Itsu in City of London, Westminster

¡Cero estrellas para esta rama! ¡Atroz servicio! Ordenado a las 6. 30 pm a través de JustEat, el lugar está a 10 minutos a pie de donde vivimos, pero no pude ir en persona con los niños. Pedimos 3 cajas pequeñas de sushi. El tiempo de entrega siguió cambiando de 5 a 8 minutos, cada 5 minutos. Después de 1. 5 horas (! ) de espera Intenté llamar, mis llamadas fueron rechazadas y se cerraron a las 8 pm con un mensaje aún pendiente «conductor en restaurante». Si por lo menos han cancelado para que pudiera ordenar en otro lugar, pero me mantuvieron colgado de 6. 30 pm hasta las 8 pm! Vilento.

We went to Itsu in Victoria for lunch. First off, there was nobody at the counter. No staff to be seen.....they certainly weren't cleaning tables! When the staff member came to the till, our order was taken as we were told, 'stay there it's coming'. A few seconds later, our rice pots were brought out. Cold, hard, rubbery awful. We asked for the toilet code and got, 'it's not working' in a 'couldn't care less' manner. The tables were filthy, the floor was filthy, the whole place did not look cared for. I ate a few mouthfuls before binning it and leaving.

Pour une grande famille il y a de la place. Il manque des salades ou des plats sans riz, quand on est allergique à quelque chose ce n'est pas évident. Les sushi sont bons mais sans plus.

No es la mejor calidad del restaurante de sushi de comida callejera. . . Probé mucho y nunca disfruté de un sushi frío fresco y de buen gusto. . Quizás algo caliente es mejor pero nunca lo intentaste. . .

Buena opción si quieres algo rápido, fresco y económico Buena calidad de la fruta. También tiene opción de platos calientes

Un buen lugar para tomar un bocado rápido y saludable, aunque un poco caro para mí, ¡todavía lo recomendaría!

Lovely place to stop for a quick bite, or even a bit of food to take back to your hotel after a day of walking in London. A lot of options, including vegetarian. Prices are very reasonable!

Easy and enjoyable food. Have eaten here and other Itsu resteraunts around London. The food is good and very tastie for all ages.

I do not like this food chain. I do not like the smell when passing or the food when going in - only went twice- the second time because I had to.

Very poor quantity of chick for the second time as it was a take away I guess...noodles wasn't great neither...wiiillll give up on itsu...or if I go ask them to serve the right portion and check it ...what will be ridiculous...as it quite expensive for the poor quantity and quality:((

Visitei esse restaurante para um “lanche” rápido. Atende muito bem. Gostei da sopa (katsu = bem apimentada), o arroz com frango teriyaki também é muito bom, mas nada se compara ao gyoza (bem quentinho, uma delícia).

Not the best... Not that tasty and fresh sushi food but affordable and a good solution if you are close

Run by this place by accident and really enjoyed it! The prices are great, the food seems healthy and very nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this place if you're just walking around Westminster.

A volte ti assalgono degli improvvisi desideri di un cibo particolare. Di passaggio per Victoria Street ecco il desiderio di ravioli giapponesi e, come per serendipty, ecco un locale dove provarli. 8 Ravioli di gamberi molto buoni...e, per per condicio, 8 ravioli di maiale e mela, decisamente intriganti. Comunicavano anche il livello calorico dei piatti...non ho voluto prenderne conoscenza :)

Veldig god og sunn mat som leveres meget raskt. Anbefales om du vil ha et raskt måltid. Kan være litt sterkt for noen.

easy place to grab a quick snack or small meal. clean and friendly Its a chain through london but this one was quite nice

Tasty Japanese/Asian fusion food at affordable prices. It's not fine dining but for a quick and delicious meal it can't be beat. I loved it.

I will generally go for healthy food and Itsu had a variety of foods to pick from. It was quick and easy and very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant as they are all over London. I can't wait til they come to the...
