Jade House in Maidstone

Poor excuse for a take away, bland and tasteless and the satay chicken in some sort of sausage was dire and the egg fried rice resembled wallpaper paste !! £75 for 4 of us ! I’m not ordering again because I want good food, not rubbish !!

Worst Chinese we have EVER eaten. Zero flavour. Did not taste freshly cooked more like reheated from frozen. Food was not very hot had to reheat despite only living nearby. Crispy beef soggy. Sweet n sour tasted of mainly vinegar. Beef Chowmein bland and beef did not taste like beef. Everything tasted of vinegar. Spent just over £30 (which is wasted money) and no free prawn crackers like other Chinese take aways. Only tried this takeaway as magic wok and lotus house closed. Will never return and never recommend!!! 🤮

STAY AWAY!!! I ordered 2 soups today, so Hot & Sour soup is what I call FAKE SOUP as it was made from a powder in a packet, then veg rise tasted awful and was very bland (had a raw cucumber in it which is bit odd) and 5 spice garlic beef they don't even know what spices goes in it as YET AGAIN sauce is made from a powder in a packet. It tasted HORRIBLE, very salty, acidity and beef was SO TOUGH and impossible to eat! All food is going to the bin!!! It was my first and LAST time I ordered there.

Very poor. Used as staying local for work and was in walking distance. Greasy, bland. Went straight in the bin.

Overcharged, crispy chilli beef half full, soggy and bland, poorest excuse for satay chicken I've ever seen, bland, sat in a pool of 'sauce' that was never homogeneous, thrown straight in the bin and if it wasn't such a long walk I'd be back up there tonight for a refund. Never leave reviews but this is f appalling, avoid at all costs, magic wok is another 5 minute walk away.

Been using this take away for many many years, the Peking and Cantonese menu is fabulous, we always order a PCA1, thoroughly recommend

Poor service. £10 minimum fee for card purchases. Totally unnecessary. Just moved into locality. Will not be using here. Their loss.

Disgusting trying to rip off loyal customers with half-meat portions. Times are tough but that’s no way to treat customers. Bland rice too.

Have used Jade House for many years and have never been disappointed with the food. Always have it delivered and is pretty much always on time. Have to make allowances at peak times eg Saturday evenings. I think the negative reviews must have been made by competitors. Thank you Jade House.

Turned up stone cold and missed of part of my order when I rang to tell them they told me they didn’t charge for missing item but refused to go threw cost of order to check , the food was tasteless possibly, no definitely the worst Chinese I’ve had the displeasure of eating. Avoid at all cost !!. Only reason I used this one was my usual Was closed due to COVID 😭. If your that hungry eat cat litter it will taste better !!!!

Always brilliant food, but tonight was horrible, young Chinese lad on counter order totally wrong!!! Only found out when got home, food cold half order wrong!!!! Very disappointed !!!

Disgusting very bland, chips were under cooked and thr sauce's sweet and sour was bland snd extremely thick peanut sauce had a layer of oil/water on top of it and underneath that it was thick. Will never order from here again very disappointed customer
