Been waiting for more than an hour to our order. I saw our order been sitting in the tray more than 30 minutes. I told to customer service they have to finished first what they doing before to move to other order. Food is great but the service is so bad.

We went on a Sunday. Google said its open, when we arrived at 12 pm the store was closed. This bad service, management should have notified atleast google when they are closed for the day. We traveled for 2 hours just to be awfully disappointed.

The food was great. Too bad the staffs attitude was so unprofessional and the place was disgusting. This was actually the close Jollibee to me but I rather drive to further ones instead.

Dining at JollyBee was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, the staff attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a cozy evening. Highly recommended!

We tried the fried chicken bucket with loaded chips, and it was good—crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. A great spot for halal fast food, with a solid selection of options. Overall, a good place to enjoy tasty fried chicken, deserving of a 4-star rating.

No problem with the food, ready quickly and well presented. Service good and restaurant ok, but quite a bit of food on floor under tables.

This is my first time trying out a Jollibee in the Leicester City Centre. This outlet was nicely presented. And it was clean and tidy. It was spacious and has plenty of seating. On the left side of this restaurant are the self ordering kiosks, from here this where I ordered my food. What I didn’t know about this place that it has upstairs seating as well. The stairs is located opposite the front kiosk on the left side and I believe the customers toilets are also here as well. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken, Sriracha chicken loaded fries, a chicken burger and a bottle of water. It also came with a Sriracha mayonnaise dip. From when I was the food the chicken burger looked big, but when the order came through the chicken burger was actually small. In regards to the 3 pieces of chicken the coating of it was actually unique for me, in which I quiet liked. But the chicken meat it self had no taste at all! I either believe that they brought the chicken on a cheap budget to cook or they cooked the chicken from yesterday or the day before. The best for me was the Sriracha Chicken loaded fries, unfortunately the Sriracha mayonnaise dip had no taste to it either. Overall this place for me was a ok experience.

Genuinely one of the best Jollibee meals I've had in the UK/Europe. Just as good as in the Philippines!

Ordered 8pc bucket but all of them are wings that’s made me very disappointed 😣😣😣never happened before

Only 3 star because the quality has gone down The past times I came here chicken was over cooked and the other time my spicy chicken burger was undercooked ! ;-; They also served me a can of pepsi instead of a cup (i had to ask for cup of ice for eating in) …can of pepsi for £2 ? As well is crazy bring your own drink

Ordered 12 pc bucket and 8 pc tender box with uber eats. There was no variety of chicken pieces rather limited to only thighs and legs and the tenders were not fresh but stale and soggy.. very disappointing…

Had our dinner it's nice and I felt missing home.. Miss the Jollibee back home

Obviously, if you go anywhere there is a Jolliebee, people want you to get them some. Got there early, 9 minutes after opening, and was already 39th order. Food came supper quick, a bucket of spicy, a bucket of normal fried chicken (surpasses KFC), yum burgers, and mango and peach pies. It is all highly recommended. You know I was poplar when I got home.

Chicken piece was so dry and burnt looking, inedible. No idea what burger meat they use but its never seen a cow in its life, tasted more like Doberman than beef. Gravy tasted awful too, watery and salty. Chips however were fresh, crispy and nicely salted. overall very disappointed and won't be returning/ Recommending

Out of the blue, our Filipino roots just had this craving to go to our nearest Jabee. It was not busy considering that it was Saturday. I would say this is the best Jollibee food I had since they opened their doors here in UK. Almost the same taste as back home. I just wish we get the Palabok too next time. I didn’t like how untidy the second floor was and no one was constantly checking if tables are clean. We had to wipe our own table.

The only challenge is the que during peak hours

Just went to Jollibee leciester and service is too bad and food is too bad have ordered chicken not cooked well . We went with 2 kids and customer service is also very poor very disappointed! Lost money lost satisfaction!

We ordered 3 different burger meals and only received one burger and sides.

The food was amazing. The burgers were so juicy and flavourful and the fries were perfectly salted, I will definitely return when I’m in Nottingham again.

It's been 2 years since I've eaten Jollibee food and the last time was when I was still in the Philippines. It felt like home when we were greeted and served by our fellow Pinoys. The warmth and cosiness is much needed now that it's winter here. I super love this place, the staff, and the food is PERFECT! 💖

Even in the UK 🇬🇧 it's like being in the Philippines 🇵🇭 because of Jollibee. Always been my favorite eversince when I was a kid. I love the chicken with rice.

I would not recommend the place was dirty and grubby, all the tables were dirty and bins over flowing left over food and wrappers on the floor the staff was slow and didn’t care about cleanliness definitely shouldn’t be a hygiene rating of 5, food was below average and bland was missing simply utensils will not be going back

The service was great with the help of John, however the Fried Chicken breading seems different from the original but the spaghetti sauce tasted good with generous amount compared to Glasgow or London branch.

Food was generally great. I feel like every item tastes different depending on which brand I dine in. The spaghetti in Leicester is way better compared to when I last had it - there’s more sauce and it tasted very much like the one they make in Ph. The chicken joy, although crispy and juicy was not warm enough and tastes different as compared to the ones I had in Glasgow. I also wish there’s more gravy (but this is only because I love the Jollibee gravy) It’s quite cold in the restaurant. It’s like the ac is on in a 12 degree weather. Probably why my food has gone cold quickly. Some tables were left uncleaned for a little while. The service from staff, especially from John is excellent as he served us with a smile.

ood and service 5/5 but atmosphere there is 3 stars because in that very nice restaurant , customer have to listen some music !

i ordered to Jollibee 8 pcs chicken. half spicy & half regular. but the they give me all regular.

The area is clean and service is superb. The crews are friendly and helpful. You can feel the Filipino hospitality once you enter the premises.

Went for the first time. The food was amazing. The spicy chicken was very well made. If you can't handle your spice it might be spicy. The spicy chicken burger was tasty. Chips are very similar to McDonald's chips. The spaghetti is very good. Peach and mango pie was amazing pair that with plain ice cream wow ! Definitely recommend coming here. Will definitely be back.

If you want to eat 1 hour after odering, this place will be fine. Very slow paced service, like all the time! Why does it always take more than 45 minutes to get the food you ordered?

Always fast service and lovely staff. The gravy fries are my go to. Actually spicy burgers. Wish there was more sauce in burgers. Do not like that they changed their gravy fries portion to a little smaller and pour your own gravy but i understand why. THE MANGO SUNDAE WAS PHENOMENAL I WILL ALWAYS RAVE ABOUT IT!!!

Second time being eating from here and it’s so good, everything was full of flavour the chicken and gravy is just top tier. The burgers look so close to the advertisement. Quite affordable and perfect portions!! Just lovely!

Me and my son had lunch today and it was such a nice pleasant time. Georgia served us and she was super polite and friendly. She helped with our order and as it was out first time she made the experience really special. The food was hot and fresh. We had ice cream for desert after our meal and we really enjoyed it.
