Nipped in to graphics some lunch. Had a vast variety of hot and cold food. And the sandwich fillings were very creative- not just ham and cheese etc. Tastes good too, which is always a plus

Decked out like a cottage tea room inside, eclectic tables and chairs. Interesting menu; ranging from Xmas fest to pie & chips. Lovely, cheerful ladies behind the counter made it like having breakfast at home with Auntie Jayne and cousin Susan. Good wholesome food and value for money.

Called in at 13:30 for a ham salad for dinner although it was very busy at that time I didn't have to wait long at all the lady on the till did a super job and had everything sorted, makes a change to go somewhere where they know what they are doing 👍

Great Bakery quality food and good on price

. Sat from 7:30 to 8 waiting for them to open (they supposedly opened at 7:30) 5 other people came and left disappointed while I was waiting. They still didn’t open at 8.

I called in this bakery to discuss if they could organise some blue and pink cupcakes for a baby reveal party , the lady that served me in the chesterfield shop was amazing she noted the colour and a specific blue I needed and the cost was brilliant value for money collected the following week and they were just perfect!!! Thank you and will be back to order the baby shower cupcakes. This shop is amazing 🤩 thanks

Great service, friendly staff and fantastic selection of sweet treats and snacks as well as full meals. Brilliant if you are stopping for a while with there seating/cafe area or on the go.

Delicious freshly made pastries, desserts and the associated café does good work too.

Feeling ill i called in for a drink and something sweet. The ladies there where really helpful, let me sit and eat a cake until i began to feel better. I then had a lovely breakfast. Thank you all i will certainly be visiting again

Bread is super fresh and v well priced. Around the corner from Tesco's in clay cross whose bread in my opinion is poor. Avoid! Great selection of cakes and hot food in the cafe. Family business. I love it.

Clean. Tidy. Polite helpful staff. The food is delicious. Id say they have more selection than your normal cob shop. Alittle bit more exspencive that the other local shops but you can tell the quality of the produce is better. Well worth going.

Always wanted to see what the cafe had to offer very nice place wide range to offer to eat in or takeaway prices are very good staff extremely polite and helpfull and I will definitely go again recommend u try it

Phil and his team have provided a fantastic service throughout the pandemic, supplying the usual high quality products that we all love. The fact that they are a proper family business just makes the difference when compared to shopping with the big corporations as the service they offer is very personalised. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a cake for my grandaughter 13th birthday and it was as good to eat as it was to look at, Then a week later it was my birthday and my husband surprised me with a birthday cake, It was a red velvet sponge with butter cream Covered in white icing, wow wow and wow Delicious, good enough for any occasion, Well Done, the standard is high, been having cakes a couple of years now and will continue

Really fresh produce. The uncut bread is what l prefer, as l like nice thick bread to toast. Their drizzle cake and pork and tomato rolls are gorgeous.

Every time I place a sandwich order there is aways something missing, not good service at all. Won't be buying from them again

Not technically a 'visit' during lockdown - but certainly an 'encounter' most worthy of comment. I live 75 miles away and wanted a 'cheer up' present for a cousin near Clay Cross. My order was taken by Emma Jane over the 'phone in a most friendly and courteous manner giving me plenty of options on choice of contents and advising me of how / when the delivery would happen. The delivery happened as advised and the recipient is over the moon with the quality. And all for a tenner - less than a bunch of flowers. Frankly, I don't know how they do it at these prices. Hats off to you all - and thank you. You've made my cousin - and me - very happy during a hard time. Stay safe - stay well.

Shop was fantastic with lots of choice. Couldn't get flour in any of the local shops during COVID lockdown, but the shop rang through to the bakery, who came out with flour and a smiling face. Found them very friendly and accommodating.

I had a pasty & a pork pie from here. I'm sorry to say it was so dry and bland I couldn't eat them.

ordered a birthday cake short notice due to a let down for a 21st birthday, the lady we saw was lovely and helpful, when we collected the cake WOW it looked amazing, it was bigger and heavier than we thought it would be and tasted as good as it looked, amazing value compared to other cakes we have had we were delighted and will now get our cakes from here, the tea rooms were welcoming and the staff friendly when we went to collect the cake, people were eating and giving positive comments

Came in to the shop this morning to collect a birthday cake and while waiting I ordered a turkey and stuffing roll and watching the young girl making some sandwiches or salads at the back she had disposable blue gloves in which she prepared food and then served a customer took the money from the customer still wearing the same gloves and used the till and then gave the change back to the customer still with the same pair of gloves and then went back preparing food agin still with the same gloves she never removed the gloves also none of the staff was wearing any hats or hair nets which all the girls behind the counter all had long hair although it was tied back hair still falls out without hats or hair nets I will not return to this shop . It used to be a very lovely shop when jacksons had it looks as if it changed hands and the standards have dropped dramatically .

Liz provided the cakes for our wedding much to the delight of our guests (the dessert ta le was VERY popular). The cakes looks amazing, tasted even better and were incredible value. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Very expensive for very average food, £4.40 for an apparently large hot roast pork sandwich, wasnt much meat on it, slightly disappointing as been recommended by a friend to try here

Called in here just as they were due to close but served as if they'd just opened. The food is outstanding... try the Huntsman's pie! All fairly priced. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

My husband called at 11.15 for 2 breakfast cobs this morning and was told they had turned everything off as it was “too hot”. Granted it is very warm but you don’t hear restaurants or chippys not serving hot food because it’s “too warm”. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Staff are nice and friendly, but the pork pies have a strange taste like they are on the verge of going off.. I guess you can't certify the sell by date on this product..

Well we went for a quick breakfast. Quick it wasn't but freshly cooked and great quality ingredients meant it was worth waiting for. Nothing was too much trouble: I had extra bacon rather than sausages and scrambled egg instead of fried. The black pudding was really good quality. Toast? Thick and fresh of course! Coffee was good too. Service was efficient, at least two members if staff were smiling and welcoming. Certainly value and quality for the money, clean but no frills.

As always great food great choice at low prices. Always my Cafe of choice when in the area! Eat in or take away and always worth leaving room or desert.

Only last year did I think this place was a good cafe but now not so much, If they get your order right then thats a descent start, however there are times when its wrong. The dinners was good and value for money now you seem to get only a portion of what it was before, there has been the odd time I have been in and the jacket potato has been on the verge of been raw, the more portions of something you order the skimpier the portions get. when issues are raised with them the attitude of the staff is bad, you would wish you had never mentioned it. Although the staff are usually nice and helpful any other time. The cakes seem to be tainted with the smell of burning bacon or some fatty smell, not sure if this is from the cafe or the bakery.

This cafe is really part of the main bakery/factory. Furniture is basically the same sort of aluminium you would use outside, so functional but not fancy. This sums up the service and food. Menu rests on the usual range of breakfast items during the morning, then a roast (pork) when we were there. Warmed peppered steak pasties were our choice, Service is slow because of the many pre-orders that are being dealt with by the staff. Cakes, pies and bread can be bought for takeaway at the small counter. Not cheap. Not dear. Not special.
