Usamos la barra de pescado al menos una vez a la semana y siempre hemos disfrutado de una excelente comida y personal amigables de servicio del personal, es uno de mis favoritos definitivamente

Buena comida y calidad, por qué las 3 estrellas, el personal no es acogedor, lo cual es una pena, ya que disfruto visitando otras sucursales, pero uno de los empleados es grosero pero no se mancha debido a mí, espero que sea un una sola vez y no se comportan como lo hicieron con nosotros.

Alojarse en el centro de conferencias y me apetecía una noche fuera de la comida y sentarse fuera. Dieron patatas, bastante buena, de tamaño irregular, crujientes, feria porciones.

You won't be sorry to order fried chicken/fish and chip/chicken nuggets from them! They are fresh and tasty! Not greasy at all!

Revolting Ice cream, had to track down the delivery driver as he couldn't even find the door. Amidst the confusion my food became cold. Unimpressed.

I ordered a meal for me and my friend. The drink we ordered didn't arrive at all and we didn't get a refund, just got told we'd get a free one next time... We also ordered 4 chicken strips and instead got 2 strange looking large pieces of chicken, and they made no attempt to correct this either ... So as it stands if I am to have my money or value returned to me, they have effectively made me have to order from them again, which I don't feel like doing any time soon

Food was very poor ordered fish n chips ,chips were cold n over brown batter on fish was soaked in old grease the best part was the curry sauce ,it's the 1st time I've ordered from here and the last , it's just like every other halal takeaway its cheap nasty and a dog wouldn't go near it.

Comimos aquí para visitar el hospital de Birmingham como facilidad de niños, está a 5 minutos a pie de la puerta. Comentarios antes que nosotros no eran muy buenas, pero que de todos modos nos topamos. Tuve en pan naan que kebab fue genial, las patatas fritas eran bien, desde lo de pollo mi esposa y mi hijo tenía. En cuanto al precio era fantástico con tres de nosotros comer por menos de 10 libras. Puede no ser el más bonito lugar, pero se puede hacer mucho peor.

Food was cold and arrived 20 minutes late. Think it would have been nice but after being in the microwave; not so much. Friendly driver but didn't have the drink we ordered in stock but substituted it. Overall, disappointed

I ordered the food and it didn't even arrive, and when I tried to contact the shop no one answered. The shop was supposedly still open but I tried several times and there was no answer.

Me Don;t normalmente revisión Fish & chips tiendas pero después de haber estado dos veces seis meses aparte tengo que dar esta una buena crítica y puede;entienden los otros dos comentarios aquí. Mi esposa y yo hemos visitado tarde en ambas ocasiones y había pescado y patatas fritas y comimos. Los alrededores son un poco básico pero nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos, aunque era tarde. Excelentes patatas fritas con un buen bocado crocante y arremeter contra uno de los mejores en el pescado. Mención especial para su salsa salsa de tomate. Caminamos pasado el día siguiente a la hora de comer, y estaba muy ocupado.

I only give this one star as you had to award it something for the review to be recognised, if I had my way I would give it none!!!!! Firstly, I had to wait for over 2 hours for the food to be delivered. Secondly, the food was gross!!! I ordered a burger and the lettuce was pretty much brown. The garlic bread was covered in a very delightful layer of greece and freezing cold. I most definitely will not be ordered from here again!!!! I never leave reviews but feel the other reviews on this place are extremely misleading!!!!! And to add to all of that the driver, when delivering, didn't even apologise for the order being late!!!!! Unbelievable really.

Food was delicious and freshly made. Very quick delivery. Member of staff called me to ask if we would like to have salt&vinegar on our chips :) Amazing service.

After an impulse decision I visited this place sobar and ordered a large chicken meat and chips. Straight away I regretted my decision as guy who prepared my food looked like his uniform had been handed down as family heirloom, which had never seen a washing machine. I asked for some chilli sauce, with a theory the chilli might kill any remaining e'coli and the guy obliged and drowned the chips with a sea of chilli. The meal was edible but too greasy for me. If you fancy playing Russian roulette and want the chance of feeling joy of waking up the following morning that you've lived to fight another day this a the place for you. If not I would look else where.

Visiting Birmingham for the w'end with 2 small children, arrived late at our hotel only to discover no room service :-( I thought of just eat straight away and searched for the closest take away by postcode and VOILA! They had sold out of one item I had ordered and phoned me to suggest an alternative! Now THAT'S customer service!

bit expensive but very good quality tasty food! best pizza in birmingham. Struggled to deliver took a while but when phoned was quite well handled.

Good was great, service was friendly, responsive and fast will definitely use again. Really recommend!

These chips are absolutely terrible very chewy around the edges so bland not worth the price even in Birmingham, and half of them are in the bin now, never come here. Customer service was slow.

They got our order wrong but they did apologize and replace it promptly.
