Tuve la mejor masala dosa nunca. Fue picante, se hizo como debería haber sido. Estoy totalmente contento y contento. Muchas gracias por tan buena comida.

Comida vegetariana barata. Servicio amigable. ¿Que es no gustar? Los bocadillos típicos como pakora y somosas más las comidas que aún no he explorado. Volviendo a probar las dosas a finales de esta semana.

Dirigido por una joven pareja que trabaja duro para ofrecer una buena comida vegetariana india. Bueno en partes. vale la pena intentarlo

Used Barfi to cater for event at home - all guests found the food to be very tasty and flavourful. Everything made fresh and Barfi staff were very friendly and cooperative! Will definitely be using again.

I had gone there with my wife and kids to have a general North Indian vegetarian breakfast of chole bhature and had called a little while before opening hours. To my surprise the lady called me up when she saw the missed call and was very pleasant to tell me what was available. Upon entering, do not be surprised with the simple setting.The food cooked here is from the soul and hence lovely, incredibly appetising and wholesome. The prices are just right and the service very comfortable. Everything is made fresh and hence we ordered a bit of Gujrati and south Indian food as well. The Chole Puri was as fresh as it can be.I loved the puris as I think that they had a bit of Kasuri methi and it made a world of difference from the puris available at other outlets.. The Chole was rightly spiced. The Dosa exactly crisp and the pav bhaji was authentic to the core and the mash up of the bhaji was unbelievable. The Gujrati delicacy, Dabeli, was served in quite a large portion and the normal snack food can be qualified as a complete meal. The chutneys and the chutney powders are all fresh and colourful and the limited array of mithais states that they are all made to order and hence fresh.We tried a few barfis and were not disappointed. We found the food to be just like home and ended up taking extra to last us a few days. The informality of the atmosphere and the simplicity of the menu states that Barfi offers home cooked food and not the product of the commercial kitchen set ups present in the area. We have already planned for the weekend and will come back with doggy bags as well.

We went for a meal as a family. We ordered 4 masala dosa and 1 vegetable machurian. They were all made to order,so you can have it either spicy or mild. We opted for 2 spicy and 2 mild. I think I enjoyed the spicy ones more. The vegetable manchurian was spicy,but I don't think it would taste nice mild. The bill came to £23. The staff are really nice and helpful and cannot do enough for you. They also do quite a few snacks which can be eaten in or taken away. There is a lot of variety to choose from.

Guys today I visited Barfi Sweets in Leeds Kirkgate Market. I had Hakka Noodles and Pav Bhaji. Both of them were amazing and I would like to tell everyone that Thier Hakka Noodles is the best Hakka Noodles I have ever had in my life.

Really fresh lovely indian food, enjoyed it very much, tastes just like in India and great seating area too!

I just love this place. The couple that runs this restaurant are so friendlly. The food is made fressh and tastes amazing. Its not at all expensive. Good options for savoury as well as sweet food. This place has become of definite visit over the weekend. Cant be missed.

As a family with 3 children, we visited for lunch. We had a tali and a number of other dishes. The lady who served us was fab with young children and made the dishes mild for the children and more spicy for the adults. It was a great experience all round with lots of variety. I also pop in for take away samosas all the time as it’s great value and great flavoured food.

We've been here a few times now for takeaway food and have always been very impressed. The starters and curries are all excellent and beautifully spiced. We sampled the Pav Bhaji for the first time today. We'll be back for more! And the sweets are simply the best. All this with a really friendly and helpful welcome. If we lived closer we'd be in here all the time!

Lovely little place, tasty pure veggie food, helpful friendly people and really great value. Sweets looked amazing too, but was too full after dinner :)

My friends and I went to this brilliant restaurant which serves the most delicious vegetarian curries, starters and sweets. We ate like kings and left with full satisfied tummies and a doggy bag for John, and the bill was less than £8 each!

Tried this takeaway few days ago ...well wat can I say me and my friends loved it esp the currys and the vada pau so tasty ....best veggie food goin in Leeds ....the veg biryani is awesome also just the right spices too make it...

I have visited this place with high hopes and there is little Gujarati food available. I have been a few times and nothing has impressed me as yet. The lady behind the counter who I believe is the owner is miserable and unhelpful not to...

The food was ok, tasty but felt like something was missing. Ended up taking the food home. Would go again but some improvements on the taste for food is required. Especially the pav bhaji. The environment is a little unwelcoming and would benefit from those...
