Ordered from uber eats, as usual uber eats is tragic and becoming the laughing stock of delivery companies. Well done uber. Zero customer service. Boycotting the crap out of you now. As far as the restaurant goes, food inedible, flavour awful, guy on the phone tried to bribe me asking for £5 for his delivery driver to drive approximately 1 mile. What is going on these days? Awful awful place, will absolutely NOT be visiting again.

My food was excellent, and delivered on time. They have a wonderful Mulligatawny Soup, and the Lamb Vindaloo and Saag Paneer were delicious. The lamb was very tender!

Cuando mi comida no llegó, llamé al restaurante y me dijeron muy groseramente que cancelaron el pedido hace una hora. No había sido informado antes de esto y la aplicación uber eats todavía mostraba mi pedido en camino. Tengo la sensación de que los propietarios decidieron no tratar con mi pedido, pero aún así guardar el dinero.

Este es nuestro indio local y lo hemos visitado muchas veces a lo largo de los años, pero ha cambiado. Mi amigo pidió un plato de cordero que no era comestible ya que la carne era demasiado difícil de cortar. El personal discutió con nosotros y dijo que se supone que es difícil, ya que es de la pierna. No nos cobraron por el plato pero después nos sentimos incómodos. Fuimos los únicos comensales toda la noche un sábado por la noche y creo que sé por qué. Seguramente será nuestra última visita. Una experiencia muy decepcionante.

Visité este restaurante mientras observaba el tenis. La comida era buena al igual que el servicio. Tuve el 99 Phal. Mi compañero tenía un pollo Tawa. Botella de Cobra @ una botella de casa roja 40. Muy buen precio para Londres.

I actually didn’t eat here in the end. I ordered food 2 starters and rice and bread the waiter seemed put out that I had ordered just starters which came to the same price as some of the mains I couldn’t quite understand his issue! There was a group of people sitting at a table the same table but seemed unable to talk without shouting at each other. The language was disgusting and in the end I couldn’t bare it any longer and decided to leave. I did explain to the staff that if they weren’t prepared to challenge the guests I didn’t want sit and eat a meal in that environment. They got very aggressive with me saying I had to pay for the meal which hadn’t arrived. I wasn’t prepared to pay to sit in eat in what was an unpleasant and distasteful atmosphere. I won’t be going back.

This is one to avoid. Used to use extensively when we lived here 10 years ago and thought we would try again... We were the only customers at the outset, one other table came in after about 15 minutes and the phone was ringing constantly, so the waiter was always taking orders. We ordered Rogan Josh a medium hot dish cooked with fresh green herbs & tomatoes fairly spicy Maliwali a highly flavoured dish cooked with yoghurt & cream Keema Naan I’ll just list the comments: - no offer of drinks or poppadoms, when we sat down - chicken rogan josh was bland, mild tasting and not spicy - chicken Malawali was not highly favoured, was lukewarm and tasted sickly sweet - the chicken was over cooked - I asked for mine (Maliwali) to be heated up, it came out only slightly warmer than before!! The waiter seemed to be bored and uninterested throughout. I do not recommend this place, avoid.

Awful rude service. Empty restaurant on collection should have been a warning as to the poor quality of the food. Don't waste your money here.

Food was very salty. Service was poor because they said they only accept cash when we were in the process of paying. Our meal costed £17.75. Apparently this amount didn't qualify to be paid by card. We didn't have enough cash and the cash machine across the street was broken. We asked for any more suggestions where to get cash, the waiter just muttered about not ordering enough for two people. There wasn't a sign on the door saying the minimum limit of paying by card nor did the waiters advised us when we sat down at the table. They were rude and unprofessional in how they handled the situation. In the end, they let us pay by card but charged us extra £1.75 for gratuity!

Not massively impressed I'm sad to say. The delivery was 25 mins later than indicated and lukewarm, the chaat masala, once the salad was taken out, was tiny with a total of 3 tiny chunks of potato. Veg balti was good but very oniony (good job we like onion!), chicken biryani was tasty and the spice was just right, but the 2l coke was 1.5l. Overall, quite disappointing so unlikely to use again.

The restaurant forgot half of the delibery and eventually told me that they will add the missing items to the next delivery.. Not professional at all. The food is low average. First and last time I order food from Jaipur

I've lived in the area for many years and tried many curry houses/takeaways. I don't know why I've never thought to use Jaipur before last night. We used the online ordering system which was easy and walked round to pick it up. All the mains and sides were excellent. Will certainly be coming back and using as our preferred curry takeaway.

The first thing the gentleman who delivered the food said to me is that in future I should rather order something around £13 as £10.30 was considered too small an order for them (Justeat stipulates on their website that free delivery is made for all purchases over £10 at this restaurant). It was just a bit of a surprise really as I'd done everything by the book, so I imagine Justeat and the restaurant will need to find a solution.

Chap delivering didn't call my mobile, so couldn't let us know he was here, then shouted at me when I did come to the door. Not ideal

Yes it was very cheap but the quality of the food was terrible. We had ordered veg briyani and it had no taste at all. This is the worst indian food I have ever eaten. Plus we had also ordered chicken tikka and that was full of coconut. and also dey were 40 minutes late for the delivery

If the rather severe vomiting etc is anything to go by early this morning I would say pretty poor!!! I have eaten your curries a few times before, and they were great, but now I have experienced the morning of hell you won't find me returning! Also, to the guy waiting in the restaurant last night. My name isn't "JustEat" so please don't say it to me like it's my name.

From when I placed my order to arrival was incredibly quick. The food was very good quality & value for money. Not even slightly oily & lovely flavours. Have to be honest I've tried most of the Indian takeaways over the years in this area & this is definitely in my top 3.

Generally I don't leave a review. But, I must say the quality of food was good. Most important that it was not oily.

We went for an early evening meal, the restaurant was almost empty so there was no reason for such dreadful service. Tasteless food.

We had been to the Jaipur once before, and it was OK then, but I won't be going again! We booked a table for 7.30 and got there promptly. If I say right away that we didn't get our food until 9.30 you will guess what is coming. The friends we were with invited someone else who we knew was going to be late, but we specifically said to the waiters, 'don't wait for our other guest to serve us OUR food - he will order separately'. Despite this, and after, of course, several rounds of drinks, our food didn't finally arrive until his did, and that was after we had repeatedly asked (politely) if ours could be served as soon as possible. The restaurant wasn't busy, and infact by the time we ate, there was only one other table occupied. Meanwhile, though, takeaways were going out the door like there was no tomorrow! Clearly the takeaway trade had to be dealt with before the captive customers in the restaurant! When it did come it was OK, but swimming in ghee, which I don't like, and isn't necessary, but we ate it because by then we were really hungry. I was very unimpressed with the service and the food.

My wife Lucy and I have now ordered 3 times - you can see her reviews below. Just Eat won't allow reviews to be removed, so I'd like to say that our latest experience was A1. The manager got in touch to explain and apologise for our earlier troubles. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and Jaipur came through. Very tasty meals, delivered when they were supposed to. The breads in particular were superb. Everyone can have a bad day, and these guys have really redeemed themselves. We'll be ordering again.

Thought I'd give these guys a second chance after the last order I placed - the chicken madras was the worst I've ever had (sauce had the consistency of broth) but other items were good. This time, delivery was a whole hour earlier than the time I requested (and drawn attention to in the 'notes to driver' section of my order). The driver didn't apologise or offer any solution when we pointed this out. I've ordered a lot of takeaways in my time in this is hands down the worst food and service I've ever encountered.

I'm in two minds about these guys - most of our food was excellent (especially the pakoras and my chicken tikka jalfrezi balti). However, the chicken madras was awful with sauce more like a very thin soup than a curry. Very close to being a great takeaway - if only quality was consistent.

The food was great as always. Saag Aloo is one of the best I know. The sauces are rich and full of flavour with perfectly cooked meat(even the lamb). Just one BIG downside.....the samosas! Whilst the quality and flavour of them are good, i didn't get my vegtable ones but lamb. As 3 out of 4 people in the household don't like lamb in any way, shape or form i was rather disapointed. Even more so as it was not the first time this happpend. 2x before this order with samosas aswell, and once with a main dish as lamb arrived instead of chicken....so i blame the chef or who ever reads out or packs the order...... The front of house, and if you have take away the delivery guys, are always super friendly and happy to help. Would always order again and again and again ??

I used to eat in this curry house a couple of times a week when I lived nearby, I now make a detour to eat there every time I'm back in London as the food and service are consistently superb, garlic chilli chicken being my favourite dish. It's a 'trad' curry house with good well priced food.

A brightly lit and modern designed restaurant where we were attended to by 2 very friendly and helpful waiters.The curries and starters were of a very high standard and we were amazed of how good value it was.

I have been going to the Jaipur regularly for over ten years now and have always enjoyed the food and the service. They have had a new chef for the past year or more and the food has just got better and better, great place to eat in or get a delivery from. The chicken shaslik is especially good, and lots of it, good value and friendly staff.

The first time we ate in the Jaipur, five years ago, we said 'Great food, really good value, shame about the decor.' There never seemed to be many people eating in, although the takeaway side of the business was thriving. Since then the Jaipur has had an extensive refurbishment and has become a hugely popular place to eat in, but I'm happy to say it hasn't affected the quality of the food, or the price. Jaipur has a fairly standard menu, but all the food is really good quality, the service attentive and the takeaway service is still every bit as good as before. Jaipur has a following of regular customers who are very appreciative of the good food, reasonable prices, good service and relaxed atmosphere.

We've lived nearby for 7 years, and have found this to be the best neighbourhood Indian restaurant in Southfields and Wimbledon Park. We've tried others, but keep returning to this fine establishment. Run by a local family for over 25 years, the focus of the proprietors is on good service, good food and a good atmosphere. There's take away and a home delivery service available too.
