Just excellent! This restaurant has been fabulous on every level. They have gone over and above to provide an amazing service. The food is our new favourite Indian and I write my review with zero hesitation on recommending this place. 👌

Absolutely amazing food. Finally found a great curry house that delivers in our area. Had the garlic chicken chilli which was lovely, chicken nice and juicy and spicy enough, onion bargies were very tasty . Very pleased and would definitely order again. 5 stars all round. Just don't take too much notice of the previous Google reviews.

Ordered off JustEat and was informed 30 mins later that the food was with the driver, out for delivery. 45 mins past and still no sign so my partner rang the restaurant. She was told that the food was ready but sat in the kitchen and to give them 20 mins for delivery. Manager then rang back and said the kitchen had missed the order, they hadn't started cooking yet, and to give them another 30 mins. Avoid this place

Had a takeaway this evening and it was delicious.

My first experience with them when I reached back home I saw some mosquito 🦟 in food. I rang them first He dropped my call, The second time he started to argue with me. He literally said "we don't sell like this Do whatever you want to do this is England you can do anything" although he replaced after some dialogue but their behavior was very unprofessional.

Use to be regular customers until their poor customer service the last time we ordered. Order came wrong twice, third time lucky finally came right after 2 hours of waiting asked if we could have some discount off the next order to say its nothing to do with him and put the phone down! Disgraceful place

Tasty food and lovely spice combinations. We had poppadoms, pickle tray, onion Baji, vegetable spring roll, mushroom rice, keema rice, peswari nan, chicken tikka masala, chicken murgh massala. Everything was lovely. Fast and polite service. Onion bajis were huge. Had to bring some of the food home to have next day as portions were big. Really enjoyed it. Will eat here again as within walking distance of home so can enjoy a pint of Cobra too.

AVOID AND DO NOT USE FOODHUB!! After four hours, no sign of the food. It never arrived. We had paid via foodhub and are now trying to get a refund. No answer from the restaurant and fobbed off on the phone the following day. Not good enough! Read the reviews and AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Dreadful service and cold rubbery starters and naan breads Pre Ordered on just eat at 4-45 to be delivered at 8. Restaurant not answering phones. Had message to say delivery man on his way at 8.52 an hour later not here so at 9.35 I drove to fetch it. When I got there There were people in the restaurant saying they were waiting for food and another lady ordered for 7-45 she was there waiting. The staff were stood about talking and eating in the kitchen. They weren’t busy at all. The driver had arrived at my home whilst we were there. Got home which is only 7 minutes away the food was dreadful. Bhajis were cold and rubbery the naans were hard and cold. The order wasn’t even complete, 1 curry green was missing. Will never use again and will never recommend. *** Don’t waste your money or time here ***

Such a shame when you find that perfect tasting takeaway yet find out it’s bellow par in customer service standards. Ordered food at 19:45pm and it stated 1hr delivery before I paid £31, numerous phone calls unanswered at 22:25pm this food still has not arrived. You are happy enough to take my money but not deliver on the service, unsure how I will recoup our money but that isn’t the only issue here!!

Walked in wanting a table for 2 waited several minutes no service no sign of anyone walked out obvious did not want my money 😑

Food is always gorgeous. Delivery times are very slow. Don't like that they changed the set meal for 1 so now you get rice or naan bread instead of both but not the end of the world.

It was our first time eating from Jaishu's and it will be our last. The food tasted as though it had come from a cheap jar of sauce, I've never seen a chicken korma swimming in so much tasteless sauce. There was nothing authentic about either of our meals, a complete waste of £24.🤬

Awesome food everytime hot and tasty!

Pick up on the way home had great food and will go again. Two people from out of the village were looking forward to their curry, sorry I could not advise as it was my first visit. I'm sure that what they ordered was as good as ours.

Food is always ok but staff are so slow take ages to get served and keep wondering off

The food was very nice and came in plenty of time I had a chicken Bhuna was lovely my wife had a chicken meal it had a bone in a small bone for that I will say be careful when eating chicken meals

I ordered from Jaishu's tonight Saturday 15th February 2020, and everything was perfect. Mixed starter, ginger curry, sagwala curry, mushroom pilau rice and chilli cheese nan. The starter was so tender and a big portion for 2 and the spices in the curries were amazing and we really enjoyed them both. The meat was all good and really lean, quality. Will definitely order again.

Ordered through just eat, came 30 minutes before it said it would arrive very fast delivery! The food was tasty and filling and to a good quality only thing is, is that its quite expensive other than that good clean Indian takeaway

Orded a takeaway the chicken was pink not cooked properly nana bread was doughy rang then was not interested tried taking back ask for money back said no very RUDE " WARNING AVOID"!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited two hours after the delivery time and called to check on the order. The phone was put down on me and then they try to order the food an hour after that and charge me. Refuse to give me a refund so I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities and taking this a lot further where an apology and a refund would have done the job.

We are on pilgrimes camp site just had an order delivered got to say had to wait over 1 hour bit worth the wait got to say great food infact in par with what we had in goa a big thank you will pass onto the owners camp site xx

The night we went was really busy with a large party of 16 people. I think this affected the food and service. There seemed to be 1 chef and 1 waiter. The meal took an excessively long time to arrive especially the main course. The quality was good.

Had a takeaway Friday 8th June. I had dopiaza. 2 hours after having the meal I feel very Ill. I was violently sick and later that night one as admitted to hospital with food poisoning. The chicken didn't taste right . I will never eat there again 🤮🤮

Friendly staff great food and when you go through to the restaurant you almost forget you are in Bircotes, LOL!
