I wouldn't advise ordering any dish with the lamb shish kebab. I've had a few recently and the lamb is as tough as old boots, inedible, all sinew and veins. On a plus side the donner meat is excellent, the pizzas really good too, the lamb shish is best avoided though.

Don't know where to start. Fantastic product hot taste is wonderful. Fast delivery just so good . I had the napoli . Thin crust omg so good . Delivered at the time stated. If you are from york or on holiday with your family. Such a good quality meal at a reasonable price

Yet again a fabulous takeaway delivery - all meat in the kebabs is always top notch - salads always fresh - having tried many a takeaway around York, I seriously,! would not order kebabs, salads, or burgers from anywhere else now. Top notch. Thank you JoJo’s Place👌

Delicious Pizzas, at a reasonable price. We’ve moved around the U.K. quite a lot, and the best pizza restaurant we’ve found is in Bristol. Jo-jo is only a takeaway, but the quality of its pizzas are very nearly as good. We order from here regularly and have never been disappoinred

Got a pizza and kebab + chips the kebab was average and the pizza was absolutely shocking the pizza sauce didn’t taste right and the cheese just didn’t taste like mozzarella I’ve had better frozen goodfella pizzas waste of money never again

I came home from work to an empty house and just fancied a kebab,So I ordered on just eat,I got a chicken and dinner,The guy arrived earlier than expected,so I was pleased about that,I really enjoyed it and there was lots left over,Will definitely order from there again

They shut very early for a take out. I called in 10 mins before shutting time for some food after work as it is on the end of my road. Nothing available, I will not use this local takeaway again. There are many good quality and reliable takeaway services nearby that have quality and deliver at proper takeaway times

We have ordered from here multiple times and we keep getting disappointed the delivery is always on time but the food prep is appalling. Sandwiches come constantly not as ordered from minor things as the sauce being missed or incorrect to sometimes not receiving the item we have ordered. I think it is very unfair that this shop seems to be understaffed and they are constantly under pressure filling orders in the shop & online. Overall would not recommend online orders for delivery.

26 Heslington RoadAnother diabolical experiance. Our order for starters was late again then when checked the time till delivery and was marked as delivered when it hadn't been. We called the restaurant they said "it has been marked as delivered but it will be with you in the next 10 to 15 minutes" Our food arrived 20 minutes later, barely warm turns out it was so it didnt get logged as late by the driver... who was very much late. We ordered a cheesy garlic bread with Black olives and a mighty meaty pizza with stuffed crust. They sent a cheesy pizza with jalapenos on and a completely different pizza with stuffed crust. When I called the restaurant they were very uninterested and unhelpful. They told me to pick off the jalapenos for my 4 year old and it will be fine... They told us we could wait 45 minuits for replacements as they were to busy to do it now. Then offered a refund but didn't take down the order number right, then when asked to check the number back they refused and hung up on me. I called back, and after passing the phone to several workers and recording the right order number they said I would get a refund in the next hour. I haven't as of yet.

St. Nicholas AvThe first time in 32 years of life I've had to return a McDonald's! Chicken nuggets were bizarrely mushy, the chips were like cardboard. For the price you can go for a meal next door at pizza express and get hot edible food.
