The best Chinese in Maidstone… we always order from Wok Kitchen…

Ordered from here before and really enjoyed. This time was absolutely appalling. All the meat was so dry, not one dish we ordered that we enjoyed. So disappointed. Especially the crispy chilli beef and chicken. Was no meat just pure batter. Wont be ordering from here again.

Great food, early delivery, top notch!

An hour late food cold lucky we have a microwave rung restaurant twice, noodles burnt let it cool down after being in the microwave then gave to the dogs. Happy dogs

Food wasn’t very nice, it was far too greasy. Lacked any flavour. Chow mein was practically dripping in oil. Crispy shredded chilli beef had chilli’s visible but couldn’t taste them. Kung po chicken was too oily. Would not order from here again.

Singapore noodles needed a bit more spice! Next time please !! still very yummy hot food delivered early- thanks!

There are plenty of Chinese Takeaway’s in the area. Avoid this one. Ordered on Uber Eats and when the food finally arrived, one of the boxes had exploded all over the rest of the food (due to packaging, not delivery). The chips were freezing cold and as I took the chips out of the bag, it tore due to the monumental amount of grease over them, so we decided to call. We were greeted in the usual Chinese way of maximum aggression, minimum intelligence and business savvy - they were not interested in the slightest and told us it was everyone else’s fault but theirs. I cannot wait for this business to go bust because they do not possess the minimal amount of intelligence that it takes to speak to people respectfully and act like an adult. Never again.

The food was hot .Alow it was dinner for two there was enough to feed another person. There was two big pots of sweet and sour sauce. Which most places give you one small one. Overall a very enjoyable meal.

Food came after about an hour (said 40 minutes when ordering). When food arrived all the hot dishes were cold and had to be microwaved

Expected delivery time was 45 -50 mins. I get the weekends are busier, but it took nearly 2 hours. Not happy at all. Shame because the food was very nice - but not worth a 2 hour wait.

the food was great and hot but it arrived 20mins early which today wasn't a problem as I'd got home from work early but another time I might not have been here. I ordered it for 7.30 as I know I would be home by then but I don't normally get back until 7.20 so I wouldn't have been here. I will order it for a bit later in future

Don’t bother. Over 1hr 40m for delivery, food turned up barely warm, very greasy, it had leaked in the bag and most disappointingly it wasn’t very tasty. We now need to find something else to eat as we couldn’t eat much of it. For £50 this was terrible. We will never be ordering from here again.

After arriving late (traffic I assume) the food was very tasty, large portion sizes. The duck came shredded with no sharp bones, the Singapore noodles were spicy and flavoursome.

Part of our order was missing. The missing item, a main course, was delivered later. Restaurant was very apologetic. Never had a problem with our deliveries from this restaurant.

Very unhappy with delivery. Phoned restaurant multiple times and every time they said 5 minutes. Arrived at 10pm

Our local takeaway had declined in quality so we decided to try Wok Kitchen. We were not disappointed, the food was delicious and we will definitely be back for more!

Can't say about the food but tried to order online and the order was accepted waited a little while then order was cancelled saying they couldn't make it! What the hell? Why have your place online if you can't make the delivery! Not happy. Never had this from any other delivery place.

Prawns were not king prawns, kung po sauce tasted like sweet and sour sauce with a tiny bit of chilli. Batter soggy where they tried to disguise the size of the overcooked prawns. Chicken and black bean was not spicy hardly any chilli and sause very runny. All dishes had far too many onions to try and bulk up the dish. Was hoping this was going to be an alternative to our usual Chinese but very disappointed.

All delicious and delivery man was friendly.

Delicious fresh food - always been on time. However be warned, as this place makes all the dishes spicy! Yummy, but very spicy! I'm not joking :-p

I did phone the restaurant and the lady turned round and said it's on. Its way and that's all took another twenty minutes to get here when I phone because it was late im not happy

The delay was very poor, I’d rather the order was cancelled as it came too late in the evening (close to 22:00). The food itself was very poor, the beef inedible, just tasted of burnt fat & the chicken balls weren’t cooked properly as they were doughy. Very, very disappointed overall and would really like a full refund.

We ordered from Wok Kitchen because the delivery time was posted as 35-50 minutes, but it took over 2 hours to arrive. The seaweed from the mixed hors d'ouvres was also soggy and not crispy, although the other portion was fine. The rest of the food was good.

Used this restaurant 3 times whilst being away, always on time, food nice and warm and tasty, good value and delivery charge 👍🏼

Refused to deliver the the flat door, had to collect from front gates.

Ordered some spareribs and noodles been advised the delivery time will be 45-50min but 15 minutes later the food was delivered. The best salt & chilli spareribs! The tasty and really soft knuckles The rib with peking sauce is also lovely. 👍🏻👌

Shocking £40 order never showed up very poor service avoid

Estimated delivery was 45-50 minutes. There order took 2hrs arrived cold and inedible too late to the kids to eat. The ribs were good though when reheated. Called restaurant ater 1hr 15 and it arrived 45mins after call so I don't think they had even seen the just eat order. Shouldn't take orders if too busy to fulfill its not fair on customers.

Unfortunately, the last 5 times delivery is has been late with two occasions resulting in driving to pick up ourselves. Never had bad food, however, tonight’s wasn’t the best and seemed either not to be fresh or had sat being kept warm for some time.

Order arrived well within the time specified. We had a friendly delivery person too. The food was still hot when it reached us and tasted good....
