Do not touch this restaurant I order lamb shish and Donner kebab combinations but they just send me Donner kebab. I wasn't happy I called the restaurant they were rude and uncooperative when I spoke to them.

They send me wrong order I bought lamb shish combi with Donner kebab but they delivered Donner kebab only not lamb shish I wasn't happy with my order

Got a chicken Shish and Mixed Shish. Was hot on delivery and very tasty! Loads of salad. Very generous portions of meet too! Lovely will be returning!

This was my first time ordering from the Istanbul crew, and I am very happy with the experience, The food was hot, plenty of it, and it was delivered in good time; the driver/delivery chap was super polite, chatty, pleasant, really nice guy.

usually the lamb doner from here is delicious. This order wasn't at all nice, didn't smell or taste like lamb doner, tasted like nondescript meat and too much white pepper. hopefully just a one off

Meat quality was great, but would’ve liked more salad and prefer to have the pita separately so I can ‘build it’s myself, but good quality and delivered on time.

The food was good, but the hospitality was lacking. They didn't provide us with any cutlery, tissues or salt and pepper.

I can see why some recent reviews are bad because food indeed was not like what is described in reviews from an year or more ago. It is cheap and food may not be as fresh and tasty but I'd eat here if in town and hungry.

Very nice and quality meats. All halal or kosher meata. Variety of traditional food. Kebabs and chips etc. Freshly made and cooked at the premises. Take out food mostly. Delivery possible. Acceptable prices. There is no place to sit and eat but there is waiting area so one can collect food when ready.

I order mixed kebab, shish and kofte. There was no kofte included only shish, Disappointed although the shish was good if chewy. Must try harder if you want repeat business.

Not sure whether it was delivered early, late or on time. An hour after the delivery time and after listening out for the doorbell I went downstairs to check. None of my housemates heard a doorbell ring or a knock on the door either but I did find a bag of cold inedible food outside on the front step. I'll be sending it back and requesting a refund.

This is a quality kebab shop, best place in Eastbourne. You could order at 2PM or 2AM and the food will be perfect. A great family business.

The best kebab takeaway I have found in years. Always a quick delivery, still hot from the grill and very tasty. Highly recommend the chicken and donner combo!

To be honest had got back late from Brighton so wasn't much choice in where to order from on just eat but wasn't that impressed with the chicken Donna meat. It was very dry. This is why actually I normally avoid getting normal Donna meat because normally chicken meat is more juice. The restaurant owner/ worker I called up said that my meal was late because they had got there before but couldn't see any sign sign of life in my house and had knocked loudly. The driver also claimed the same thing. All I know I ordered and was waiting about 20 mins and was awake with my T.V on low volume and still didn't hear anyone knock at my door. I don't have any heating difficulties either

Large kebabs were indeed very large and very tasty.

The chips were soggy and cold, the kebab was soooo wet from the sauce that the wrap had gone soggy too! All in all NEVER AGAIN! What a waste of money!

I didn't receive my food the delivery guy kept my order my husband went to the restaurant and the owner said that the delivery guy already did this before and I had to pay for my food again so I want a refund for my order since I paid twice

Always the top kebab restaurant in Eastbourne for food service and delivery, great portions and reasonably priced plus when you phone the restaurant always courteous helpful and polite. Will not go anywhere else for a Kebab five stars all the way

Best kebab in town ! I haven’t found any kebabs better than here and we have tried them all ! Fantastic salad , great chilli sauce and the chicken shish is cooked so so well ! Won’t go anywhere else now !! As a tip the chicken shish is under the heading chicken kebab, I called up and asked as I was a little confused .. really wonderful kebab ! Thank you 😊

Great burger! So I was on my way home from work Sunday night, I stopped by and I got this. And all I can say is that I was not disappointed at all! This place would DEFINITELY be my GO TO place for my burgers now. You guys did not disappoint at all. Keep it up guys 🤘🏼🤘🏼💯💯

Good portion size and good temperature, but meat was average and not particularly flavoursome. Chips were soggy. £5 delivery charge also extortionate to be 20 minutes late. Great heat in the chilli sauce though! Thanks

Cheesy chips extra cheese with new boxes got stuck to the bottom and very hard to get out sooo doesn’t come off with the chips I like out boxes better Lost half the cheese 😩😩 and for £6.50 being a lot

It's OK, but the sauce was on the food rather than on the side and was a bit too spicy. If it was on the side in a little pot, we could have adjusted the amount of sauce on the food. Apart from that, we enjoyed the kebab.

There was no sauce in the kebab (which was clearly chosen when ordering) meaning it was very dry and impossible to consume

My be we ordered to early 🤔 not the usual standard Kebab meat didn’t taste as fresh & greasier than normal so Pitta soggy not the usual amount of salad & chips like cardboard strips So unfortunately in the bin for most of it. Had many a kebab from here all great So hope it’s a one off Gonna miss sneaking down in the night to pick at the left overs 🤷🏻🤦🏻

Always been my fave place for a cheesey chip wrap n garlic mayo....this time and the previous time the actual wrap has been pretty awful, it's crumbled on contact(like a wrap does if I buy a pack, freeze then defrost to use at home), that's not great as used to be fresh n chargrilled from here.
