Beautiful food friendly staff excellent price best in the area

Friendly service. Good quality, white, flaky fish. The batter and chips had no crunch and were rather soggy.

Working in the area so we thought we would try the local chippys. Hands down best chippy around here. Stunning fish n chips so i went twice within the week!

Moved back to the area after 40 years in the South. Extremely happy to have this place on my doorstep. Delicious, beautifully cooked food. Beef dripping for deep frying makes everything so tasty. Check the opening times on line as this type of business closes earlier than those in the south.

Cracking fish n chips, especially the chips, reasonably priced, and you can pay by card....

Lovely fish & chips, lots of other menu items cooked to order. Love the scallops! Not too expensive (for a chippy), always taste fresh.

I have never had such a poor experience they claim to compare themselves to other fish and chip shops they are in a dream world do not go I honestly feel as though I've been robbed the portion size was absolutely tiny shocking is not the word because the prices was very high STAY AWAY

Been going to jennys just short off 2yrs since moving here .Always fresh, hot and served with a smile ,what more do you want.

Been using this fish and chip shop for a while now. It's constantly serving excellent food extremely well cooked. The fish is always white and flakes as it should. The fish butty is our favourite but I must say the scallops are the best we've had. The service also is very quick and polite, can highly recommend.

A proper chippy with none of that serving kebabs and pizzas alongside the fish and chips! I’ve found it to be always consistent, good value and fresh tasting food.

Chips were slightly undercooked

My burger was rock solid on the outside ans squishy in the middle. Chips were okay though.

Cuando nos trasladamos a la zona hace más de veinte años que descubrimos el Jenny's y quedamos muy impresionados con la calidad de la comida. Hace algunos años, los propietarios originales de los propietarios actuales jubilados y tardó más de sin bajar la calidad. El servicio es amable y rápido y el abadejo y patatas son geniales. No conseguir comida desde aquí cada semana, o incluso cada mes, pero cuando lo hacemos es excelente. Simplemente el mejor pescado y patatas fritas por millas!

horrible food,chips are like bullets,last time i ate from there i got food poisning and the bald bloke behind counter is a horrible arrogant human being!stay away they have a 0 out of 5 hygiene rating aswell but he wont tell you that.

Worth the drive from Normanton.
