Ali Baba in Eastbourne

I love the food, went here nearly my whole life and would recommend to everyone

We’ve just ordered an extra large kebab and chips and were given a box with chips on the bottom and a tiny bit of meat over the top!!!! What a joke that place is!!! Meat is reheated not freshly cut as well as the chips fried and then dipped in oil again to heat them up!! Please don’t waste your money on them cowboys and go else where!!!! Horrible

Me and my wife called in for a kebab after a few drinks at the hotel the staff were brilliant and the food was lovely. Highly recommended.

Would be nice if they be polite to their customers Worst kebab place in Eastbourne the chicken shish kebab way too dry ( could throw windows in with the pieces) My so called chicken doner kebab was just cut down shish kebab with pieces of bones in Asked for garlic sauce which was nowhere to be found on either of the meals When I rang them bloke gets mouthy had to hang up Worst take away Delivery bloke was very friendly though

This is our favourite tak-away kebab shop in Eastbourne. We have visited many times and have yet have a kebab which was anything less than delicious. The service has always been friendly and the prices very reasonable.

Faultless food in a good clean relaxing restaurant..... 110% recommended

After dinner at this place the next day I had stomach problems. I advise you to be vigilant. I do not recommend

We dined in for lunch - my shish kebab pita sandwich + chips was very tasty and she enjoyed her Doner plate and chips.

I had fish and chips and my wife had scampi These should be removed from the menu of Ali Baba I would guess this food was taken straight out of the freezer and deep fried Ali Baba did appear to be a nice and clean place to eat and the employee's helpful and this is why I gave a 2 instead of 1 Ali Baba probably do good kebabs and burgers and I think this is what they specialise in, just not fish and chips. We were looking for a fish and chip shop, but all were closed and that's why we ended up at Ali Baba If you order fish and chips from here, you will be very disappointed, so stick to their kebabs

Probably the worst kebab I've ever had. The meat was over cooked and allowed to sit in the walmer for far to long. The chips were soggy and the salad had seen better days. And then to be over charged just added insult to injury.

Delivery driver seems to be on drugs of some sort as he seems to think leaving a delivery outside in the rain and not buzzing the entrance buzzer to a delivery in a flat is acceptable. 1 HOUR later we call to ask where is the food because we have had nothing from the shop, told its on its way, total of 2 hours later still nothing. call the shop to be told its been delivered. When we said WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT we was told it was delivered. We was told to deal with and hung up on and then would not respond to phone rining. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! Would have given a 0 if i could, but unable to.

Nuggets my son couldn't eat them and chips are hard really disappointed never order again sorry lost my custom

One of the best halal burger places in Eastbourne ... I used to visit regularly 2011 - 2013 😊. staff were friendly and joking all the time .. hopefully will visit Eastbourne and of course Alibaba next year :") keep the gd work and stay safe... Regards From Kuwait 🇰🇼

Came here for lunch on a Saturday. Food was cooked in front of us with nothing precooked and stored for ages under heaters. Ordered the chicken burger meal. Fries portion was small, the chicken burger was about 30% less then the size of burger bun and no burger sauce of any kind. Came with done salad inside though. Price £4 for meal deal. Lamb Sheesh kebab was much better, fries portion was much larger oddly enough and the server offered any sauces I requested. Came with a good portion of salad and a drink for £6.50. Happy to recommend but opt for their specialities, i.e the kebabs rather than the burgers.

Burger, chips and drink for £2! Would come here regularly as a teenager. As you get older you no longer need the convenience of the price.
