Visited really early in the morning before our flight. Coffee was wonderful, and the bacon and sausage baps. The staff were really friendly. We were really tired as it was so early, but this really perked us up. Thank you.

Arrived at Bournemouth International airport at 2pm Thursday, the music was absolutely bopping and I felt like I must have a rave despite only have a Yorkshire tea. TOP DOLLAR 💸 10/10 would recommend to fellow ravers 💊

I've just gotten to Bournemouth Airport at 6:30am hungry and in desperate need of a cup of tea! Steven who is working was so friendly and lovely it's made the morning a bit easier to handle! I've not even finished my tea I wanted to post a review of him so soon.

Saturday 24th August visted this cafe for a coffee, we had some time on our hands before our check in gate opened. The cafe is situated landside, just inside the entrance to the terminal at Bournemouth Airport. Went to the counter to be served, there was a note on display apologising that the staff were away from the cafe collecting supplies and would be back shortly. We waited for a good 7 to 8 minutes before someone turned up, they had no supplies with them. The guy serving us was very polite and apologetic for his absence and set about making our coffees which were 2 flat whites, £2.70 each. We also selected 2 muffins £2.60 each, there were a couple of flavours available, we went with chocolate. The coffee was not bad, however the muffins were a bit dry and soon became a bit boring and bland, we did not eat them all. The general ambience of the cafe was clean and bright, however, some of the stools and sofas were a bit ragged and torn. Shortly after we were served the note was placed on the counter and the guy disappeared again, which resulted in a number of people waiting to be served.

During our flight out of Bournemouth Hurn Airport, we were greeted by Vanesa at the 'Estpresso Cafe' as we waited to board our flight.... And she made the BEST LATTE that I've tasted at an airport, Smoothe and HOT (Large was £2.60). We were lucky enough to AGAIN SERVED BY VANESA when we returned, but this time at "Joe's coffee house" as all 3 restaurants there are owned by the same group... And yet another GREAT LATTE. The onward Coffee made a good start to our holiday, the Return was "Welcome Home" Thank you to all at Bournemouth Airport for GREAT, HELPFUL SERVICE.

This is a great place to chill with family friends and loved ones. There are offers to be had for drinks and food. There is parking available onsite but on first come first serve basis. Definitely recommended for everyone. Thank you and have a great day 🙏

We approached the Noisy Lobster and thought, "This is the place for us! We looked around all 4 of their food outlets before opting for a brunch of pancakes and maple syrup from one cabin and chips and vegan sausage from the other. Let me first address the rudeness: After an unusually long wait for the chips and overpriced vegan sausages (£7 for 2), and bearing in mind there was no queue, the young man carelessly tossed them onto the counter and waved dismissively towards the salt and pepper. Meanwhile, at the breakfast cabin, pre-made pancakes were placed in an old ice-cream tub and thrown into the microwave to reheat! One pancake ended up burnt, prompting them to microwave another while the rest sat on the counter getting cold. Re-heated pancakes from an establishment that has the monopoly on the whole section of the beach! How mean and unprofessional can you get? You'd think such an established company could manage to make fresh pancakes on demand - cheap! As for the coffee, one measly shot in a latte? Seriously? I did not ask for a babyccino! It felt greedy and money-grabbing! A decidedly disappointing experience!

I like this small cafe with outside tables when the sun shines. Very good menu, large teapots and very friendly staff. A personal touch well appreciated

Turned up on a busy day without a reservation and we were accommodated without a fuss. Food was great, it was a busy day so service was a bit slow, however expected. Great for families or drinks with friends. Nice outdoor area for sunny days.
