Jinnah Restaurant in Leeds

On time and the food as usual was excellent the delivery driver was very polite.

Had many meals from Jinnah but this takeaway was the dreadful. Meat non existent, some meat not cooked. Nan bread looked as if had been thrown together. Salad that accompanies the starter was a few bits of lettuce that looked as if it had been in the tub a week. Food cold on arrival what is going on it used to be the best in East Leeds.

Amazing place i highly recommend, chicken tikka masala is the best ive ever had, my partner loves the chicken tikka madras cant wait to order again. Thank you so much.

This order was not up to the standard of Jinnah. Something in the chicken was not cooked, salad looked as if it had been made a week ago. A chapati was missing the whole meal was the worst we have ever had from you.

30 mins over latest arrival time. Items missing, rang and told they’ll send them and expect 10-15 mins however I’m still waiting now and it’s 22:30!! Samosa’s don’t appear to be made fresh in my opinion and more like a supermarket oven cooked version. Poppadoms and chips soggy, however the main part, the curry (masala/balti) was good. Very poor customer service was told missing items due to being busy with 40% off then told due to delivery driver breakdown - at least use the same excuse.

we arrived here on a busy Friday evening with the family, upon arrival the place was full with which was a good sign. we were recommend this place by a group of friends we were seated instantly which was great. we started of with the popadoms and pickle tray which had a great variety the service was 10/10 we had a great chat with sami the owner who made our evening special and full of laughter Waiter Adeel was great as well service with a smile. the food was absolute amazing no wonder they have won back to back awards with certificates hanging on the wall with pride. overall food - 10 service - 10 atmosphere - 10 would highly recommend to anyone and will be back as soon as ! keep up the good word

missed item off the order and portions aren't that great for the value of money. I'd say the food was standard.

Mike was so polite and respective of my property and in turn the time it was delivered. Jinnah's is where I will always go either delivery or in the restaurant.

Quite disappointed tonight. Didn’t seem like the normal great quality. All three curries were mainly sauce, nann was cold and hard and couldn’t eat the rajta as it was separated and unappetising. Not worth the money unfortunately

Although the food is top tier the portion sizes is absolutely ridiculous £8.95 for half a potion of chips and a ladel of sauce with 6 chunks of chicken in the portions used to be so much better it's such a shame aswell coz the food is beautiful

Fab food, lovely staff. We had a take out which was good value for money. The three curries were beautifully cooked and were ready for collection in a really good time.

Missing 3 items of my order I rang them and they said they would sent it out straight away…an hour later I’m still waiting for rice and mint sauce? All my other food has gone flat cold because I’m waiting for other missing items. Chips were awful aswell no potato in them. Not happy at all i may aswell have thrown £30 in bin?

Meal was nice but 2 items (popadoms) missing from the order. - would have been too late to redeliver these as food would have been cold by the time to get here.

We ordered tonight as I really wanted curry and Jinnah has been my go too. My dinner was devoid of all chicken for the second time in 2 orders. It's a shame as their food is usually amazing. Don't get me wrong, the food is still nice, it just lacked chicken.

There was very dry, chewy chicken and pineapple rather than banana. Only three lychees. Very onion like rice that was off putting. No updates on the site so had to call and delivery was a bit late

Food was with the driver for over an hour, came cold and our main had leaked into the bottom of the bag.

Shami kebab very dry and hard. Onion Bhaghi tasteless meat tikka, all sauce which was not nice and hardly any meat. Rogan Josh more tomato than chicken

they appear to of changed the madras recipe seems thick, we always loved curry from here but last time and tonight it wasn't the same don't think we will be ordering again now unfortunately as doesn't taste good anymore, cmon jinnah go back to your usual madras recipe please.

normally amazing but today no! cold and late and not what we even ordered. called and the staff were actually very very rude! no apologies at all for the delay or anything! disgraceful from a normally lovely place! shocking service and food today, very unhappy hungry customers...

unfortunately had to ring the restaurant ordered only from them because of the quality but this time the curry was very salty its never been like that before but the restaurant was very helpful though when I rang them I will be trying them again as its been 100 percent in the past

The food was on time but the curries were cold and the steamed rice was missing. They sent out another portion of rice but that was an hour after they'd originally brought the food. The food was awful. It tasted horrible. The curries were really watery and had no taste to them at all and like I said they were cold. I've never experienced this from Jinnahs and I've been a regular customer for years now. Very disappointed.

Always great service!!! Food is always lovely and warm!!! Couldn't ask for any better!!! Never order a curry from anywhere else besides Jinnahs.

Food arrived late due to the store been busy as advised by the gentleman I spoke to and the food arrived with he wrong order and cold AGAIN. This has happened the second time now will definitely will not be ordering again which is such a shame as we visit the restaurant regularly.

ordered 2 curry's but 1 of the curry's was nearly sauce about 4 small peices off chicken. for the price pretty bad

Beautiful as ever filled with flavours but not entirely happy I waited way over an HR for it but they was very apologetic over the phone & rang the driver for updates. Aside from that nice food, I had Rogan rosh & chicken tikka madras , the madras had a little kick too it not overwhelming at all so yet again delivered a good dish nice one guys I'll continue to order just please if you're running late keep me updated would be the nice thing to do many thanks

Loved the food from here but the only disappointment I had towards it is the food wasn't that hot & they had forgotten my big bottle of cola unfortunately but aside from that the curry was best I've had in a long time packed with tons of flavours and all fresh and the meat tender - I had the rogan josh chicken tikka - all cooked to my liking will be ordering again thanks compliments too chef

Ordered a big order. £40 worth of food. Took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Rang up twice after the expected delivery time and I kept getting the same answer “ driver will be with you soon”. When my food did finally arrive. All 4 sauce tubs were broke and spilled over everywhere on the rest of my food so my chips and bread was soggy with sauce on them and all the food was ice cold. First and last time ordering

I've ordered from Jinnah quite a few times, and the food is always tasty. However, the last order (02.12.23) was late and also a bit cold. I'll put it down to a busy night. It won't stop me from going back as the food is usually spot on.

Ordered food at 1934 didnt get it till 2150. The food was cold. when i phoned them up, they re-cooked the whole order for me to collect the food was really good and service qas good

They tried to deliver to 2 wrong houses. The food was very bland. They did not deliver the drinks ordered.

Really nice food, warm and fresh. The chicken tasted like chicken and the rice was really well cooked.

Takeaway order Poor customer service due to store not sending out correct order, no apology what so ever not even any freebies the order took 2 hours as we had to wait a hour for the missing food not really good enough for a Saturday night my order was placed at 1710 I dint mind waiting a hour for the food as it is usually great food but was 2 hours due to missing food

I recieved my order around 10 minutes after I placed the order. The food was inedible, not cooked properly. I spoke to the restaurant, who advised me they had cancelled the order at their end and I would receive a refund via yourselves. However, I haven't received any confirmation email regarding the matter. I called the restaurant again and was advised to speak to you.

Absolutely aweful, curry chicken tikka pathia like lumps of dry chicken in peppery thin gravy, went in the bin, tasted disgusting

Over an hour late. Phoned twice to be told 'it's 10 minutes away' which was not true. The website showed 'delivered' an hour before it arrived. Ordered food at 6.15pm, it arrived at 8.15pm. The food was not great. Bland flavours, disappointing, luke warm. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to a delicious curry.

We are always greeted well when we come here to eat. Amazing staff & fantastic food. We would recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly.
