I love this place. I've been coming here for Chai Lattés for some time. Not everyday as it's not in my town but a 10 minute motorway drive that's well worth the effort. I've now discovered their cinnamon buns which are beyond amazing. It's been twenty years since I've had a cake that could compare with their fare.

Utterly delicious and HUGE brunch portions. Serve started a little slow but perfect after a slow start. Hot drinks fantastic. Brunch dishes just AMAZING and HUGE. Go hungry.

Nice little coffee spot. Fabulous selection of food, i had the savoury pancakes and they were delicious. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the greenery adds a nice touch.

The first thing you notice when you step through the door is the friendly welcome that awaits you. Lacking in a lot of establishments. Coffee was delicious as was my breakfast. Although I didn't sample any of the cakes, I am led to believe that they are absolutely delicious, they certainly look amazing. I am returning again this week to try them. Well worth a visit. Highly recommended.

We visited Jo . Co for coffee and Pasteis de Nata. The tarts were freshly cooked and absolutely delicious, and the welcome was very warm and friendly. The only disappointment was that we weren’t there for a meal, so will definitely return and would recommend.

Delightful little cafe attached to the church. Very friendly volunteers serving up a wide variety of freshly prepared light meals including home made cakes. Easy parking. Good coffee. Just two improvements needed - a few cushions for the hard chairs, and could try to open on more than 2 days a week

London RoadWe wanted to say a HUGE thank you, to Jamie, Krysia, Nikky, Steph, Sarah, Gill and the whole team for making our wedding the best day ever! From the moment we chose Pangdean we felt relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. We had so much fun, and our guests are still raving about how great the food and staff were and how stunning the venue looked! Nothing will ever top our wedding day - it was just incredible Thank you, thank you, thank you - we want to do it all over again! Love, Hannah and Rosie x

97 Keymer Road, Hassocks BN6 8QL EnglandI recently had the pleasure of visiting this cafe and it was a great experience worth sharing! I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere making it a great place to relax and enjoy my meal. The menu offered a variety of breakfast options, I tried their breakfast and avocado toast, and it was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly cooked and generous quantity! The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure every guest felt welcome. You can see them taking the time to chat around with their regular or non regular customers so nice to see! I highly recommend it for anyone in search of a delicious breakfast and great customer experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

31 Keymer RoadAs I vegan, I never expect to be able to eat anything special when I’m not in my home town of go to comforts.. but I was so blown away by their vegan rainbow sandwich! (Can’t remember it official name!) It was so beautifully presented and in abundance, it was such a treat! One of the best bites I’ve had in ages. Thank you! Left so happy !
