Whippys Pies - Bury Market in Bury

Tried whippys pies for the first time cheese, chicken, steak n ale and potato n meat, absolutely DELICIOUS home made pies, plenty of filling and light pastry! Will definitely be back for MORE 10/10, and the girls were very friendly too!

Saw these guys were running low on pies and thought I’d try one seeing as they were so popular. OMG this was the BEST cheese and onion pie I have EVER eaten! Highly recommend.

Eyed these pies up on previous visits but finally bought one of each meat and potato and cheese and onion and can’t believe what a taste sensation I’ve experienced. Travel over from Hull regularly to visit family but will never go home without these ever again. These pies are Michelin star worthy

Lovely pies. But the last cheese and onion pie seemed to be more potato than cheese. Hopefully this was a one off.

Superb plate pies great fillings and thin pasty unlike many other pies makers. As has been said many times the cheese and onion it to die for, a lovely blend that actually tastes of cheese and onion.

Omg your pies are fabulous. Cheese and onion pie was heavenly. Everyone enjoyed it and your service was excellent. My sister got a great send off and your pies afterwards was just what we needed, thanks from the bottom of our hearts xx

A message to owner what makes you think such an increase of cheese pie to £7 is justified i went on bury market today there was plenty pies available

gorgeous pies😍 u have to be quick though they sell out fast ps cheese and onion slice is supreme! meat and potato also nice but i did have some minnestrone soup before which contaminated ones taste buds😂

Walked past today when visiting the market and stopped for a quick bite to eat. One huge portion later (of an amazing cheese pie) I'll definitely be going back Pie was brilliant, lovely staff even gave us a little extra for my 10 month old as she was loving it. Will definitely go back 😊

Bought 2 pies .Cheese &Onion and meat and potato .Both lovely .Would highly recommend .Couldnt make the pies for what whippets charge .Will definitely be buying more on next visit to Bury market
