Good place for sushi and other japanese food. Top quality at reasonable prices. Love that they reduce everything half price for 30 minutes before closing.

Olga was so helpful. I was struggling to choose from the many vegan options and she was so helpful and friendly. The food was very fresh and extremely tasty. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Nice booths. Most of all the staff were very polite and customer focused.

I just had a delightful lunch at Itsu in Kingston - it’s a perfect spot for a quick bite. The setup is super efficient: grab what you like from the fridge, order hot dishes on the screen, pay, and you’re all set. It’s a popular place, so finding a seat can be a bit of a scramble around lunchtime, and you might end up sharing a table. But it’s worth it for their awesome sushi deals. Great for a speedy yet satisfying meal!

Tasty Japanese inspired food in casual setting. Menu has evolved and has better options. Can be busy on weekends here. Food served was lukewarm but tasty.

Well the food is as usual but it is a very nice and friendly branch, nice place to sit even for an early dinner weekdays.

Went in for lunch time and was served by a extremely rude member of staff that was rushing my with my order and then muttering under her breath. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere where the staff have basic manners.

Itsu is my comfort food place, the interior is so beautiful and the food is really good. Reasonable prices too, I would recommend the chicken noodle soup and the chicken gyoza.

Expensive take away sushi - half price at closing

The layout and options on menu is as expected, however one visit to the WC destroyed my appetite. A staff just came out with a smile, then I found out both the stall and sink are flooded….

I was served with Jessica in Kingston branch. She was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the food but more than that i loved the way she treated me. She clearly cares about her job and her customers. I will definitely go back there again.

I don’t visit as often as I used to, but I think the gyoza is the most delicious.

Hadn’t been to these parts for a while, and found this to be a great addition to Kingston high street. Can’t argue with the food, and I enjoyed the duck steam buns especially. Service was slow and confused, and queue I was in was building up, needs improvement.

We were served by a beautiful young lady called Bethany. She was very kind and fast. Lots of eye contact. Very friendly. A real asset to any company. Thank you Bethany !

teriyaki chicken bowl was small and disgusting. all the sauce and vegetables were mixed up with the rice. I expected it to be separately stacked like the picture on the menu.

The food at Itsu is always excellent well prepared The staff are polite and friendly and are keen to give you that first class experience.

Went for a lunch whilst shopping - busy, but well managed store, with helpful staff. Food was freshly prepared and very good. A limited range of choices, but we all found what we wanted and enjoyed it.

Great takeaway/delivery/dine in option. Kingston has many great dining options, Itsu is one of them. I loved their Chicken Gyoza very much with lovely sauce.. will try other items soon

The chicken kastus alright, but not great.

Itsu is the most popular Sushi shop where you can have cheap Sushi and delicious sushi. They have sushi for vegetarians too. Awsome!!!

I ordered the food from Kingston Itus by deliveroo. But they miss 4 dishes (3 no meat Monday, 1 combo set). Deliveroo or Itus did not refund me. It was horrible. So be careful if you want to order from here by deliveroo.

So nice to see businesses open again. Itsu is in the centre of Kingston. There is a good selection of Sushi and various other foods. Self service, plenty of seating and some seating outside. I am glad that l have come across this place as l don't always want a heavy meal. I imagine it can get busy, but l enjoyed my experience of eating here.

Itsu isn't high end sushi. But it is really good for a quick bite to eat. Fresh enough to hit the spot

Tasty food, with a mixture of vegetables, rice and salmon. There are a variety of drinks, such as soups and teas. The staff are very helpful and the seating areas are kept clean.

The shusi was not fresh it was overpriced

This restaurant was a decent place to dine and the interior of the place was simple but stylish. The food itself was delectable however the vegetable sushi contained a strange pink vegetable that I thought was beetroot which I didn't enjoy at all. Overall this place is adequate and I recommend you to go there.

3 stars just because of that rude manager/supervisor. Disrespectful and bad communication. If someone has a bad day or can't work in busy area please leave your position. Somebody is waiting for it!!

Today I had a terrible costumer service experience with the rude and disrespectful staff. I paid for my meal- the server did not ask if I’d like to eat in or out so i assumed i was paying to eat in- and went and sat to eat my meal. My friend then bought hers from a different sever and that server was very rude and impatient with her. Once sat down the server came over immediately and told us to leave because we didn’t pay to eat in even though we were not given an option to. We were not given an option to pay the extra 50p and were kicked out into the rain. It was a really unpleasant experience and ruined my day and my perception of itsu. Really unhappy.

Really nice sushi, but the udon is not udon, it is just flat noodles. Also, you can get a nicer one elsewhere while saving money

Very good food. Great miso soup. Good options for vegan. Had a lovely dish with tofu, rice and many vegetables inc edamame.

I celebrated my graduation this evening in this delicious restaurant. Well we had a sensational evening and the venue was surely the reason for this outstanding evening. The crew participated in a graceful manner, the meals were tasty and my friends were so delighted. We shall definitely return for more events. Thank you very much.

I have such a bad moment today In the afternoon in this restaurant. They serve me the chicken curry soup completely dray. I asked for more sauce and the person who attended me was rude and unhelpful. In the end, she asks the cook in the back to add more sauce but I ended up eating a weir risotto instead of soup. Definitely a non-go place.

Today's experience was poor - be warned! My family and I stopped in for lunch. We selected our food and queued to pay. The restaurant was busy. We spotted an empty table and I told my two children to sit at it while I paid. The cashier asked if I wanted to take away or eat in. I replied, "eat in" at which point she asked if I had a table. I pointed to my children and said that we had just sat there. She said, "good" and charged me for the food, reminding me that I should also scan the QR code at the table for NHS tracing purposes. As I made my way to the table I was met by my kids who told me they had been asked to leave the table by another member of staff so a different family could sit there. I queried this and was told I should have reserved the table before paying. We then had to stand in the middle of the restaurant waiting for another table to come free, while our food got cold. I know we all have to make an effort during this pandemic, but this was very disappointing. Sushi was also a bit dry.

Good to eat sushi as fast food. You can choose from the fridges the menu and enjoy it in the same place, where you have a big area to sit and eat or you just can take away.

I like this spot! They offer superb food, they have a rich menu, The chief cook in that restaurant is well trained, I like a lot trying all their dishes. The food is consistently good, the service towards the customers is friendly. I often go to this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.

The food is good but 20p for teriyaki sauce is a rip off when you used to have the sauce free on the table. It's the principal.

We came to this place for dinner. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we felt very good. The meal was yummy. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.

Never going back, at the counter one of the workers was extremely rude with a terrible attitude, I've order some chicken noodle soup and some sushi, the person taking my order just kept on mentioning that I didnt order any soup, that I dont even know what I've ordered. He order for me the soup after he made a scene in front of everyone, I paid when I looked at the receipt he charged me twice, in the first receipt for the chicken soup. Never going back, pay attention to your receipt, never been treated little that, he really made me feel so little and ruined my week with his attitude.

I spilled water on my table and without even asking any questions the staff came and cleared everything away, refusing any help I tried offering. This is the amazing service with makes itsu one of my favourite fast food restaurants!!
