and was hard for me to do it one by one. Soon as I got home, only got 7pcs instead of 8 and nothing I can do about since I was home already. I never write negative reviews but this has made me write a review now as this was not the first time that I experienced missing orders.

I ordered an order through Uber Eat that included two boxes of chicken, each box containing twelve pieces of chicken, and I only received one box. I called the store and they did not answer my calls. Uber evaded responsibility. It is bad and unprofessional treatment on both sides.

We had it for the first time and definitely the last me and my wife got really bad food poisoning we are looking to talk to a professional about the matter as it was really that bad I don’t understand how they operate and still serve food avoid this place at all costs

As soon as my family and I walked in the whole staff was looking at us my gut feeling said walk out but my son really wanted to have a go at Jollibee so we ordered and ate worst decision of my life my husband’s been ill since Tuesday it’s going on two weeks now of food poisoning definitely a sinister stuff working there. Im just grateful my husband is still alive he is that sick 🤢 he had a two piece chicken with chips I did think the chicken colour looked odd but I didn’t want to mess his appetite up so I let him eat it giving this place the benefit of doubt because I never been here . If it was up to me I’d shut this place down until they get proper hygiene stuff that won’t try and kill you off . Very upset when this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I used to frequent Jollibee a lot during my uni days as the food was great, but tonight I was extremely disappointed. There were no chicken burgers being sold, so we had to opt for standard beef burgers, which were fine, but the chips were stone cold and the chicken tenders were so hard that they were inedible. The toilets upstairs were also littered with rubbish and had no toilet paper. I know this could have been the result of it being the evening, but it’s sad that the quality seems to drop dramatically on the evening when it isn’t as busy as the day.

Foodwise the taste was alright and up to standard.. no burgers though like regular yum(ditto) Service was quick and courteous and first i ever heard of "you ordered a dog and pie" on the order callout. Pun intended but appreciated. Atmosphere.. lots of seats and fast clean up of the tables..

Food was ok. Let down by staff attitude. Took so much time to prepare our food. Too laid back staff does not care if costumers are waiting for ages. Miserable faces, they hate their jobs. No one come to clean the tables after being used by previous costumers. Me and my daughter had to swap table 4 times because every table we approach was filthy. The girl at the front shouts so loud but then forgot to include our sundae. When asked she didn't say a word, just the usual miserable face. Pushed the sundae in front of me, no spoon, nothing. When asked where can i get a spoon, she stared at me before handing a spoon. No manners, completely lack of costumer service skills!

But I got completely ripped off the latest time I went there because I ordered a bucket of chicken and burger, and when I received my order in their ridiculously large bag, I didn't realise that the order did not contain the bucket of chicken, and therefore, I essentially paid for the most overpriced burger ever. Yes, there is some personal fault in that I should have checked the order myself before I left the shop, but I was in a rush (otherwise, why call it "fast food"?) and had lots of other shopping to carry, so I think it is fair that the bulk of responsibility lies on Jollibee. It also didn't help that my server was clearly in training, and his supervisor clearly was not helping him during that time. And of course, with all big chains now, there is no such thing as a "complaints helpline" and so having to reach out on social media is an absolute pain, and when I sent an email (which they asked for) to tell them of the fiasco, they could not even be bothered to respond after that. So they may have good chicken (although, I'm sure that the quality will worsen soon enough, like everything else in the UK), but they have clearly adopted the "we don't care as we already have your money" attitude when it comes to customer service. Beware.

For one the order was very late and the delivery driver struggled for 5 minutes to find my house and had to ring him twice, food was then cold and missing items and incorrect items, this has to be the worst order I’ve seen

Ordering is via screens and once ordered you collect from the counter yourself. No info screen , the assistant calls out your order number. Food is ok, chicken well cooked and not to spicy. Bit like a KFC zinger. No hot drinks served which was disappointing, for me at least.
