Food came earlier than expected time! Food was a little bit greasy, but flavours were lovely. food portions are not small in the slightest, which sometimes happens when ordering from an Indians. Would definitely be ordering again!

Was disappointed with tonight's meal, been a while since I've ordered from aziz. Took over an hour to deliver, food was barely even hot. Poppadoms were soggy, no chipati or salad with my chicken chaat and naan was keema instead of garlic as I'd ordered. The food was delicious once reheated though.

Waited over an hour then when it came the meal was wrong phones up had to wait if I wanted the other items delivered . So asked for a refund as other food would be cold . They wouldn't . So took meal down to shop to find aziz is actually closed and it came from spice place not aziz !!!!!!

Terrible customer service, I will never use this place again! There is a reason for the poor reviews, disgusting!

Food tasted great with good quality ingredients. They ensured my allergy to coriander was taken care of. Quick delivery will certainly use again.

Poor customer service! I ordered a meal and asked for an ingredient to be left out. Food arrived and ate some of the starter which was far too greasy for me. I opened the main and the item I asked to be left out was there! I informed the shop and said by the time the replacement arrived it would be too late as needed to be up early. I said I would give the food to the driver when he called and just get a replacement next order (I said I had eaten some of the starter so I would not need that replaced). Which I thought was honest and understanding that mistakes happen. Next time I order (including another £13 order) it is delivered and no nan I call the shop and the person on the phone says the "Boss" has said not to send another nan as I could of eaten the one two nights previous! I said as I had no rice or curry to eat with it I had placed it back in the bag to be collected (they never sent someone to pick the meal I could not eat) horrendous customer sevice!

I love Indian food and I always eat here. Take away and sit in. Best curry in Wallsend by far. Nann bread is un real 5*

Ordered a take away meal to the value of £25, after waiting for over an hour food arrived when we opened the bag the food had clearly been thrown in the bag as cartons had collapsed into each other and spilled out in bag,phoned straight up asked them to come and collect this food as inedible got told yo do what we wanted with food driver would call with refund, another hour later we phoned back up to be asked where was food, told them in the bin as advised then got quizzed on how did they know we hadn't eaten it, told them to come and check bin not a problem, after being spoken to really badly was told we would be refunded next day, needless to say we never received it won't ever go back take away or in restaurant, customer service absolutely disgusting after being long term customers to them

Love this takeaway. We don't eat anywhere else. You will never be disappointed by their garlic and corriander nann breads. Amazing!!!

Food was due for 18.15 but didnt arrive till 19.00. 45 mins late. Food was nice but slightly cold. May go elsewhere for indian takeaway next time.

Rice was warm not hot, I also requested and paid for a naga nan however was sent a Keema nan. Checked receipt stuck to bag this also said keema, yet order email stated naga, delivery was just under 1hr also.

A group went for a meal here, the restaurant was totally unprepared! Just 2 people working (1 cooking and 1 doing everything else!). We ordered drinks and food, waited 45 minutes and several requests later for drinks. Than an further 60 minutes before any food touched the table. When the food arrived, we were missing 2 main dishes and waited an additional 15 minutes for them. There was no apologies and no explanation. Food was nice when it arrived, and as ordered however disappointed at the service and waiting times. When we came to pay the guy tried to over charge us for 3 rices and 2 cokes. Food nice...everything else disappointing.! And if you do go make sure you check your bill!!

What a lovely bright, clean and contemporary restaurant. The food is always excellent and the menu will not disappoint you. All the most popular Asian dishes are on offer but with a few that I had not come across. The restaurant does not have a alchohol license but you can take your own wine, with no charge. Well worth a visit!!
