Tables and floor needed cleaning ! They were only serving and no-one cleaning tables etc Customer service non existent . Just order drink, take your money. In our case, we waited well over 20 mins for the drinks . Paper cups for drinking in??Nothing special. Young staff, no clue about customer service. Was there anyone in charge to oversee standards? Not evident. Only good point was the spacious , open position in the station, which is what attracted us to go there. Never again!!

My go to for the tunacado, always absolutely delicious though it is on the pricey side. The power shake is also amazing, service is always great, friendly staff. Location is very central just above the train station

A worker here gave my fwend a free drink as he didn’t he did look very sad but he soon cheered up when he got his power shake!!!!

The guys on shift on the 28th of October, are absolutely amazing. They were so nice and showed great service and communication skills. My friend and I who visited would definitely come back over and over again. If you guys are seeing this, it’s the girl with the red top, keep up the good work 🤌🤌

Quick coffee whilst shopping. It was prompt and good coffee. Not a bad price either for a flat white.

I ordered online from deliveroo and I ordered a turmeric shot and a green juice. The juices were spilled so I got a sip of shot which was disgusting and only received half of the green as it was spilled. I would have thought if you were going to supply your juices via delivery you would have sorted out a way to keep them from spilling. Now to the juices, I juice at home but was feeling lazy, I have ordered juices from 4 other places in Brighton which are great and they have no trouble with delivery spills they are packaged properly to avoid spills. The juices of which I got a taste were absolutely horrible. The turmeric shot, admittedly I had a tiny sip which was left in the bottom of the cup, was so watery. There was nowhere on ingredients list that there was water. The green shot even worse, I have drank juices from all over the world and I make my own. These are by far the worse. Because of the water content hardly any fruit or veggies which makes them very overpriced. I think even maybe there might have been apple juice used and not actual apples, not quite sure but definitely not all veg. Very disappointed for breakfast of £14.00 with delivery.

I am usually pleased with the quality from Joe & The Juice and therefore willing to overlook the extortionate prices, however on my most recent visit I was really disappointed that the food was dry and seemed a little stale. When paying £8+ for a muffin and a juice you do expect better!

Visited today. Two youths were lounging over the counter chatting to their mates who were hanging round behind the counter. Served politely - and told we would be called when the food was available. When called the food was cold, and even the coffee was cold. Loud thumping music drove us away with the drinks un-drunk. Staff clearly only interested in chatting to their mates. Def will not go there again - terrible experience. Avoid this place like the plague.

I love the juice here, but it is very expensive and served in single use plastic even if you drink in. When we were there, it was quite busy and servers were calling output names when your order was ready, but it was hard to hear over the (too loud) music. The table was sticky and hadn’t been wiped. Good drinks let down by disappointing environment. It didn’t feel special.

Not one of the servers were wearing gloves whilst preparing our food. The guy serving us greeted one of his friends passing by with a handshake and continued making the order. The food arrived cold.

ordered a drink to wait for a friend to get off the train, for starters it was £5.70 which is very expensive for a juice, then the service was delayed for HALF AN HOUR so i went to the till and they forgot so i got my drink, and a full refund which was unexpected and very nice. the drink (pick me up) was average but couldn’t fault it and enjoyed it just quite expensive. the staff were very apologetic.

£5.70 for a juice no oranges so settled for apple, carrots & ginger. Couldn’t taste the ginger so ask for them to be heavy on the ginger. The add ice so if you want juice which is 100% juice then ask for no ice. No plastic straws but the cups are single use plastic.

Bought a capucino here, and I got what can only be described as warm, tasteless brown water with some milk added, for the outrageous price of £3.10. It was one of the worst cups of coffee I have ever had. This place also has loud pumping music that you cannot avoid no matter where you sit. It's an odd atmosphere for a coffee shop, and this is defnitely not a place where you could stop to enjoy reading or working. The one good thing I can say is that the staff were friendly.

We had visited back too back houses, so popped in here for a bite too eat afterwards, very poor I felt, Two cups of warm coffe, Two toasted sandwiches that were burnt, and all for roughly £15 ish, totally crap, never again.
