Worst chicken biriyani ever. Dry, the curry given as a side is smelly. Not even close to the taste of biriyani!

Food arrived nice and hot. Everything we ordered was full of flavour, nice quality chicken, big portions and very reasonably priced.

This place has become our favourite to get deliveries from, food is always stunning, quality flavours, good portions and always on time or early.

Ordered my food on Just Eat, from a previous order. They confirmed my order I waited 35 mins then it appeared they cancelled my order. Spoke to them on the phone and they wiped their hands of it and said contact Just Eat . Won’t be purchasing from them ever again.

Do not order from here I am trying to cancel my order through Uber Eats as I only rang to ask for an update on delivery time as it’s more than half an hour late and I was greeted by a very angry abusive man on the other end

Really tasty curry that genuinely tasted like it had fresh ingredients. Chopped coriander in both the curry and the rice. Good portion sizes. The Bombay potatoes were a little disappointing but I was really impressed by the veggie pathia. Nice poppadoms too. All in all, I would certainly order from them again.

Lovely food, always delivered quickly.

I ordered a delivery which arrived quicker than I expected. The food however was not so good. The starters of onion bhagis were obviously deep fried in over heated oil and were so over cooked the bhagis were hard even the inside which is usually soft wasn't. The samosas were also deep fried but the potato inside was raw still. The keema naan was soggy and the chicken tikka masala was totally void of taste. Over all a total waste of £30.

Poor customer service! Placed a large order over the phone and confirmed everything twice! Collected it and when we got home was missing 3 rice. Called up to complain and they said we never ordered them so had to go back and collect them, the man explained the woman who took the order didn’t write it down. I explained we ordered a delivery the other day and this happened and a rice had been forgotten and all they said was right.

Ordered Korma, Butter Chicken and Sag Paneer. Everything is sweet way too sweet. Not even going to eat it.

Apparently this is fresh salad that was delivered today. Called up to question it and got the rudest guy ever. Food is cold and undercooked!! Won't be recommending or ever going here again. Awful

Don't use! We ordered directly from through their telephone service, after initially being told deliveries would take 45 minutes. 2 hours later, a series of chase calls, idle promises, and complete lack of updates from the business the food turned up barely warm. They offered a £3 discount, later increased to £8. We declined this, after making it clear that a mere 10% didn't reflect the poor service and delay. Don't use, unless you're prepared to be messed about and lied to. The business has no understanding of customer service.

Delayed, then late as well. Cold and under par. It filled a hole and the free axtras were a nice attempt at redemption but I most certainly won't be attracted by quicker delivery times again.

Thought we'd try a different indian restaurant in plymouth, reviews looked a bit hit & miss but like to make my own judgment, ordered tand[ori chick chillii masala, main & starter, tasted ok, enjoyed most of the meal, but the chicken inside the spices & tandoori was really pink, which wasn't obvious until getting close to the bone, my family suffered with stomach upset all night, and still aching today. Need to cook the chicken thoroughly prior to synging it in the tandoori way!!

The rudest, mean and unresponsible place in Plymouth. They forgot to put 2 main dish to my order and they said it happens because they are very busy. Btw, they said they have no refund policy. So funny.

We got a takeaway from here during the one night that we were staying in Plymouth. Unfortunately we all found the food to be highly dissapointing. Mine was a chicken Jalfezi. It tasted nothing like the Jalfezis from the many restaurants that I have eaten from around the country and even around Europe. There are always differences in flavour from restaurant to restaurant, but this was too far from The Jalfezis. Just tasted like tomato sauce with very light hints of spices. Not even anywhere near spicy enough and lacked salt. Tiny pieces of chicken. We felt robbed. South Asian restaurants are anything but bland but this food was that, unfortunately. It was shocking. I really couodnt recommend this to anyone.

Used to use this takeaway quite a bit a few years ago and it was always one of my fave Indian takeaway. For one reason or another I stopped ordering takeaways in general, but recently I decided to have a treat. Oh it was good. Food arrived on time, food was hot and delicious. I now can’t wait to have another reason to have an Indian. It was a shame they’ve removed the Simla Special from the menu as I always loved that one, but the one we chose instead was a good change.

Non contactable. No delivery delivered. Website ordering faulty and will be used as an excuse to why order wasn't processed. Apparently this has all happened before. Nothing but ignorant and rude responses.Totally worthless. Sooner it closes the better.

Places like this wouldn't last 5 minutes up north! People of Plymouth this is not good food, this is bad food! Go up north try some good quality takeaways. This place was shockingly recommended to me by a friend, so I was hopeful, the reviews also suggest this is good. If your from up North and know you can have far superior food then please don't bother wasting your money. It seems to me the people of Plymouth think this kind of quality is normal, it's such a shame I love living here and have done so for 20 years but I'm yet to find a decent takeaway!! The Food has no taste or spice just bland and arrived cold, spent alot of money and chucked the majority of it away !!

We have ordered a lot of food from Jazmin in the past, spent a lot of money with them, and never had a problem with either food quality or the order being wrong. Today our order was a portion of pilau rice short (first world problems I know) so we called them and they said they would send it over. Once we set the meal out on the table we discovered the peshwari nan bread we had ordered was just a plain one. We called again and the reply was we didn't report it at the same time as the rice so they were not interested in sending the driver back again with just a nan bread. Fair enough, we get the driver is busy, so we asked for a refund for the nan bread and that was refused too, the inference was we were making it up, I was asked to send the nan bread in question back to prove it wasn't a peshwari one as they said they could not believe they got the order wrong. As if we'd chose a nan bread, one of the cheapest things on the menu, to try and defraud them of a few quid!! Some strong words were exchanged and suffice to say we will not be ordering anything else from this place. You find out the true character of a place when something goes wrong and how they rectify it, and this was a complete fail. Never again.

Love all of Jazmin's dishes that we have had... No complaints whatsoever... Really generous portions too...

Lovely food. High quality meat - tender chicken and lamb with no fatty bits. I ordered a Lamb Rogan Josh and it was lovely and fresh, nice chunky veg although the sauce was a little watery hence only 4 stars not 5. My daughter had Chicken Bhuna which was also really fresh and tasty, again a bit watery. The Peshwari Nann was lovely and they gave us free popadoms. Delivered hot and bang on time

Really enjoy the Indian food from here, beautiful curries. I have order a vegetarian wrap before which would be the only thing I would say I did not like. As the wrap bread was to thick I think for a wrap, and not much of veg just lots of onion. But as I said before the curries and other dishes I have been very tasty and yummy. So thank you.

First and last time from ordering Jazmin. Ordered a chicken tikka masala. Paid £7.25 for a plate of sauce with 8 very small pieces of chicken. Restaurant refused refund or replacement. Disgusting. Avoid.

Ordered through their site and went to collect, to be told that they did not have my order. I asked what he had meant, to be told that I had used their site, but it was via another business. I asked what he was going to do and he asked me if I had paid. I explained that I had and what was he going to do. He said nothing he can do, my problem is with this company that runs his site. Poor serivce - he should have given me my order to make up for the mess. Instead he has pretty much said that it's better than a customer loses than him. I am now out of pocket and have to call some 033 number to try and get my money back.

Preordered it at 5pm for 6.45. Chased it three times and on third time at 8.05 was told they had cancelled the order as just eat told them too and they were very busy. Complained tonjust eat who still had it as a live order, they were told takeaway cancelled order as they were very busy. Surprisingly won’t be getting one from them again

Had food delivered. King prawn jalfrazi ordered and came half full (excuse was the king prawns are expensive, despite it being filled with veg). Ordered 1.75L of fanta and was give 3 x 330ml cans because they had ran out of the big bottles. Attitude because i wanted to give it back, and proceeded to say i had obviously not had king prawns before (as if i had never had an indian before). Gave me a refund eventually, then was demanding i get out and was swearing at me and calling me a trouble maker. Literally just wanted an indian take-out. This place isnt a place who i would want to be accociates with if i was delivering their.

Delivery was 40 minutes late. When it turned up it was just chucked in the bag. Ordered a simple order 2 chicken tikka masalas, 1 pilau rice and 2 garlic nanns and it turns up with 1 garlic nann 1 crushed popodom and onions bhajis. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Possibly the best indian takeaway i eat indian Alot and i have found this takeaway since ibstarted using it consistently very nice flavour is amazing top chef . I use delivery aswell as collection delivery always spot on . Its a must try if you like indian . I have the chicken vindaloo bombay aloo and special rice outstanding meal

I've ordered from Jazmin several times but this time the chicken was mushy and the sauce was bland and greasy, the whole dish was horrible which was surprising as it's usually pretty good. I phoned Jazmin, was handed over to the manager. I stated the above about my food and his reply was "I don't know what to tell you". I asked for a refund and he replied "well no, it's not our policy to do that", I said "so I pay money for a meal that was horrible and you're just going to do nothing? He started to get irate and loud saying that I should come down and see how many meals they make overnight. He was basically saying I was a liar and didn't care about good customer service.

Really easy for ordering delicious vegetarian and vegan food, with plenty of choice. I've had many different curry styles and other dishes from here and they are always excellent quality.

Not happy at all. Placed order at 22.30 when finishing work, after checking they were STILL taking orders AND delivering - they even accepted the order! Only for them to cancel not long after and too late for us to order from anywhere else! Pathetic excuse for a "late night, delivery" as it clearly advises.

Yeah if you going to reject orders around 11 makes that your closing time not 23.30, or you might wast somone time and stop them form being able to order form somewhere that is really open when they say they are.

This gives great food . I loved it so much I visit it every week . If u love spicy or not this is the right takeway to visit when your hungry

We always get take away from Jasmin fantastic food cooked well, my husband likes spicy and I don't, you can get eather way and the flavour is amazing .

I normally collect in store. I have never try their delivery service which most reviews tend to leave some negative comments. However, this has become a takeaway staple for me on those nights when you can’t be bothered to cook. Service has always been great. The packaging of the food is a little shaky. This is the finest take away you could get. So nice. Had a mixed kebab for a fiver. And delicious mint sauce with papadom for 60p each. My friend had gorgeous duck masala with special fried rice. The duck was sweet as a dessert!!! Nice!!!!
