We had a very bad experience here in this Restaurant. Travelling from another city just to experience the Jollibee food that we crave for months. It is to our dismay that this restaurant was dirty, allowing the customers to eat with scattered food on floor, one customer spilled her drink on the hallway no one bothered to clean it while we were eating seeing the unsanitary resto made us not feel not going back again as it loose our appetite. Very unhygienic restaurant thinking people come here to eat and satisfy cravings. The manager just stood there instead he could have get the mop and clean it so nobody will fall as people are passing by the hallway. When we finished our food thats the only time one staff cleaned the hallway. But still you can see scattered food everywhere fries, chicken. This is really so disappointing. Will never come back to this branch. Would rather travel for 2-3hrs going to another branch of Jollibee in the UK. I hope the owner of this branch take necessary actions for this unhygienic store.

Very disappointing experience! Managers are walking thru the Dine in like chicken without head! Jollibee is well known with the HIGH STANDARDS! But wasn’t seen in this branch! Unhygienic Jollibee I ever visit in my entire life! Protect the Brand Image!!! You guys have to rectify all these opportunities!!! Bring back the positive atmosphere of the brand!

As always their spicy chicken is the best. For comparison it's much better than KFC... Less greasy, more crispy and tastes 200% better.

Absolute scammers I placed a order via ubereats within 2 minutes realised the address was incorrect didnt have the option to change address contact support only option was to cancel I pressed yes and it still charged me full amount saying the restaurant accepted the order but it wasnt cooked as i cancelled within like 3 mins but still i got charged full amount without any food being delivered tried contacting support no response no phone line absolute scammers I need my refund no way of contacting jollibee they won't answer my phone call

We had great expectations after trying the Nottingham branch. However the Leicester branch was very underwhelming. The quality of food was sub par. The restaurant was not clean. And communication from staff was very poor, causing our order to be delayed and cold.

We always come here and everytime Georgia and Meme gives us the Best Customer service with a warm genuine Smile really so Happy coming here all the time

The food was very good and the portion sizes were very generous. Great service from all the staff especially Mousa who made the experience 10/10. Overall very good place.

I’m so annoyed that the staff kept missing my item and there is no way I can get it because I ordered it through Deliveroo. This has been the third time that the staff forgot to put fries in the package. I really don’t understand what’s wrong with the staffs working there. I placed the order even before the place opens so that the staff could have enough time to get it done right. Can jolibee hire more diligent staffs????

I recently had a disappointing experience at Jollibee. I tried the spicy tenders, the spicy chicken sandwich, and the Sriracha chicken loaded fries, and unfortunately, none of them lived up to my expectations. The spicy tenders were dry and lacked the flavor I was hoping for. The breading didn’t have the right crunch, and overall, they felt underwhelming. The spicy chicken sandwich was similarly disappointing; it didn’t have the kick I anticipated, and the chicken itself was bland. As for the Sriracha chicken loaded fries, they were a letdown as well. The flavor was muddled, and the fries just didn’t have that satisfying crispness. To top it off, the buttermilk ranch sauce was not to my liking; it felt overly thick and lacked the freshness I expected. Overall, this visit to Jollibee was not a good one. I was really looking forward to enjoying some tasty comfort food, but I left feeling unsatisfied. I hope to give it another chance in the future, but my recent experience will make me think twice.

Just ok, and the chicken strips were very dry. To be honest I didn't have very expectations when I came due to a bad experience at a Jollybee elsewhere, and this one's better but it's still overall just meh

We've been in other Jollibee outlet here in UK but Leicester was far the best. Your chickenjoy was the crispiest and not far taste from the Philippines. Bring back memories from Philippines. Your gravy was not salty as well. The consistency was the best compare to other chain store. Well done Jollibee Leicester!

While the food is excellent, the state of the toilet is a significant issue. It's unhygienic, with scattered and messy tissues, a dirty and unsanitized bowl, and a soiled, wet floor lacking any health and safety signage. Will be deleting this comment on my next visit (if there are any improvements)

Went to the wrong address. Five minutes later I've seen some kid walking with my food. Some kind of joke. I didn't even receive a full refund.

First time trying Jollibee chicken! Definitely much better than KFC. No complaint about the food, but the shop is physically repulsive—dirty tables and toilets. Go to the toilet to wash your hands before the meal, but your hands still feel dirty. Better to get a takeaway. No dine-in.

Super fast, food is always good.

One of the quieter branches of Jollibee that I’ve been to in the UK so you get your food quick and can always find a table. Only concern is the only (disabled) toilet available downstairs. The two times I’ve been they’ve closed the second floor area so there may be more toilets upstairs.

order confirmation was at 12:45, the time on the bag says 1:09, it arrived with me with cold chips and just warm chicken at 2:00. the initial delivercesimate was 1:20

Cool place to eat, unique menu and buzzing atmosphere

I visited this place a few weeks ago, I decided to eat here due to its convenient location. I ordered the chicken rice bowl with asian chilli sauce for lunch as it looked like the most balanced option. No where on the description did it state this was a very sweet chilli sauce or a sweet sauce at all. I took 2 bites and could not eat anymore as the sauce was all over the chicken and rice and it was pretty much a spicy sugar syrup. My teeth hurt and I was concerned with how much sugar I was going to be consuming too. I politely asked the staff if I could switch this for another rice bowl with no sauce as I genuinely could not eat this. I was asked if I had eaten any of it, to which I replied yes of course I tried it. I was told because I had eaten some of it, I could not exchange this and this is what the manager had apparently advised. This is appalling, how would I have known the dish was super sweet and that my teeth would hurt, had I not tried it. I ended up leaving hungry and ordering elsewhere. I will never eat at this place again and would advise a bit of flexibility and common sense in your policy.

I am a regular customer of Jollibee, but I often have disappointing experiences with their staff. For instance, I recently ordered two pieces of spicy chicken, loaded fries, a sandwich, and a drink without ice. However, I received cold and stale chicken, and instead of two pieces, they gave me three. On top of that, my drink was filled with ice, despite my request for no ice. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such issues. On several previous occasions, I also received cold and stale food.

Been waiting for more than an hour to our order. I saw our order been sitting in the tray more than 30 minutes. I told to customer service they have to finished first what they doing before to move to other order. Food is great but the service is so bad.

We went on a Sunday. Google said its open, when we arrived at 12 pm the store was closed. This bad service, management should have notified atleast google when they are closed for the day. We traveled for 2 hours just to be awfully disappointed.

The food was great. Too bad the staffs attitude was so unprofessional and the place was disgusting. This was actually the close Jollibee to me but I rather drive to further ones instead.

Jollibee is extremely underrated. It is delicious. Had the Spicy Chicken burger - most definitely better than McDonalds. Succulent, tasty and crispy chicken with a delicious soft bun that was savouringly crispy around the edges. Spicy chicken joy had more flavour than spice, but was extremely enjoyable. Not a mango fan, but the peach and mango pie began to grow on me. Fries are alright. Towards the end of me eating them they started to taste like McDonald's. Staff were lovely and kind too!

This is my first time trying out a Jollibee in the Leicester City Centre. This outlet was nicely presented. And it was clean and tidy. It was spacious and has plenty of seating. On the left side of this restaurant are the self ordering kiosks, from here this where I ordered my food. What I didn’t know about this place that it has upstairs seating as well. The stairs is located opposite the front kiosk on the left side and I believe the customers toilets are also here as well. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken, Sriracha chicken loaded fries, a chicken burger and a bottle of water. It also came with a Sriracha mayonnaise dip. From when I was the food the chicken burger looked big, but when the order came through the chicken burger was actually small. In regards to the 3 pieces of chicken the coating of it was actually unique for me, in which I quiet liked. But the chicken meat it self had no taste at all! I either believe that they brought the chicken on a cheap budget to cook or they cooked the chicken from yesterday or the day before. The best for me was the Sriracha Chicken loaded fries, unfortunately the Sriracha mayonnaise dip had no taste to it either. Overall this place for me was a ok experience.

Ordered 12 pc bucket and 8 pc tender box with uber eats. There was no variety of chicken pieces rather limited to only thighs and legs and the tenders were not fresh but stale and soggy.. very disappointing…

Obviously, if you go anywhere there is a Jolliebee, people want you to get them some. Got there early, 9 minutes after opening, and was already 39th order. Food came supper quick, a bucket of spicy, a bucket of normal fried chicken (surpasses KFC), yum burgers, and mango and peach pies. It is all highly recommended. You know I was poplar when I got home.

Chicken piece was so dry and burnt looking, inedible. No idea what burger meat they use but its never seen a cow in its life, tasted more like Doberman than beef. Gravy tasted awful too, watery and salty. Chips however were fresh, crispy and nicely salted. overall very disappointed and won't be returning/ Recommending

Out of the blue, our Filipino roots just had this craving to go to our nearest Jabee. It was not busy considering that it was Saturday. I would say this is the best Jollibee food I had since they opened their doors here in UK. Almost the same taste as back home. I just wish we get the Palabok too next time. I didn’t like how untidy the second floor was and no one was constantly checking if tables are clean. We had to wipe our own table.

We ordered 3 different burger meals and only received one burger and sides.

The food was amazing. The burgers were so juicy and flavourful and the fries were perfectly salted, I will definitely return when I’m in Nottingham again.

Even in the UK 🇬🇧 it's like being in the Philippines 🇵🇭 because of Jollibee. Always been my favorite eversince when I was a kid. I love the chicken with rice.

It's been 2 years since I've eaten Jollibee food and the last time was when I was still in the Philippines. It felt like home when we were greeted and served by our fellow Pinoys. The warmth and cosiness is much needed now that it's winter here. I super love this place, the staff, and the food is PERFECT! 💖

I would not recommend the place was dirty and grubby, all the tables were dirty and bins over flowing left over food and wrappers on the floor the staff was slow and didn’t care about cleanliness definitely shouldn’t be a hygiene rating of 5, food was below average and bland was missing simply utensils will not be going back

Food was generally great. I feel like every item tastes different depending on which brand I dine in. The spaghetti in Leicester is way better compared to when I last had it - there’s more sauce and it tasted very much like the one they make in Ph. The chicken joy, although crispy and juicy was not warm enough and tastes different as compared to the ones I had in Glasgow. I also wish there’s more gravy (but this is only because I love the Jollibee gravy) It’s quite cold in the restaurant. It’s like the ac is on in a 12 degree weather. Probably why my food has gone cold quickly. Some tables were left uncleaned for a little while. The service from staff, especially from John is excellent as he served us with a smile.

The service was great with the help of John, however the Fried Chicken breading seems different from the original but the spaghetti sauce tasted good with generous amount compared to Glasgow or London branch.

Good are so delicious 😋 We finished everything. And we want more.

Went for the first time. The food was amazing. The spicy chicken was very well made. If you can't handle your spice it might be spicy. The spicy chicken burger was tasty. Chips are very similar to McDonald's chips. The spaghetti is very good. Peach and mango pie was amazing pair that with plain ice cream wow ! Definitely recommend coming here. Will definitely be back.

If you want to eat 1 hour after odering, this place will be fine. Very slow paced service, like all the time! Why does it always take more than 45 minutes to get the food you ordered?

Always fast service and lovely staff. The gravy fries are my go to. Actually spicy burgers. Wish there was more sauce in burgers. Do not like that they changed their gravy fries portion to a little smaller and pour your own gravy but i understand why. THE MANGO SUNDAE WAS PHENOMENAL I WILL ALWAYS RAVE ABOUT IT!!!
