Food was generally very nice - fresh and well cooked.

As we are regular customers of Jenerics we feel that they deserve a 5* review. The quality of the ingredients, the choice of dishes available, the portion sizes, the service you receive and value of money is the reason they are the best Chinese takeaway in the area and keep is coming back. This has been our number 1 for a few years now and we recommend it to anyone who likes a decent and tasty meal that will not dissapoint.

First time having a takeaway from this Chinese and it was great. Excellent quality food with plenty of meat and veg in the dishes. There are many Chineses in the Northwich area and this one is certainly one of the best

We always collect as delivery not been reliable in past. Always good food. Find it very annoying that card machine is always out of order. Just say ‘we don’t take card’ and be done with it. We’ll always use them as we live around the corner but I’ve seen the annoyance it’s causing on fb comments and think it’s time to be up front before losing too much business.

One of the nicest takeaways in a while Very fresh Speedy And loads of food for the price I even rung to tell them how nice it was.

By far the best Chinese takeout around, there is loads to choose from, it is great value price wise and the food is always spot on even when it’s busy. Staff are also very friendly and helpful, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I never leave bad reviews but, chips were grim, rice was grim with sweet corn and peas in??? Curry sauce was watery and chicken was too salty. Please stay away.

The staff consistently maintains a courteous demeanor and readily accommodates specific requests or dietary preferences. I highly recommend trying the Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings, as well as the Chaomian or Egg Fried Rice. --- The below review posted in Feb 2023 --- I found their food tasty and reasonably priced, especially Noodle Asia box, salt paper chicken, and salt paper chips. And their price is quite reasonable. No doubt 5 stars Definitely will come again, will pick something else, and will have rice with the meal next time.

Cheap as chips Chinese but the salt and pepper chips was about a week old

Very poor tonight I’m afraid asked for no garlic in main dish and it was full of it. The fried platter was rubbery and apart from ribs and spring rolls not eaten. We’ve always recommended it but we will be looking for a new Chinese take away sorry

Waited over one and a half hours for delivery which was not a big order and even though we live only two miles from Weaverham was still going to add £2 to the bill. We phoned at the one and a half hour mark and cancelled but staff said very rudely that we still needed to eat. They delivered at one hour an forty minutes and we turned it away. It was 9 40 at night by then. Feeling sorry for whoever orders early tomorrow as you'll get ours and it will be truly awful - we have also had that experience of ordering early with Jenerics. There are other good Chinese deliveries in the Northwich area thankfully.

Been having for years always been happy with the food and service, nice to see the food being made pretty much in front of you. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and great vegetarian options.

We had a takeaway on Friday night and we both got serve food poisoning that put my partner in hospital with serve food poisoning I would recommend not getting a takeaway from this restaurant as will make you Ill

No complaints, but nobody gets 5 stars otherwise there is no incentive to improve, and we all can improve

If you want delivery order it the night before as it takes that long especially on a Saturday but also when you order it complain straight away as you will never get through again to complain as phones lines constantly jammed , seriously need to think if there going to be delivery or collection only , foods average for the wait

Started with a great experience on the phone order, polite, efficient and friendly. Food arrived and was hot, fresh and very tasteful. We had 3 adults meals, all different and all said it was the best Chinese we had had in a while. We'll be back!!!!.

Wouldn't have give them one star. Food ddnt arrive Even though I called 3 times and was told it was on the road. Happened last year and left them alone for 6 months. Won't give it another chance. Looks like Kingsmead will get my business from now on.

Ordered this evening food was delivered was all hot, but extremely tasteless, every bit of food tasted the same, we Ordered the set meal for 3 Also the soup contained no chicken and again tasted of nothing, Extremely disappointing when you wait an hour and it come's like that, wasn't the takeaway treat we had hoped for.

Very disappointed. Ordered a delivery, 1hr and 30min wait but that was fair enough, when it got here though it was all dry. Chewy. Half of it was cold. Prawn toast was soggy. Noodles were dry. Very poor standard of food. And it was a £40 order aswell feel robbed.

Food is amazing but there is always a long wait to be served. Some of this is due to covid restrictions but waiting for almost an hour for a chicken chow mein and sweet and sour is just too long. Will go back because the food is so good, but will definitely phone ahead and order.

Updated review, Back to it's best again tonight after speaking to the girl who answered and mentioning about last two orders. Best Chinese we know of when it's like this. 👌 Been a customer for years and loved the food but the last two times the salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper chips has had no salt and peppers, no garlic and instead has a strong chilli taste on the chips. Shame as I mentioned this before ordering tonight. Not sure if trying to save money or trying new ingredients but it isn't the same.

Our first ever order from this takeaway, food is top notch, freshly made, and generous servings. We waited a Ted too long, 40 mins when we were told 15 mins this is ok if I was collecting it from home but we were waiting outside the shop! If it’s going to be 40 mins just say 40 mins I’ve no issue with that. Well the food was worth the wait in the end, but let’s see how it bears up over a Linder period, I will reserve overall judgment until I’ve tried them a number of times. So far so good.

Fresh food and good quality dont get me wrong but I have been waiting 2 hours to find out it is still in store. We just found this place to be our favourite, we are so disappointed in there service

My partner are regular customers usually having one takeaway per week, always look forward to a Friday / weekend for our Chinese.

Very tasty Malaysian chicken curry. Icon noodle dish with chicken was a little dry but tasty.

Good food, staff are well organised, food is always fast and usually really good. Occasionally mess us on the order but this is rare.

Not the best. Been several times before and normally enjoy the noodles. This time the salt and pepper ribs felt like they had slipped with the salt. The noodles tasted slightly burnt and had zero veg in it. Not what I ordered. Very disappointed. Will stick with Jade Budha from now on which is always excellent

I asked young girl if they would put chilli and garlic in my rib dish.. Her reply was an abrupt NO she never even asked her boss or the chefs. Guess what I'm not going back.. Simple enough request..

Our local. The noodle boxes are great!( so is the rest lol). Pity they have moved from waxed paper boxes to plastic.

The best Chinese takeaway in miles.....

1 star is extremely generous, we called tonight at half past 7 to place a £40 order and they said they were too busy to deliver, needless to say that we will not be phoning ever again. We will take our custom elsewhere and I put their menu in the fire.

First visit tonight after being recommended. Would highly recommend. We had the rib platter and starter platter, Beef fried rice, Curry sauce and chips. Food was NOT greasy, really tasty and not heavy. I have struggled to find a good, let alone great Chinese and this place has impressed. Looking.forward to trying the pizza share box with a mix of foods as only available Sunday to Thursday.

Best Chinese takeaway around Northwich

Have ordered food here a couple of times previously both times food was delicious, this time however was very unimpressed with the mixed starter from the set menu “A” it felt like they had given us last nights leftovers. Might have been our fault for ordering first thing on a Sunday afternoon!!

The worst food I've ever refused to eat.

I had chicken and mushrooms with fried rice and it was ready when they said it would and delicious.

My first ever order on 20th October 2018, really tasty, delivered quickly, not quite restaurant standard but 5 out of 5 takeaway grub. Lovely.

Terrible service! Told on order it would be at least an hour delive, said that was not a problem as we were on our way home.were waiting over an hour and then when rang was confronted by a very rude woman who then conversed with another person to say I was begin rude even though not being rude! I ended the call as there was no point talking as i was not listen to!!! It’s such a shame as we have used this device so many times before but no more! customer service needs looking at ☹️

Fast service , fast delivery always within the hour, cheap and great tasting food

Jake Bradley is probably the worst worker I’ve ever come across. Everytime we have rang up to order and he has answered it has been wrong. When challenged on this he argues that he was in the right even when he reads back our order correct and then the wrong thing is delivered. Wont be ordering from there again as long as Jake Bradley is working there and I will be making sure to advise other people not to eat there.

looking for a Chinese as a spare should our fav be closed we came across this one....it is now our fav...amazing...big portions, great taste we love it.
