Amazing burgers, great service.

I can't comment on the place itself as I'm leaving a review for takeaway, but the burger I just ate was so tasty! Delivered super fast, too. I will def be venturing out to eat here soon!

I waited 30 minutes to collect a raw burger and sides. They responded by saying they cook their burgers 'rare'!!!! I gave them a chance to remedy by asking for a replacement meal instead of a refund but I only got the burger. It was soaked in a sickly sauce and the sides I'd bought were now cold. There was no incentive to return.

I can't fault this place for anything. The burger was extremely tasty, the chips were perfectly crispy and the guy serving was friendly and had personality. Also, for what you get, the lunch meal deal is great value. I was very impressed!

What a great find in the heart of hove. I just had a regular burger and a glass of wine. The burger was so damn tasty! Deffo worth a visit. I've taken one star off Atmosphere because it was freezing cold inside due to the door being open.

Almost missed this place because it's so small, great staff, fast service and huge portions for a very reasonable price.

Pretty poor! We ordered a mid week burger, 3 of them to the tune of £40 for collection. It was back home in 5 minutes, but it was very disappointing. Soggy burger buns, too much relishes just ruined it swamping it and making it soggy as a marsh pit. Have eaten here before and it was good, but this time poor. We complained but they only offered a discount off nedt time we order- equating to about £5 off the next order. Not good enough for poor food at high prices. I would avoid it. They have not replied to our complaint since, and I would use your hard earned money elsewhere.

The 'Harrods' of burgers! Incredible Vallencia burger. One of the best burgers I've EVER had. Perfect every time I've ordered.

The staff was overly chatty. There were two of them who were talking loudly and laughing among themselves. And other two never cared how noisy and disturbing their colleagues. The place is already so small. Every word spoken can be heard so easily. They should have been extra careful not to disturb the customers, but they were as relaxed and unconcerned as if they were in their own home. Hospitality has its rules. And I hope this review helps some people remember them.

I got a Deliveroo & I can honestly say this was the best burger I’ve ever had! I ordered the artisan burger and it was absolutely Devine! Definitely recommend these burgers!

My son and I visited here after he had an interview in Hove , well it has to be one of the best burgers I've tasted , juicy and full of flavour, chips were crisp and their own sauce for dipping was lovely. The staff and service are excellent too. Highly recommend you visit this cool burger restaurant

Had take out multiple times from here and the Blue Tasty burger was juicy and perfectly seasoned and the whole thing was just exploding with flavour. Also tried their Palma Burger, favourite item easily. The chili mango sauce was amazing. Both burgers are sturdy no flopping around. Loved every bite. The dirty fries topped with crispy bacon and onions was nice too. the fries had a soft inside, crispy outside, and still crunchy even with all the toppings. Some of the best burgers iv had 10/10.

I was having a bad day so I asked for a smiley face to be poked into the bun and NOT ONLY DID I RECEIVE MY SMILEY FACE, they drew little faces all over the packaging. I am no longer sad, I am Infact incredibly happy. Thank youuu!!!! I have a photo of the burger wrap smiley but there were 6 smiley faces to uncover in total and I appreciated every single one of them. Also the food was incredible, I am obsessed

What can one say about Joe's burgers? Always busy place with classic quality burgers, slightly pricey but it does worth it in my opinion when you crave one!

first time having a Joe's. I only ordered a double cheese burger and I got free chips on the house, which were perfect. I got a patty for my dog and got a free piece of bacon with that as well. Best tasting burger I've had by a mile!! Quality produce and made with love. Definitely recommend

Best burger in Brighton. So juicy and tasty!

Was looking for something quick and tasty during my visit to Hove. I can't believe how lucky we got. Joe's made us hands down the best burgers I've ever eaten, and for a decent price too. Bun was perfect, sauce was generous but not soggy, burger was well seasoned and a good sized patty. Blue cheese sauce was made with actual cheese and not powder or jar. 10/10 for Joe's, I'm planning my next trip to Hove to get another Burger.

Writing this from outdoor seating @ Joe’s. We could not wait to leave a 5* review! Everything was so tasty and delicious, the best burger I’ve ever had! for such a good price too! The homemade sauces are amazing too! Onion rings delighted us! Will definitely be coming back again!

Ordered food, burger was inedible with the amount of cheese and grease, and the portion of fries was tiny - it was the first time I had eaten out in a long time and it was very disappointing especially for £18.

Perfect to-go restaurant. The burgers actually correspond to the pictures and are put together in such a way that they are still easy to eat even when delivered. In addition, the burgers and chips taste great and the sauces that go with them also really impressed me.

Stopped at random for a quick bite before a hospital visit and OMG, has to be one of the best burgers I've ever had - delicious burger and bun cooked perfectly, with lettuce so fresh and crispy it deserved its own billing and proper blue cheese holding its own, cooked by a friendly and helpful bloke. Very glad we accidentally stopped here and will deliberately do so again

Burgers were incredible, juicy, flavoursome and fresh feeling - not greasy or overly rich. Mire was very attentive and friendly, and helped me to make my girlfriend’s burger dairy free. Will be back hopefully many times!

Food was delivered extremely quickly, but unfortunately the burger was almost inedible.. the buns were somehow already soaked and soggy.. melting away in my hands. The burger itself was so wet that i couldn’t pick it up without liquid reaching down to my elbows. I would like to assume this was an isolated incident but honestly this experience has disheartened me from ordering food from here again.

Order a takeaway and received the wrong order. My burger contained and ingredient I can’t eat. No care or apology and had to call 4 times to request a refund for the meal I ordered and didn’t receive.

The burger would be wonderful if it didn't have pepper. I ordered the classic so I wouldn't go wrong but I didn't imagine there would be so much pepper. The place is good, the problem was the birds outside that almost attacked me because of the burger, I had to go inside.

There are burgers and then there are Burgers. Joe’s is definitely the latter. Fresh, well made and just on the right side of greasy and decadent without being too much. I’ve only ever ordered delivery but it has always come in tact, hot and delicious. My favourite Burger in Brighton/Hove. Fantastic.

The burgers and chips are absolutely amazing! It is a shame that it is so small. But you're getting more than what you're paying for! So good! Do not order the chicken burger, it's rubbish! Huge piece of lettuce, and a thin piece of chicken. Very bad compared to the others that are amazing!

Tried to order on line as offered discount as first time order would not take payment so had to go to shop discount not honoured £52 for 4 soggy burgers and 3 cold hard chips. Very disappointed will not be a return customer.

Absolutely bangin burgers. Highly recommend eating here. Buns are nice and soft, burger is cooked to perfection and the menu isn't overwhelmingly large, they just do a handful of stuff really well. I'd go for the blue cheese burger again

Extremely disappointing experience ordering Joe's through Uber Eats last night. Have ordered many times before, been good. Made a large order, 3 x burgers, several sides to have only some of the sides arrive. Spoke to Joe's they said they had not given the driver one of the bags and that as it was their mistake, they'd resend the full order. An hour later I received a call from a very rude Uber Eats agent stating the order would not be arriving and that he would give me a partial refund. We had left the sides that had turned up as they were cold by the that point so really needed a full refund. Joe's had obviously spoken to Uber Eats and instructed them to give us a partial refund ignoring their promise to replace the order. They have just left us to deal with Uber Eat's terrible customer services who I am still fighting this for a refund morning.

Frikking lovely. I was only 2 days ago saying I don't get the burger love in general. Beef in a bun ,so what ! But THIS one has changed me...Mate bought me one last night ( cheese burger ) and I've just bought one now . Crunchy seeds in a soft bun , nice grain to the patty. Don't know what else is in the there but it tastes GOOD!

The takeaway “cheeseburgers” we bought turned out to be burger patties on dry buns, with nothing else inside them other than far too much ketchup. None of the other things listed on the menu, and definitely no cheese. Definitely one to avoid

This was great; well cooked burger, friendly informative staff and well priced. The seating is a bit of an issue but only because of the plague of pigeons. Highly recommended though well worth a visit. Was super quick too.

Had a takeout last night but because the bun collapsed i saw to my horror the meat was raw when i called the restaurant they didn’t seem to know what to do i then had to tell uber who only refunded the cost of the burgers to add insult to injury. today i have a bad stomach. please be aware

Had burger from there on Friday eve as I was having a drink next door. Was quite up for a relatively boujie burger, but this wasn't it... The patty was really overdone and dry. The chilli fries on the other hand were really anemic, also at 4.50 for fries with mozerella, you kind of expect it to be melted... Not just dry pre grated mozerella sprinkled on top. Yeah, wasnt great, particularly when there are so many other good burger places in Brighton.

The bun is soggy and just covered in sesame, no flavour in the meat, it was really small, and looked even smaller in that massive bun. way too much sauce and salad.

The burger patties are just tiny, and it took ages for the order to be fulfilled.

The bun is massive compared to the tiny burger, it's almost a joke. Didn't like the sesame bun, or the actual taste of the beef patty something was maybe burnt, as every bite was just bitter.

Just received order delivered via deliveroo, 2 burgers cold ( inedible cold) and 2 chips 1 sweet potato and1 normal,not packaged correctly so was laying in the bottom of the delivery bag mixed up.. first time ordering and won't be ordering again, Shame as the reviews were good.

Popped in for my first burger from here. It's very tasty but quite pricey (over £10 for burger and chips). Unfortunately the burger was quite greasy and had no cheese in it.

I've ordered from this establishment many times and they put out very delicious burgers. They have a good range to choose from and have tasty additional toppings (I love the halloumi). I always opt for either their Dirty fries or Chilli fries, both are very good. The only gripes I'd say would be that at certain times, notably peak hours, it can be a rather hefty wait for your delivery to arrive - consequently this can mean that the food isn't always satisfactory in terms of temperature.

Ordered the blue tasty and I was blown away with the flavour. Definitely will be going again! :)

Eaten Joe’s burgers before very good but notice they have cut back. You use to get a large bag of chips when you ordered but now you get a small cup like you get in McDonald’s. I wouldn’t mine so much but when you pay £17 for two burgers and one chips it somewhat hits your wallet more

We ordered a takeaway which arrived promptly, and had the added bonus of looking extremely appetising, just like the pictures on their website, which is no bad thing.Maybe this was their downfall as my expectation was now elevated to the giddy heights of burger heaven. I opted for the plain burger, again they didn’t disappoint much like their photo’s , the menu description was spot on, as the burger certainly was plain, in fact I would go as far as to say tasteless.What it didn’t describe in the menu was the texture, the added bonus of caramelised onions made for a real soggy offering!Moral of this story, our eyes sometimes run away with our taste buds.

Its fine. The burgers come very hot and with plenty of the ordered toppings. The style of burger is kinda like Burger Brothers in Brighton. However burger brothers does everything better, toppings, price, size. perfect to take down the beach as they will stay warm for a while infarct they are so hot that they wilt the lettuce to the point I would ask for it with no salad next time.
