Took 2.5 hours to arrive. Good items were missing, items we received were cold and over cooked.

the food was great and hot but it arrived 20mins early which today wasn't a problem as I'd got home from work early but another time I might not have been here. I ordered it for 7.30 as I know I would be home by then but I don't normally get back until 7.20 so I wouldn't have been here. I will order it for a bit later in future

Don’t bother. Over 1hr 40m for delivery, food turned up barely warm, very greasy, it had leaked in the bag and most disappointingly it wasn’t very tasty. We now need to find something else to eat as we couldn’t eat much of it. For £50 this was terrible. We will never be ordering from here again.

After arriving late (traffic I assume) the food was very tasty, large portion sizes. The duck came shredded with no sharp bones, the Singapore noodles were spicy and flavoursome.

Part of our order was missing. The missing item, a main course, was delivered later. Restaurant was very apologetic. Never had a problem with our deliveries from this restaurant.

lovely food and hot when arrived

Very unhappy with delivery. Phoned restaurant multiple times and every time they said 5 minutes. Arrived at 10pm

Can't say about the food but tried to order online and the order was accepted waited a little while then order was cancelled saying they couldn't make it! What the hell? Why have your place online if you can't make the delivery! Not happy. Never had this from any other delivery place.

Our local takeaway had declined in quality so we decided to try Wok Kitchen. We were not disappointed, the food was delicious and we will definitely be back for more!

Prawns were not king prawns, kung po sauce tasted like sweet and sour sauce with a tiny bit of chilli. Batter soggy where they tried to disguise the size of the overcooked prawns. Chicken and black bean was not spicy hardly any chilli and sause very runny. All dishes had far too many onions to try and bulk up the dish. Was hoping this was going to be an alternative to our usual Chinese but very disappointed.

All delicious and delivery man was friendly.

Delicious fresh food - always been on time. However be warned, as this place makes all the dishes spicy! Yummy, but very spicy! I'm not joking :-p

I did phone the restaurant and the lady turned round and said it's on. Its way and that's all took another twenty minutes to get here when I phone because it was late im not happy

Arrived about an hour and a half late and although it was good took way to long to arrive

The delay was very poor, I’d rather the order was cancelled as it came too late in the evening (close to 22:00). The food itself was very poor, the beef inedible, just tasted of burnt fat & the chicken balls weren’t cooked properly as they were doughy. Very, very disappointed overall and would really like a full refund.

We ordered from Wok Kitchen because the delivery time was posted as 35-50 minutes, but it took over 2 hours to arrive. The seaweed from the mixed hors d'ouvres was also soggy and not crispy, although the other portion was fine. The rest of the food was good.

Refused to deliver the the flat door, had to collect from front gates.

Ordered some spareribs and noodles been advised the delivery time will be 45-50min but 15 minutes later the food was delivered. The best salt & chilli spareribs! The tasty and really soft knuckles The rib with peking sauce is also lovely. 👍🏻👌

Shocking £40 order never showed up very poor service avoid

Estimated delivery was 45-50 minutes. There order took 2hrs arrived cold and inedible too late to the kids to eat. The ribs were good though when reheated. Called restaurant ater 1hr 15 and it arrived 45mins after call so I don't think they had even seen the just eat order. Shouldn't take orders if too busy to fulfill its not fair on customers.

Egg fried rice really salty, rest of food oily

Unfortunately, the last 5 times delivery is has been late with two occasions resulting in driving to pick up ourselves. Never had bad food, however, tonight’s wasn’t the best and seemed either not to be fresh or had sat being kept warm for some time.

Lovely food, - Very good portion sizes of noodles and dishes. Spicy dishes were great! Slightly disappointed with quality and quantity of Salt£ & pepper chips - rather soggy, not a very good portion size. But I would order from here again.

Didn’t say that it was on its way until after it was delivered.

Food was ok, but due to the amount of salt I was so dehydrated I had to drink 4 pints of water after and overnight. Ridiculously unhealthy. Still the same today, keep needing more water. Not good enough.

This is my new favourite Chinese restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. I think it's the best Chinese I've had since I moved to Maidstone. The only thing missing was the free prawn crackers you usually get but even with that I'm ordering from here in future.

I rarely leave reviews…..but felt that this place deserved one. Without a doubt, the best takeaway I have ever had. Everything tasted good, and like it should…..not multiple dishes that all taste the same. And everything was fresh. Absolutely delicious!

I ordered the food at 5:30pm and the food didn’t arrive until 7:30pm. When I looked at the main screen it said 45-50 minutes, then 6:45pm then 7:25pm, it finally arrived at 7:35pm. If I had known how long it was going to take, I wouldn’t have ordered.

Food was good. Though the spicy items weren’t spicy at all and the crispy beef was a little dry. But otherwise the food was of good quality. The delivery time took over an hour and a half since ordering.

Quite honestly the worse chicken wings I have ever had, bland, not spicy and they were wet and not crunchy at all!

2.5 hours from order to delivery. Food was cold which in turn effected the quality and taste. Delivery driver was great but seemed very stressed by delays throughout the night.

2 and a half hours late. Visited the store twice as they have the phone off the hook when they’re busy. Lady behind the counter unhelpful. Will never order again. Terrible customer service. Cold food also.

2 hour wait when it was delivered received wrong food. Then drove to the restaurant to get what we had ordered brought it home and it was still the wrong dish. Couldn’t ring them as they take the phone off the hook. Will be finding a new Chinese to order from or just cook. So basically just wasted £26 and paid for delivery only to have to drive there. And then go to supermarket to get something to eat very disappointed

Simply the best Chinese we've ever had. The crispy chilli beef is crispy and beefy and tastes amazing. The special fried rice is amazing. The prawn crackers are perfect. Honestly so so good.
