This is a dog friendly café. But the staff are not at all hygienic. They pet the animals and continue to serve food/ drinks without washing or sanitizing there hands. We all love our pets, ❤️ but you are serving the public health and hygiene needs to be upheld.

I met my sister in Coalville, time for a coffee and something to eat, this litter place full filled, we had tea & coffee and two cobs filled with bacon & sausage they were delicious, we will definitely be calling in here again.

Good cafe if you just want a light snack Came 2 weeks ago with my teenager We had the peach tea and lemon drizzle cake. Highly recommended Cafe clean and nice calm atmosphere

My experience at this cafe was lovely. The employees were helpful and attentive, the inside of the cafe was beautiful, it was not too rowdy but also not too quiet. My tea and carrot cake were great, however, i bought a chicken sandwhich from the fridge and it was quite soggy and fell apart easily (I assume from humidity). Aside from that, I will be coming again

i went in this cafe for the 1st time with my friends and the staff are so rude and nasty i would not recomend this cafe to other people who have special needs and thos who have weelchares they just stand therewatching them struggel because ive seen it thats another reason why i go else ware because they are alot more friendlyer to people who have speciel needs unlike this place

Coffee was good. Tables were not clean and all sticky, We even moved tables a few times. Cake was dry.

This is the best coffee shop I’ve been to the best employees there are by far Emma molly and Caitlin they are very polite and very helpful and always look like there working hard definitely recommend coming if u haven’t they make you feel welcome and has a homely feel

Expensive..a tiny commercial tray tin bake of cheap lemon drizzle cake. Made with artificial lemon sweeteners & a tiny slice for £3.00.. & a coffee for £4.00.. a disgrace..

My new favourite coffee shop. I first tried insomnia coffee in southern Ireland. I'm a long-distance Tramper and a fuel station I use, offers free insomnia coffee for truck drivers fueling up. Instantly loved the coffee, and not because it was free. This is now my first port of call when I'm home every other weekend. 👍👍

The staff are nice and friendly. They will bring your drinks and food to the table and they are always smiling. I find it's it's a friendly atmosphere. And they make lovely silky smooth coffee.

You are desusting you make people look fat when they don't eathen go in the cafe anymore no wonder I suffer from an eating disorder were I cant eat because of you calling me fat # they fat shame people and they don't let people use the toilets and there coffee and tea tastes like toilet water and also I asked for a orio frape and I didn't get that its like they don't no how to make a frappe

I went into Insomnia Coffee Company yesterday 24/04/2023 at 12pm as I desperately needed the toilet due to being pregnant. I politely asked if I could use there toilet and I got nothing but rudeness of the staff. I understand you have to be a customer to use there facilities. But being pregnant I thought they would allow it! I asked for a manager and all I got is she’s not here and that’s the rules! I thought this was absolutely disgusting behavior and didn’t think there was any need for the way they spoke to me especially being heavy pregnant. I have used this coffee shop on many occasions coming out to this shopping Centre but I definitely won’t be returning! There rudeness has let the whole company down!

Very nice staff, friendly and approachable. And the coffee is simply amazing! I go there virtually every day, the workers there deserve a full 5 stars, however they regularly completely run out of Oat milk and don't restock for sometimes weeks, which is an easily avoidable issue. *Update* giving 5 stars now as they seem to have caught up with the demand! Keep up the good work 😃

Last time I drank tea in there it was cold and it tasted like wee it's almost like they get water from the toliet and fill the coffee machine up with that it tasted horrible so thats why I am glad I don't go in that shop anymore I go to alot nicer cafe they are alot nicer and they are nice to there costumers when you walk in and walk out the door

Awful. Went in today for the first time at 4.15pm and wouldn't serve me any cake as apparently they were all frozen due to them closing soon!! Asked what time they shut and was told 5pm. Made to feel unwelcome due to them shutting in 45 minutes.Staff were misserable, Won't go in again. Wished I had gone to Costa coffee where you're made to feel welcome.

Fell upon this shop by chance on a fine cold morning. Warm smile and instant customer addressing. Had ordered Hot Chocolate and the barista suggested adding smores. Oh boy! Never had that combination. Best Hot chocolate I ever had, I wish they had a shop near Leicester City.

Not a very good one . Ordered 2 muffins and 2 med chocolate £12 plus . Muffins dry , waited an age for drinks even though people who came in afterwards were getting their drinks . Went to counter to ask where the drinks were . Said they were on the way . Still served other people first. When finally came I couldn’t tell you what it was . No chocolate taste just a creamy milk taste . Certainly wasn’t worth the money and won’t be going back .

Tea served in a big mug with a tea bag in. Mug was difficult for am elderly relative to lift, it's a pity they take less care of tea than they do of an extensive coffee range. We also waited ages for drink to arrive as our order was forgotten and staff had to be reminded of our order

Hot drinks could be served hotter. Quite expensive but there are comfortable seating and toilets are provided. Limited hot snacks. Doesn't seem to be as popular as the establishment used to be. I found the service rather slow.

Came in over 30 minutes before closing time on a Saturday afternoon, staff were already trying to cash up, weren't very interested in taking our order. Other customers were still drinking but when I asked to sit in she sighed and reiterated they closed in 30 minutes, but then served us anyway. Sat down and drank, two more customers arrived and again very rude with service. Hot drink wasn't nice compared to Costas, yet similar price, wouldn't recommend.

Better than Greggs Coffee I must admit. I even got a cute love heart on the top! If Starbucks is closed, Will definitely make a trip over to you guys

Love this place - you are made to feel so welcome. Excellent service, good coffee and they also allow dogs, our dog gets spoilt she too looks forward to a visit.

Nice to pop in for a coffee when out shopping. Well spaced out, clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly. Also has a customer toilet which is kept clean.

Very pleasant staff, felt covid secure as assistant sanitised our table before we sat down. Good sized mugs of rather nice coffee. If it were local to us we'd be regular visitors.
