I was so hyped about this but really disappointed after a two hour journey the food was less than mediocre at best the chicken lacked seasoning the spaghetti was the worst with barely 2 hot dog pieces in the spaghetti its self it had no flavour other than it was a bit sweet i really wanted to see if banana ketchup would set it aside and taste it, its basically ketchup with sweetener 😂 Uff!!! Never again

chicken burger is good but the cleanliness of the place is a real let down. every time i go here the floors and tables are a mess which is off putting. defo not an eat in kind of place. makes you wonder if the seating area is this level of cleanliness then what is the kitchen like. from eating in here a few times i can tell there’s enough staff to accommodate the upkeep but yet still nothing. i hope it changes in the future as the food is good but it’s something they need to work on asap!

Bad service, staff serving food takes too long

I would not mind going back to eat there but the chips were not very fresh & the burger was fine. The place upstairs and downstairs was very clean. I saw one girl where they cook their food, did not really wanted to be there. The person at the counter was pleasant.

KFC might have their "secret" spice mix but Jollibee is miles better. Great food and service regardless which country you are in. Also one of the best hotdogs you can get in the UK.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Customer service appalling. No hello or thank you. Ordered loaded fries. They were cold and barely any chicken or sauce and fries were dry. Would never order again or recommend

I visited jollibee Restaurant and I was pleased to deal with them. The workers are always smiling. I hope that other branches will be opened in Leicester. there are two of them who are always smiling and their dealings are elegant, and they are ozaz and Temera.

It was my first experience in branch and I loved it. The staff were friendly and Abdeulrahman Mousa the chef/cashier was awesome!!

After waiting for 5 minutes and after having caught the eyes of the staff several times, I then approached the counter and one of the staff informed me that they had closed. I asked her why does it say you close at 11pm if you close at 7pm? She said she didn't know and the website was incorrect. The staff member seemed insincere when mentioning the website was incorrect. I'm fairly sure that she is not going to do anything about the website information. Will not be giving this place a try after all. Plus one staff member was chewing gum while preparing food which is very unhygienic. I didn't appreciate waiting for so long and I should have been acknowledged before I approached the counter myself. Poor service, poor staff attitude.

The food was so clean I have a sensitive stomach and I didn’t get bloated or anything. The staff is very friendly and helped us to make our choice of what to eat. Thank you Abdelrahman and the other hijab I girl I forgot your name sorry
