they are never open any more but say they are. phone no answer, just eat cancels orders... have they closed down? (tried to order multiple times over the past month, have been a loyal customer for 3 years, I really loved their food!)

I had to check if i had the covid-19 after a mouthful of their biryani, absolutely 0 flavour at all, tastes like theyve shipped me off a box of boiled rice with a couple of pieces of supermarket sandwich filler chicken, my wife's lamb korma had 6 small pieces of lamb in it which were 90% fat, the head chef here must have worked in a nursing home in his past life as thats the only way i can see someone who enjoys cooking putting this little seasoning on food.

Order was missing a paratha. Was cold. Normally good, but tonight im disappointed

Disappointed. The chicken pieces were over cooked and hard to chew, and the Prawn Puri (described as 'lightly spiced') was blast-your-mouth-off hot and spoiled the rest of the meal. On the plus side, they were very helpful regarding ingredients/allergies.

Tasty veg biriani. They forgot the pilau rice with my lamb jalfrezi but I was able to use some of the biriani..food was flavoursome with reasonable but not huge portions. Priced fairly. Shame about the pilau rice but overall will order from here again.

Food was ok, was weird to receive salad but no mint sauce with the mixed grill which meant it was rather flavourless. Curry container was half full too so won't be back sadly.

Really tasty, spicy and reasonably priced Indian cuisine. One of my regulars and they don’t disappoint!

Worst curry I’ve had since moving to London- would have been better off with a Lidl microwave curry. Chicken was tough and tasteless, sauce was bitter. My mate and my girlfriend couldn’t even eat theirs, I powered through on principle and regretted it all night and the next day. Want my money back. Next time sticking with Kathmandu.

I have never had a bad meal from this restaraunt. It is always fresh, always hot and they are very accommodating. It’s my go to for Indian food and I order from there at least four times a month if not more so I heartily recommend them.

Due to no fault of the restaurant The Food ? arrived late ( fatal car crash ) .The quality of the food was not the greatest i have ever had , no seasoning or spices appeared to have been used and when i phoned the restaurant could not make myself understood . I only ordered a Byriani and Veg Curry + bits .

The chicken korma is a dessert ?? It tasted so sweet. Definitely not chicken korma we have ever eaten anywhere else. Wondering if chef put sugar instead of salt. Gush tasted great!

Extremely very very disappointing. Read all the reviews and decided to buy as all reviews were brilliant...but the food that turned up was awful. The butter chicken and Chicken tiikka masla(how much red dye used??) was so sweet I thought we had dessert 1st!! The naan breads we could.not eat as the base of them was hard and had a sour taste...naan should be light and fluffy...these were not!!!!.the only positive is the rice dishes were fantastic. Chicken byriani and plan rice were cooked very very well. Overall very disappointed as when finished the meal, my mouth should be alive with flavour and spices but not here. I will return to my usually curry house and apologise to them for going elsewhere!!!!

I order from here often. Love there food and the people who work here are always so friendly when they deliver. There tikka masala is particularly sweet compared to other places which I love.

The food didn't taste nasty but it was plain, had no season or spices.

The food is reliably tasty from Cinnamon Tree. However, this time I found the Biryani and the accompanying vegetable curry lacking in taste and flavour. Everything else was nice. I do have a concern about all the plastic containers used with the takeaway. I know they are cheap and convenient, but I also want to reduce the amount of plastic I use. With the best will in the world, I can't reuse all the plastic boxes left after I finish the meal, usually 5 or 6 each time. So, would Cinnamon Tree consider the radical idea of taking back cleaned plastic boxes and reusing them, like we used to do with glass bottles? Or at lease change back to using foil containers instead? Otherwise, I am seriously thinking about reducing my takeaway orders to just a couple of times a year. Do please give this some consideration.

THE best Indian food in South West London! We order from The Cinnamon Tree probably once a month and it never disappoints. HIGHLY recommend :)

Perhaps the greatest failing on the part of The Cinnamon Tree was the fact that, despite being only two miles away, delivery took slightly over half an hour from when the order was marked as being on its way. This resulted in the food arriving only warm, as opposed to hot; it was still just about warm enough to be edible, and I have not seen fit to demand a refund, but neither am I likely to order from them again. The food itself was all right, if nothing to write home about. The Lamb Tangail had too much chilli and not enough depth of flavour. It was not unpalatable, but neither was there much to recommend it; the meat was tough, the sauce was more chilli than anything else, and whilst it was a tolerable curry, I've had better. The special fried rice was bizarre; being described as pilau rice fried with egg and peas, I was expecting something analogous to egg fried rice. What was presented is better described as a portion of rice with a fried egg in it; I ate it, but it was an odd complement to a curry. On a more positive note, there was nothing wrong with the keema nan, and the complimentary pot of raita was fresh and flavoursome, so the meal was not a total write-off. On balance, however, considering the slow service, late delivery, and fairly mediocre quality of the food when it arrived, I do not intend to order from The Cinnamon Tree again.

Ordered again because the food is absolutely delicious. This time I have to say flawless.

The food here is pretty good. It's not too oily, the flavours are muted but not so much as to ruin the meal. The portions are fine. The lamb was soft and not at all chewy and that's rare these days.

Chicken corma was disgusting. It was white in colour and basically cream cooked with chicken. Absolutely awful. No flavour apart from cream

I have visited this takeaway for more than 10 years and their Lamb Madras with dark sauce is excellent!

The onion salad was missing, the lamb was tough, the sauce had no heat and little flavour

I’ve ordered from The Cinnamon Tree regularly but today it was even better than usual. The food came so hot that the pots were too hot to handle, a total bonus!

Absolutely delicious onion bhajis. Cannot beat it.

Ordered chicken tikka masala and saag aloo. The tikka was soo sweet it was sickly and lacked anything like a tikka flavour. Saag aloo was also incredibly bland. Two stars because rice was decent, popadoms were ok and mint sauce had flavour. Next time I’ll try red rose (few doors down) or house of spice (bit further away)

In short, I won't be ordering from here again. Very expensive (even with discount) and poor quality. Some of the food was edible, but other parts were awful; the lamb was so tough (though described as tender - laughable). I usually keep any leftovers from a takeaway, but most of this food has to be thrown away.

Food took 1.5 hours to get here (30 minutes late), and didn’t give us any dips with the poppadoms
