This place does a awesome breakfast and the staff are amazing. The food is delicious and reasonable. The only downside to the cafe is its not big enough, we've been a few times and there's been no space. But that's because it's so good, everyone wants to go there 😊

My son was pestering me for a bacon cob so took him in here and glad I did, they do a lovely cup of tea and the ladies in here are lovely. Everybody seemed to know everybody. A very friendly place.

Went here whilst waiting for a friend. It’s a lovely, friendly little cafe. It seems to be a favourite with the locals. Most people seem to know each other and it has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and polite the cafe itself is nice and clean. The food is nice and great value for money. Anyone wanting a quick snack or a good breakfast could do worse than coming here. Will definitely be back.

Down to earth, friendly staff and chatty regular customers. Always a warm welcome. Quality food at a very reasonable price. Breakfast freshly cooked and well presented. Excellent home cooked dinners served at noon. Small or larger portions to suit all appetites. Dinner menu varies daily. Quite happy to serve drinks without having food. Outside pavement seating area. Well worth a visit before or after shopping in the town or just to meet up with friends .

This cafe has been called cafe jaks for nearly 2 years. Nick knowles filmed diy sos in there about 18 months ago. I go in every week, the staff are frendly, the food is amazing, and great value. I couldn't believe that bad review, most likely a jelious competitor. Keep up the good work.

We have breakfast here at least twice every week and occasionally other food and drinks. It's a friendly little place and food is always good.

Very well run little cafe! Gorgeous home cooked food served by really friendly local ladies. Great atmosphere in here and loads of choice! Definitely recommend!

We had been to Heanor to meet a friend as it was difficult to park that day I parked on Godfrey Street.As we where coming home we noticed the time and decided to have lunch,I had parked outside this Cafe so we went inside,it was a very friendly place with a goodly amount of people inside. We where treated to home cooked food all done with a smile and at a very good price. Will call again when back in that area.

Lovely friendly staff, pop in for a cuppa spent over and hour talking to staff and I had lunch with pudding!!!!!

Very busy small cafe serving breakfast, sandwiches, cobs, baguettes, meals, home made cakes etc and drinks. Cafe's decor (inside and outside) is a little dated but it is clean and tidy and service is okay.
