This is our go to for chinese takeaway, never any issues with orders, food consistently good and delivery very prompt and on time. Drivers are always friendly too..

Very good food. Delivered within 10 minutes of scheduled time which I consider to be ‘On time’. Food needed warning up in microwave but very enjoyable. Have had deliveries from here before and never been disappointed. Thanks

a bit disappointed with the starter which is a shame as the food is normally spot on, absolutely zero filling in the crispy wontons, nothing, zilch, nada, hopefully just a genuine error.

Ordered a king prawn chowmein. A chcicken chow mien was delivered.

My order was over £35 came with two missing items and when I called in she was adamant that she had put it in the bag and made out I was lying. Also the mixed veg rice noodles states it’s not spicy and it was very spicy, my egg fried rice was cold had microwave my food, You’ve now lost a customer I won’t ever order from fortune ever again! Shocking customer service !!

Best Chinese I have had in Chatham by miles, well cooked food full of flavour and unlike other restaurants in the area it’s not swimming in grease/ oil … best of all the sweet and sour sauce is very flavourful and quite thick

Not tasty.. I felt disappointed with the money I paid

Not sure what went wrong as delivery time is usually very good but today it was awful. Driver was also rude. Luckily the food was really nice!

Was handed the food from the deliver with all the sauce tipped out in the bag over everything, nothing left in the dish which altered the taste. Food would have been perfect if the delivery driver would have been more careful, they didn’t even apologise.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this was the first time I've eaten from this takeaway and it will be last. I had a very simple sweet and sour Hong Kong style chicken. it was bland, the chicken was chewy and some bits hard. I ate about a quarter of it and threw the rest in the bin.

never normally have a problem with delivery time but ordered at 6.45 to eb delivered around 8.30.. had a notification to say enjoy your food at 8.50 but no food had been delivered. we rang and he said he will be 5 minutes. driver arrived 20 minutes later after driving past my house 3 times!!! food was good as always but delivery not so much today

Been coming here for 5 years. Never had a complaint. Ordered £40 of food tonight got given 7 no. Prawn crackers. Absolutely pathetic. Lady on the phone said ‘small bag’ of prawn crackers has always been the case. Nonsense, ordered from here 2 weeks ago and got a normal portion. When I phoned to complain, I was met with contempt and a poor attitude. You asked me to leave a review, so here it is. After 5 years we will move on. Pathetic.

i usually don’t write reviews untill i order at least couple times and we been ordering almost every Friday now. food is amazing as always, good portions, quick delivery. never dissapointed. will be ordering again. highly recommend

old crusty cold chips, cold rice, cold pancake roll. and prawn crackers were stale

There’s cooked shrimp tasted weird and the peking style sauce and oyster sauce tastes off

The order came earlier than expected which was great, but I left a note asking them to not cook my food in a utensil that was previously used for cooking pork, and now I don’t feel confident that they payed attention to that, because I ordered prawn chow main and I found a stinky piece of chicken in it. The food wasn’t too bad but it was tasteless. The food is overpriced but I wouldn’t miNot surprised with all the bad reviews they’ve got on google, I wish I had read that before placing my order.

Food was inedible. Rice was just a sticky mess, noodles were soggy and tasteless. All food was only warm. Complimentary stale prawn crackers and let's not even start on the cardboard chips!

Unfortunately up there with the worst Chinese I’ve had, chips were like cardboard, prawn toast and chicken balls were dry and stale, all the meat was poor quality, only good thing was the flavour of the satay…

Food was cold. Pork balls, chips and noodles very dry. very small portions compared to other Chinese take aways Very disappointed after spending over £50 on the order. . Most of it ended up in the bin.

If I could give this restaurant a one star I would the food was horrible oh my god please nobody come eat in this restaurant terrible the king prawn wasn’t cooked properly the chicken also wasn’t cooked properly it was so bad that I came back to the store to ask for a refund which I got because of my reaction towards them I wouldn’t feed this to my dog

The food was lovely, but I ordered at 17:15 for a delivery time of 18:30. For it to be delivered at 19:15, after calling the restaurant. Think it had been forgotten and cooked again.

Very nice food but very late delivery

This was a terrible choice. We have eaten here a few times and enjoyed it, every time we do order however items are missing or just simply inedible. Tonight however I was very disappointed, we waited 2 hours for delivery even when noted it stated 40 mins delivery time, whilst this was very disappointing it was worse when we received the food stone cold. We requested a part refund and they simply stated “no!”. Poor quality, poor delivery, poor. Customer service.

Friendly staff, always on time, the tastiest Chinese food I have had

After ordering nearly £50 of delivery, I did not expect to have to wait over 2 hours for it to arrive, it was cold, soggy, poor quality and tasteless. Deeply disappointed and will not be ordering from your establishment again. Need to do better.

Considering it was Christmas Eve, we weren't expecting the food to be on time! The Fortune staff were great and the food was fab.

Requested 7:30 delivery but arrived at 5:50. With no communication of what is going on. Then received message5s closer to my requested delivery time saying there has been a delay and driver on the way even though food had already been delivered.

Did not receive the Crispy Chicken Roll (4) Needs to be refunded

Not ordered from here for a long while - food was good and delivery updates were also helpful. Delivery driver was very polite and apologised for being late - it’s Christmas and traffic is heavy on the final working day, so felt for her. Overall food was good, however would have preferred sweet&sour sauce to be less thick and the chicken balls to be more crispy…. Overall good food though

Says delivered but hasn’t been delivered !!!

My Mum's King Prawn Chop Suey didn't have enough prawns plus our seaweed was full of sugar. Usually Asian cuisine doesn't have sugar in seaweed apart from these two issues we had wonderful meal.

Food come on time and was still hot, I took a chance even after looking at the reviews and I'm glad I did the food was nice and very filling I may order from here again before I head back north

I working little bit for them and can trust me its a amazing kitchen, ofciurse not all is perfect but can you tell me where is :) everyone and me still searching for the perfect place with the higher quality and manniers... but specially for food. There you can try chinesee delicious and taste different dishes and local also, Only take a way and i hope if they growing to owner restaurant to be possible eat in with good atmosphere. I regular order from them and its still like a big family feel them like my family forever... Try it and you stop order from another place l. that will be favorite in your list

Can't complain about Fortune, always enjoyable (I either misordered chicken balls, or they ran out but battered chicken was lush)

10/10 always deliver food on time, food quality is always good. We have never had any issues with them. Shop owners are lovely as well

Noodles OK but chicken WEIRD their own invented recipe which DOESN'T work. I ordered Smoked Shredded Crispy Chicken so EVERYWHERE ELSE that I ordered same dish it was lovely crispy garlicky and theirs was FULL OF SUGAR in that pink WEIRD sauce that comes from powder in a packet completely NOT what I expected and it was NOT crispy it WAS SOGGY. WONT ORDER AGAIN SORRY sugar with onion carrots and soggy chicken DONT work

My food haven’t been delivered

Got a 90min delivery estimate but food arrived in 25 mins and it was delicious.

Firstly, lovely guy who delivered our food. Very friendly. Unfortunately the food was not up to its usual standard 😕. The chicken in the chicken chow mein was really dry and difficult to eat. The noodles were also quite dry too so we found the 2 portions for 2 people really hard going and left most of them. I paid for a bag of prawn crackers, which appeared to have gone up in price. The bag was a measly size and they were really stale. The free bag of prawn crackers only had about 7 crackers in and again very stale. We've had food from here before and it has been lovely but tonight when it cost so much more than previously, it was not money worth spending. Shame.

As always, food delicious & hot and on time or early. Highly recommended!
