Lovely evening at Campo Blanco. Friendly greeting from Ash, he served drinks straight away whilst waiting for friends. Fabulous and efficient service from Lucy, coping with 9 people who wanted info on the dishes and how tapas can be served and placing the orders, she’s excellent. Me and my friend attended this restaurant and were sat on a small table near the window and my server never got to me and he kept forgetting to approach. I also have seen poor treatment of staff, main server kept laying his tasks off to younger and less evidently capable employees, they had their plates full [quite literally] whilst still neglecting work and just opting to stand around instead, i am appalled at this behaviour. Adding on to this i was incredibly disappointed with the portion sizes as they were incredibly smaller than i initially imagined with what i would assume to be a result of misleading advertisement [i was told to get 3-4 dishes due to portion sizes]. Finally why does this establishment only sell things in three? I find this extremely peculiar and quite disappointing personally as my fish tacos were out of proportion of the plate. At my age i expect at least half decent service as when i was younger and worked a similar job, such behaviour and insolent attitude to customers. Appalled at this and will not be returning anytime soon, would never recommend this to any of my other friends/associates. The original server was a 5'4/5'5 man with short brown hair in a strange haircut, would much appreciate it if his attitude towards customer was dealt with and he was reprimanded. And we’ve had the pleasure of the lovely server Kat waiting on us again , She really is a delight welcoming friendly funny and such a lovely young lady .. Had the most amazing evening at Campo Blanco. My stag party celebration was flawless and we were all very well looked after by Olivia, who was simply sensational - always checking in on us, making sure we were all looked after well. 10/10!

Superb Sunday Lunch! We chose the sharing roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and unlimited gravy and were not disappointed! We also opted for various sides all with a slight edge so expect something above the average side dish! All piping hot with massive flavour! The deserts are a must too! Fantastic service with a great atmosphere! Highly recommend a visit for something a bit different!

I’m a long time Campo lover and my visit today was the best EVER. The new menu is incredible, I’d have to go back 4 times to try everything I wanted to. The absolute best food, so many options and always hot and fresh, an incredible drinks selection that you don’t find anywhere else and the loveliest staff that make you feel so welcome. The most amazing day out, consistently the best place to visit in Manchester and the restaurant itself is beautiful, feels like you’re on holiday even on an October afternoon. Would highly recommend to anyone :)

Friendly staff on arrival, drinks ordered and arrived quickly. Lots of chose on the menu including some new dishes. The service continued to be great- thanks Nathan! Hard to choose favourites but loved the chilli chicken, quesadillas, fajitas and steak. The desserts were super tasty too! Atmosphere was good. It was busy but not loud. The spaces between tables was good- didn’t feel cramped in even though it was busy. The food came quickly and tapas style, and staff made sure we always had a drink in hand. Can’t fault a thing!

We visited Campo Blanco on Saturday 23rd September 2023 for the first time with another couple to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. It was a brilliant night. The food was lovely, the drinks were great especially the cocktails and sangria, the atmosphere was brilliant but best of all was our Waitress, Emily, who was attentive, informative, knowledgeable, hardworking and dedicated. Emily helped us with our choices of dishes, encouraged us to order desserts, arranged for a celebratory brownie on the house and kept our glasses filled all night. We will definitely be back soon.
