Absolutely awsome fish and chips. Portions are Absolutely huge large cod large chips is enough for two people. Chips crisp with fluffy inside. Batter on fish was crisp and light beautiful soft fresh fish. I had large huss again enough for two people. Mushy peas we're good and the curry sauce was awsome. Definitely be returning 10 out of 10. Staff very friendly and courteous. All cooked fresh in front of you, probably took 15 minutes.

Very lovely fish and chips, the best in Brighton and everyone loves them. Trust pilot scores can never be trusted that why their review platform is dying. Lovely good here though, so recommend to everyone

good chips, bit greasy but its chips so idk what else u can expect ..? biggg portions. tasty. quite good value too icl.

Was really looking forward to some fish and chips after work today - ordered Huss and chips and my partner got chips and onion rings. We only had a 5 minute drive home and the chips were all soggy and squished into a blob by the time we got home. The Huss had a really strong fishy smell and I’ve had to throw it away as it smells off. Really disappointed.

10 minutes waiting outside to take my order is a regular occasion, have walked away twice before due to the employees hiding round the back making tea, chips are hit and miss sometimes good but mostly undercooked and coved in grease, everytime i get a battered sausage its raw meat with raw batter dripping with grease disgusting! Wont be going back place has gone downhill since the chinese ownersleft!

Just had a great cod and chips! I placed my order by phone and my meal was ready to collect 15 minutes later. Generous portions and lovely golden chips. Highly recommend. We ordered small portions but there was plenty of chips and the fish was easily enough for two adults to feel stuffed!!

I am a vegetarian, no mushy pea fritters every time I visit. Also, put two large savaloys on my chips assuming I eat meat, there should always be an option for having meat out on vegetarian items. The man didn’t change the chips he just took the meat off instead after I asked. Portions sizes are small.

Nice fish with really crisp batter, great chips, much peas, pickled eggs and all. Friendly staff who know how to run a chippy!

I regularly use this fish and chip shop. Staff are always friendly and the chips aren't soggy. A great little place.

This a regular local fish bar. Standard chip shop menu. Decent value. Decent food. Average doesn'y mean that it is bad!
