Jade Garden in Aylesbury Vale

Me and my family have been visiting Jade Gardens since well before 2015, the staff for front of house has changed many times since but the customer service is constant and consistent - always kind and straight forward! Time prep for the food is reasonable given the amount of orders they go through on busy weekends and prices are justified for where they are located - an affluent neighbourhood compared to the rest of Aylesbury - those complaining about the prices are too blind to see this, as it's adjusted well in reason for the local area. The food has always been good, fresh and hot. Those falling ill based on other reviews might not have a diversified microbiome in their guts, not because of 'undercooked food' - similar to how you might react to an Indian takeout if you're the average Briton. Overall Jade Gardens is one of the best Chinese takeouts Aylesbury has to offer, I love it.

I definitely would not recommend. Used to be good but definitely declined and worse was ordered other day and go under cooked chicken . Now having sickness due to trying to eat some before I gave up and threw all yhe chicken away.can only think they are in a rush that they don't cook it properly. Red inside owner replied but I can't reply to them in here so I had chicken and pineapple.

Fantastic food, delivered in 30 mins...well within the quoted 55 mins, piping hot, i had s.sour prawn balls, mushroom fried rice and pancake rolls, min order £15 and £4 delivery is very realistic for me, paid cash on delivery...thanks, might be a regular pay day treat 👍👍

Dont know the area at all but went by recommendation and absolutely delicious. We had chicken satay skewers and sweet and sour chicken. Large pieces chicken, so fresh moist and tender, sauces were so tasty and plenty for two. Great price. Will definitely revisit.

I have been ill all weekend because of the food from this place. I am exhausted from it... This place should be shut down if they want to gamble with their customers health. Don't go unless you want to be sat on the toilet all weekend.

This place has given us food poisoning have had this twice with this Chinese now thought I’d give it another chance as it use to be a lovely Chinese but not anymore avoid , Pricey too

Credit where it's due. Lived in Aylesbury for years and always had a very average reputation. Went today as usual restaurant was closed. Absolutely superb. Will definitely go back

Delivered on time, food was excellent and still warm.

I can't tell you how the food is. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready for collection in 20 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later I'm still waiting. Update: I finally got my food 1 hour and 40 minutes after ordering. It was OK, but not good enough to change my one star rating. Perhaps it was seasoned too heavily with disappointment. I will never know because I won't be going back.

Stopped going here 6 years ago as went down hill have be going back over the last few months definitely back to decent quality again lovely good

Food is normally good but steer clear of ordering online. Takes too long to deliver and when you phone for an update they have no idea

Have been ordering from here for many years, and we have never had an issue. Always consistently good, always on time and friendly staff.

Raw chicken, greasy other dishes, good restaurant for constipation.

Just had a takeaway from here for the first time in ages. Food was great. Prawn balls were very crispy and delicious. Wrong dish delivered so dropped a star- but that was rectified quickly. Would definitely order again!

I have just had the worst takeaway ever. Cold, undercooked, (pork) dreadful rice overpriced and inedible, so I may as well have thrown my money in the bin along with the food.

Omg what a disgrace. Ordered a take away for delivery both me and children had the runs and was also sick straight after eating the meals. Not a pleasant experience and for the cost of meals not happy. Shall not be returning again. Shame as we used to like the place when we went years ago(before covid pandemic started) do not know if it is new owners or what but our health is not worth risking and when there is better take aways out there that care

After ordering online our meal arrived hot and within the time. Sadly it was missing the sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. I called and the lady said ok, we’ll give it you free next time !! When I requested that it be resent she said we’re too busy. It was only when I said I’d be reviewing it online did she say ok within 10 mins. It was nearly 50 minutes later I phoned to request a refund when she said it will be 5 minutes, it was 10 but by that time the rest of the meal was ruined. We won’t be ordering again, we took this under recommendation from a friend but sadly can’t do the same.

I know it’s NYE, I know it was going to be busy but we ordered online, was told to arrive in 15 minutes. As it was early I just assumed we’d beaten the queue! How wrong were we!! My mum arrived to collect 20+ minutes after to be told it hadn’t even been started. My mum has now been waiting 1 hour 45 mins. If it’s that busy turn your online ordering OFF, the environment is now quite hostile as lots of people are in the same situation! UPDATE: after 2 hours of waiting and our food still not ready we asked for a refund! So 2hrs waiting and no food to eat. 2020 do one!!

Always found it expensive and food is ok but not great

Prompt delivery. Always good quality and piping hot. Even better now they deliver. I dont know if just during pandemic, hopefully its ongoing.

Friendly little chinese take away in the centre of Bedgrove

The quality has very quickly declined over the past year. We have been regular customers of this Chinese takeaway for the past ten years and they were always thought to be the best on the edge of Aylesbury. Sadly now with new staff, that is no longer the case. Our meal yesterday was not at all good and like many others will now go elsewhere.

First time to jade gardens and I wasn't impressed by the size of the portions for the price and quality wasn't so good greasy noodles ?? Side dishes are not included with the meals , usual takeaways include chips or boiled rice ,here it is at a premium.Personnaly I won't be spending my money here searcagain.The for a good Chinese takeaway in Aylesbury continues.

This has been a favourite for years. Sadly, recent changes have seen the standard drop sharply. Very disappointing, bland food, with odd texture. Struggling to find anywhere as good as Jade Garden used to be!

APPALLING - AVOID - Has always been great as have been regular customer for many years but tonights meal was completely different This food was very different quality, taste and quantity. No more foil containers but small plastic ones with 1/2 food size & food order was incorrect - as a vegetarian - chicken dish was not useful What was worse, when asked if change of owner - the first answer was no, they were on holiday for 3 months and then second answer was maybe for longer- could not even be honest. Quality of ingredients definitely changed as had allergic reaction within 1 hour of eating. Will never go back and advise all to avoid
