Black Leaf Shisha Lounge in City of London, Westminster

I strongly advise to avoid this place...the staff are incompetent. No card payment facility. The ATM didn’t dispense correct cash. The drinks are awful and the food is terrible at best ! Carlton Lounge is much better for Shesha and food and is in a much better setting, this place is more of a make-shift smokers den at the back of your garden...

Whether its for a small social gathering or birthday this is the place for it. Really enjoyed it. Will definitely go again.

Booked a table with my friends and they sorted us out with the best seating! They accommodated for 30 people on short notice, we had 1 shisha between 2 people people the flavours were all recommendations we were very happy with the shishas the service on coal was impeccable! We also ordered food which was delicious would highly recommend the Mix Grill, some off us had food allergies and they catered for everyone which really helps which coming out in big groups! The management were very nice and kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything! Best venue out there, will definitely be going back with friends and group events.

Fui a Black Leaf por primera vez el viernes por la noche y ¡me encantó! La comida y los cócteles eran muy sabrosos. Estaba asombrado de la increíble exhibición de shisha. . . Tuve la cabeza de fruta Shisha en el sabor de hierro bru?! ¡Este es un lugar perfecto para la noche o con un grupo de amigos! Gracias por la increíble hospitalidad! ! ¡Definitivamente regresaré pronto!

Soy un cliente frecuente aquí y me encanta. Cada vez que vengo aquí, el personal es muy amable y ofrece un excelente servicio. La música es en vivo, los fines de semana tienen un gran entretenimiento y la Shisha es realmente buena. Un buen lugar para relajarse, se lo recomendaría a todos.Ema:)

Asistí al negro Hoja de salón con mis amigos para una comida rápida para cenar y nos gustó mucho la comida. Todos los productos a la parrilla (fuente mixta, alas, y pollo sheesh) había una opción para elegir patatas fritas o arroz con el lado. Ojalá el arroz hubiera sido algo un poco más sabrosa en vez de blancas arroz para acompañar el pollo, sin embargo, la carne era buena y sabía encantador. La comida es halal y el servicio era genial. Nuestro camarero era muy atento y llegó muy rápido. El restaurante está actualmente en renovación, así que cenamos en el salón y luego fuimos al jardín para disfrutar de cócteles sin alcohol.

Muy buen servicio, bebidas y aperitivos son buenas. Este es un gran lugar para relajarse con decentes de cachimbas. La hospitalidad es de primera y te hacen sentir parte de una familia! Un sitio fijo para mí y mis amigos en una noche de viernes.

Visited Blackleaf to catch up with the girls. Really affordable place! This place has friendly staff whom cater to your needs. Not a big fan of shisha but the staff helped choose me a flavour claiming i will love it, and i did end up enjoying the shisha. The food itself was very delicious and waiting time for food wasnt as long as expected. quick and excellent service. The place looks different to previous pictures I have seen meaning it has refurbished. Atmosphere was great, belly dancer to entertain us and nice music to sing and dance along too. Parking facilities are great too. Would be coming back here soon!

After trying to find a decent shisha lounge, I finally came across this place! The actual place is really nicely done looks so classy to elegant! Went there for the first time the staff where so helpful. They sat us down straight away and gave us a good guid through the shisha and food menu which was a huge menu offering such a wide range of stuff which is very impressive. Have never come across such helpful staff like this in a shisha lounge! Once we had ordered our shisha it came over quite fast which I was surprised as the lounge was getting more and more busier! Even though it was getting quite busy the service still remained good! Will be returning back here more often! Recommend it if your looking for a nice chilled out good quality shisha lounge!

Place was dirty, unfinished and empty. The plates on the tables were dirty and it was cold in there. The food was ok but very small portions. Staff did not care that tables were dusty. They had no attention to detail like serving the food without any cutlery. At the end they charged £1.50 for paying with card which was nowhere advised when ordering. Very disappointed! Don't go there!

El lugar no tiene atmósfera, éramos los únicos cenas en lo que parecía un restaurante que estaba de reformas. La comida era normal! La comida comprada no era como por su pedido como consecuencia recibimos nuestra comida en diferentes ocasiones mientras que compraron el orden correcto. Pedimos unos que eran congelados samosas de cordero del medio, como consecuencia de la mayoría de los miembros de mi grupo tenía una intoxicación alimentaria tras la comida. Definitivamente no sería volver a este restaurante ni se lo recomendaría a nadie. Aléjate!!

The shisha is generally ok (the blue mist is spot on!)

really horrible. shisha was a ok smoke. staff are nice. but cold and looks super tacky. pricey as eff.

Customer service was very poor going on to rude. Messed up one of our shisha told them tried fixing it 4 times at this point we got fed up as it had been 40min or so, so we decided to leave came to pay the bill and they wanted to charge us for the whole thing including the shisha that was messed up, even when we asked for them to remove the item which we couldn't have the management got to the point of rudeness, we ended paying half price for the shisha we could not even have...........AVOID NEVER AGAIN
