Picked up an order and asked what was good for my son with a dairy allergy. The guy took the receipt back to the kitchen and wrote everything that was dairy free on it. Threw in a free pasta bolognese just in case. Thank you. A+++

You would expect this kind of restaurant in bigger towns or cities are lucky are we to have this establishment in Radcliffe if I could give it 10 stars for each I would some times they do specials but if they didn't I would still book to go there

1st visit here and a beautiful place. Top quality food and service. The staff are lovely ,very polite . A lovely warm ambience in the restaurant. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend it .

First time today at Istanbul Grill, very welcoming, treated the 2 little ones with Colourings and crayons, very attentive, e all had starters including garlic cheese bread and tomato bread the best I've ever tasted, we all had various meals which were all outstanding 😀 😋 we can't wait to go back. Well done to the chefs and staff. Highly recommend.

Great restaurant. The food is good but the staff are amazing. They're exceptional! I enjoy my time every time I go here. I think one of the staff was called Afshin, he was a great lad. He helped a lot.

I had a delivery to Radcliffe and I had a very important friend round at my place and I wanted to impress then like I order all the time from this place I don’t but he said I will pay get what u want so I did and on the delivery guy coming I felt like some kind of criminal I paid with my friends card who’s something to do with the government, and I felt like a low life and that u know the card better work and I thought that’s not nice why would anyone be as draft as to have home delivery where I live and not have the payment for them so no I won’t be ordering again

The staff and atmosphere were fantastic but the food was disappointing. Too mich salt, too much smelly lamb that made us question the quality of the meat. The three stars are just for the two for 10 cocktails and the chicken. Might go back for the drinks, but I will definitely not order the meat platter.

So eaten at the Istanbul Grill for the Third time yesterday and we always give our honest experience of the restaurant, Cleanliness, food, drink, service etc. I have over 23,000,000 views and we honestly love Istanbul Grill in Radcliffe, We turned up on Sunday 24th March at 12Noon as the restaurant opened. We were warmly greeted and placed into a lovely booth, My Fiancee ordered a large glass of Red Wine 🍷 and I went for a pint of San Miguel(£6), My Fiancee really enjoyed her Full Bodied Red Wine, My pint of San Miguel was ice cold, Crisp and a really good pint. For Food we ordered 2x Lots of Three Plates of Tapas(£12 for 3 Dishes), We ordered the Mussels in a Tomato and garlic sauce(Also available in a cream White Wine sauce), Meatballs, Calamari(deep fried squid), Spicy Turkish sausage, Spicy chicken rolls, Garlic Mushrooms in a lovely garlic creamy sauce, We ordered some warm Turkish bread and steak cut chips. The Mussels were extremely fresh, Extremely tasty and the sauce was beautiful, The Meatballs weren't massive but they were so succulent and tasty, It was my first time trying Calamari but again the Calamari were extremely tasty, fresh, The Spicy Turkish sausage was juicy, meaty and slightly Spicy and very flavoursome, The Spicy chicken rolls were lovely, Crunchy roll with the chicken was another delicious dish, My Fiancee had the Garlic Mushrooms in the garlic and white wine sauce which she really, really enjoyed, The Warm Turkish bread was fresh, soft and came with Some lovely dips and the chips were very tasty, slight cajun spices which were again really nice. Food Portions were not massive but in all honesty the food was filling, The service was fantastic, Restaurant was spotlessly clean, Food was extremely nice, really tasty and really enjoyed enjoyed all the different tastes and spices of the various dishes. Then my Fiancee ordered another glass of wine and I ordered half a pint of San Miguel. Total bill with A Service charge was £55.80 but we rounded the bill upto £60. They also have Live acts on from Time to time(Check the Website for more details). 5☆ Across The Board - We Highly recommend Istanbul Grill.

Just book my son 20th birthday there it's absolutely fantastic place the service perfect, staff always helpful in any enquiry.

My first visit and experience of Turkish food, I really enjoyed a selection of 6 of the mezzes (shared) on the lunch time menu. It was delicious together with the Turkish bread and very tasty chips! Reasonable price and great service. Will be returning soon.

Our visit here for my birthday meal, its was amazing, the food was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this restaurant. I had a sore head from all the zombie cocktails though. Me and the family really enjoyed ourselves.

I cancelled my booking with more than a weeks notice due to a family illness however they have said I am not getting my £80 deposit back. Absolutely fuming and would NOT recommend.

Our second visit to this wonderful restaurant, and it just gets better. The service is really friendly and extremely attentive without being overbearing. The food is beautifully cooked and presented, of generous portion and very good value. This is now our go-to place for Turkish and Mediterranean food.

Absolute gem of a place. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and all round relaxed vibe. A couple of birthdays were celebrated while we were there and the effort the staff made for each was really nice to see. Lastly the food is to die for.

This is our 2nd time visiting for food. Was absolutely beautiful and everything was so fresh. Had the rib eye steak and it was cooked to perfection. Hubby had lamb scewers and said was so nice. The waitress was lovely. We shall be back..

Hello . My friends and I were in this restaurant last evening and had a memorable night. Also, there was an Iranian lady (Ms Sorayya) from the experienced staff of that restaurant who was very kind and loving. We'd like to appreciate her and send our kind message to her. Payman

If I could have given a 0* to Istanbul I would have, this is the 2nd time we have recieved poor service from the staff here, the 1st time was New Years eve where we had booked weeks in advance and paid a deposit for a table, only on arrival to be seated in the back yard on plastic seats and trestle tables, which was not the New Year experience we had wanted or expected. However, we wanted to try something different from our regular restaurants and decided to give Istanbul another try, we had been once to Istanbul prior to the New Year evening this was when they had first opened, it had been a lovely evening. So friday night we were family free for the night and decided to try Istanbul again, we arrived early evening, the restaurant wasn't very busy and we were seated to the rear of the restaurant, the waiter/manager came over and asked what drinks we would like, however before taking the order he walked away, he then returned several minutes later to ask again for our drinks order, half way through giving my order to him he seemed distracted and again walked away, this time he had gone over to greet a group of 4 who were obviously regulars, and stood talking to them at their table, no harm in that however mid taking a order it felt rude bordering on ignorant, it was at this point my husband decided that the waiter/manager obviously did not want our trade so we got up and walked out, we decided to try Bury, where we had a lovely meal at the Swan & Cemetary chilled atmosphere, great service and lovely food. We will continue to support our little town with its selection of restaurants, Armaan, Bella Italia and Radcliffe Market food nights, who all provide great customer service to every customer not just the regulars. Istanbul will not be on our list.

We dined in the private venue room as there was a large party of us for a special occasion. Food was lovely and service great as usual. Sangria was perfect.

Had a fantastic time at Istanbul Grill celebrating my mom's 60th birthday. The service was great and the timing between courses was really good. The food was great and reasonably well priced. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend going.

The food was really nice everybody enjoyed the meals service was great managed to get a different meal because the little one changed her mind and was happy with her new meal and did it quickly so she could eat with everyone else

An entertaining restaurant with entertaining staff. Can not do enough for their guests.

The staff looked and sounded like they would rather be anywhere other than at work we got 4 starters between 5 of us but as one only had 3 meatballs they had to be halved the only thing shareable was the garlic bread. £6 for 3 meatballs is excessive. The main food (3 mixed grills) were very greasy the donner meat was hard and 2 meats were unidentiable. It was a belated birthday meal for 4 out of the 5 that attend but certainly won't be going back

Steak awful homemade Donner greasy not a good thing to say about the place. This was th 4th time visiting and will be the last. Gave it a year since last poor effort and still as bad as before only went because it was close and needed food. Service was also very slow and felt like a bother trying to get another drink.

We came here to celebrate a 60th birthday. The staff were brilliant, attentive but not pushy, they worked with our pace and not their own agenda. The entertainment made for a great atmosphere. The food was excellent and some interesting new dishes to try. I would definitely recommend that you give this restaurant a visit.

Visited this restaurant a couple of times, most recently for my husband's birthday meal. Service was excellent, staff friendly and polite, timings were quick. Food is delicious and portions very generous. Cocktails were perfectly made and very reasonable, especially with the two for £10 deal. Will definitely be visiting again :)

Oh my goodness what a night my husband and myself have just had the best night in year's we booked a table for the elvis night and he was amazing the food again was fantastic you have to visit this restaurant the owner and all the staff make you feel so special and this is the third time we have been in four weeks and yet again it was absolutely amazing this restaurant is a must.

Food and drink were fabulous... there was a singer on so atmosphere was great... we had to move however as sat too close to the speaker... didn't spoil our night though

Came for my partners birthday to celebrate. The food was nice, the service was good! (A bit pricey, that is all).

We booked a table for 6 during the Lionel Ritchie tribute night, it was fairly busy so we didn't mind waiting to get our drink order in and then a bit longer than usual for our drinks but then we had to keep getting the waiters attention to place our food order, he wouldn't take our drinks order so had to wait gor someone else which took ages, then people all around us were getting their food and we're still waiting for ours, 60min after ordering our food I asked to speak to manager to voice my concerns that everyone around us that came after us has had their meals and we're still waiting, I felt completely dismissed and was told they're very busy and our food is on the way, it finally came 90mins after we ordered which is unacceptable. Throughout the whole night we only had 3 drinks each as couldn't get served drinks either as they were busy. Although the Lionel tribute was good I wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be going back. A token gesture discount or drink on the house would have been appreciated.

Excellent service and atmosphere, will go again

Visited with my family at 6pm on a Friday and the experience could not have been better. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was just right and the staff were exceptional.

We had dinner here this evening and it was a fantastic experience all round, the staff were attentive and super friendly our waitress who served us was very nice and chatty and it felt like we were being looked after . The food is AMAZING 👏 cocktails were great 2 for £10 i felt like i had been on my holidays for a couple of hours . Well done to you all what a fab team , we will be back

Blood gorgeous food!!!!! The moussaka was amazing. Top live music too although a bit too loud, you couldn't chat at table without screaming at each other.

Lovely place, great staff and food. We visited when they had a singer performing. It was brilliant, ended up staying longer than expected, and spent a fortune on cocktails, which were also spot on! Well worth a visit.
