Itsu in Hammersmith and Fulham

It's now cashless whilst staff stand around looking vacant with nothing to do, customers, usually the young don't always have cards so their target audience is reducing daily, so now those in the know, come along at closing time when it's all half price, fill their bags, and I mean fill... and they get the bargains with their cards. With their profit margins being eroded with this stupidity, because there is a recession going on, how long will this store last ?

He comido en las sucursales de Itsu muchas veces y sigo regresando porque tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio, el menú es bastante extenso, hay muchas opciones vegetarianas / veganas y todo es realmente saludable + bastante bajo en calorías. . Quiero amarlo, PERO hay algo extraño en el sabor de todo lo que he tenido. Es suave pero está allí, no puedo precisarlo y me impide disfrutar plenamente de la comida. ¡Cada vez! La gyoza, el sushi, las sopas de fideos. . . debe ser un ingrediente que no me gusta. Pero creo que me doy por vencido con ellos ahora y voy por su primo superior: Wasabi, donde todo está delicioso. Pero todo esto puede estar en mi mente, así que te recomiendo que pruebes Itsu y, muy probablemente, te gustará.

Sí, soy un cliente habitual en esta sucursal cuando voy de compras por mi cuenta. La comida siempre es ligera y nunca me deja hinchada. Lo prefiero mucho a los lugares de Five Guys / Burger King, ya que me encanta la comida asiática / fusión:)

Visited earlier this year and debated leaving a review. Decided I need to as we don't want others as disappointed as us. Hot food was barely warm. My son ordered an item that was on one of the billboards- it was nothing like it. It was not a welcoming place- and my complaint was not well received by the staff. Will never eat here again, and my family & I have been put off their cafes now. Shame as we like their snack products we can buy in supermarkets. Tip to management: Customers sometimes have a point - ensure your staff treat them respectfully.

The food here is up to the usual ITSU standard so very good. However the tables were a bit sticky and dirty so not so good in that respect.

Tried today while shopping. This is basically a type of cafe selling ready meals/sushi. Different types, different combinations and so on to choose from, since everything is ready and packed allready, you are ready to go. With enough sitting space and USB places for charing the phones and stuff. The center has it’s own free charging lockers, but here you can charge and eat at the same time and stil have you phone in front of you. Very reasonable compared to what we pay for the same amount of sushi in Oslo. And drinks were very cheap too. Would go buy drinks here if I only needed a bottle of water og a coke. Yea I would go back :) but this is no sushi restaurant of course!
