No había disculpas. Me dijeron que siempre debería comprobar lo que estoy comiendo primero. Estaba muy molesto ya que he sido vegetariano durante años y no he comido carne por una razón y que me dijeran que era mi culpa estoy muy decepcionado y molesto

Very tasty curry meal, well spiced, heat level as ordered

Don't bother ordering a kebab unless you like dry chunky stodgy chips. They pack your kebab with chips, about 50% chips 50% meat and salad (well not really salad just red cabbage). You only get garlic sauce in a pot. A disappointing eating experience. Very poor.

Takeaway. Chicken tasted like it had been reheated from yesterday and then chucked in a tandoori rub. Tiny portion. Seperate curry dish (Pasanda) also not good at all, odd taste. Naan was hard. Also said they only take cash when they do actually take card. Avoid.

Can't recommend this place enough! delivery well earlier than expected & food was brilliant. Will definitely be ordering again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! What i ordered was not what got delivered,rang restraunt to sort it out and got told theres basically nothing they can do as they will have to pay the driver to come back but next time I was to order from them they would give me extra,absolute laughing stock! Absolute joke tbh! Where's the portion of chicken tikka masala sauce on there???? 2 table spoons more like!!

Run by the sweetest couple making the place so welcoming and homey. Food is very reasonable and is full of flavour with lots and lots of options. Am now a regular!!

I ordered some curry’s and rice and also a pepperoni pizza but when the food arrived they had sent the wrong pizza. When I call to say it was the wrong pizza they sent and asked them to send what I had ordered which they said they would. But when the replacement arrived it was exactly the same as the first one they sent.

I ordered from Jesmond Tandoori and was disappointed. The Taxi Deal was missing chips, replaced with a soggy onion bhaji. The Chicken Tikka and Dhansak were sticky, suggesting reheating, and the Dhansak lacked pineapple and coriander. Onion bhajis were oily, the naan tasted strange, and the delivery cost was excessive at £7. The only positive was the fresh, crispy poppadoms. Overall, the meal was overpriced and underwhelming. Better options are available on Just Eat.

Ordered for delivery and came perfect temperature, food was incredible really lovely flavours and really good portions. Had the student tuck box and it was definitely value for money, will definitely be ordering again.

5 of us ordered a ‘student tuck box’ each and I couldn’t recommend more! We got so much food and it was so delicious, well worth the money. We also got a lovely surprise of having extra sides and dips! The delivery was quick and the food was still piping hot when it arrived. Will definitely be ordering again

Very poor quality food . Overcooked prawns in starter. Ordered 2 mains and 2 starters and Naan bread. The naan bread was uneatable. The curry’s were just hot very little chicken very poor quality all round.

I recently visited Jasmine Tandoori and had an amazing experience! The Chicken Masala was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the Naan was fresh and delicious. The owner was incredibly polite and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic and tasty food with great service!

this is a takeaway so atmosphere is irrelevant, I ordered the following, Sag Aloo which was Excellent, Lamb Phall, extremely hot and Excellent, keema nan, not the best, hardly any filling so 4 out of 5, quick delivery. But you need to instruct them what you want and how you like it so there is no misunderstanding, after placing your order ring them and tell them how you like each dish then you will not be disappointed

Ordered Mix naan kebab with chips & salad, chips were rotten, kebab was burnt and in weird massive chunks like off the bottom of the donner, there was like 2 peices of chicken and few strands of salad, naan bread was from asda, everything was too spicy af probably to hide the poor quality peices of meat, ordered straight away food came out cold, so must be pre-cooked and thrown together on order, the best thing about it was the can of fanta.

Very rarely do I feel the need to comment but in this case it's a common courtesy so other people don't waste their hard earned money using this takeaway. The curry waw clearly reheated and not anywhere near the quality of other establishments in the area. Naan bread an absolute joke. Won't be ordering from here again. Avoid!!

Probably the worst Indians we’ve had up to date. Chips were ridiculously greasy, rice came with a cup of water, and chicken was rubbery and gritty. Awful.

Worse tandoori meal I ever had, starter swimming in grease main meal that spicy cannot eat it but no flavour ask if they make it mild said they would don't waste your money go elsewhere.

Sorry to say this but these were genuinely the worst curries I’ve ever had. Tasteless, cold, lacked flavour and pretty sure it had been heated from frozen as it was watery. Do not waste your well-earned money. If you’re looking for something you’d get in a normal curry house, go elsewhere as they also looked strange and mushy - and watery. Staff were nice though.

The curries that came as part of the thali were a colour I’ve never seen before, like they’d been cooked weeks ago, grey and tasteless. I couldn’t eat them. The mixed grill tasted like the meat was off, i didn’t eat it. The pakora was completely tasteless and the chicken (obviously the same reused tandoori for everything) was off too. The only thing i could actually east wire the popadoms. Everything else went in the bin.

omg I've never seen Indian food look like that! Ordered Malayan chicken and for some reason it looked like mushy peas with coconut, hubby ordered chicken jalfrazi which was fresh out of a jar. Onion rice was random colours with packet dried crispy onions on top. Paratha must have been cooked 5 days ago and reheated. £25.50 in the bin uneaten I may just dump the whole lot on their doorstep as I'm passing. Gills kebab it is then...... There's another ,£20

Fraud place. They sell sugar syrup and coloured soup in the name of paneer butter masala and butter chicken. Horrible taste! How this can even be a close relative of butter chicken and paneer butter masala. Defaming Indian food. A must avoid place.
