The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was perfect and delicious!!!! Stoyan was particularly amazing and helpful, great costumer service.

Great service, food was good. The gulab Jamun dessert was very good, naan was great and the waiter Avi was very attentive.

Great food and really friendly and attentive service from Avinash. Had the Keema Lamb dish with some nice and spicy masala fries on the side.

Milind has served me in both the restaurant and bar snacks with a bright and happy manner and always ensuring i am content

Initially when planning to have our Indian wedding reception we were uncertain as the catering company used at the time was being replaced by in house catering, naturally this left us uncertain. After meeting with the head chef, Manish, all of our concerns went away. We were certain that Manish and his team would deliver an excellent dinner service after our first food tasting. Not only was he understanding, personable and clearly an established chef but also open to our style and region specific indian food. Manish worked very closely with us to plan an excellent evening, our guests have eaten indian food on countless occasions however a few years on, they continue to speak highly about the quality of food and overall experience. We couldn't agree more. Small touches that we hadn't even asked for, including coloured buns for our canapes, mixed veg rice that was out of this world (and we've eaten a lot of rice) and a food style that left everyone wanting more! Right from the quality and thought of the cutlery and plating to the explosion of flavour and authenticity when enjoying the food. We are so happy and grateful for Manish and his team, they truly made our experience special. We continue to have complete trust in the team, especially Manish and cannot recommend them enough. If you're considered booking with Indus catering, do it! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Manish and team, we are forever grateful for your eye for detail, openness and for making our special day truly special.

Poor. The only bright spot was the mint and coriander dip for the Popadums. Worst lamb chops I’ve ever had. Tiny and full of fat and gristle. Chicken tikka was ok but lacked flavour. The salad served with both lacked imagination and presentation. Had a side of masala fries, just soggy chips with little flavour. I mentioned the lamb chops to the waiter who said he would pass on the feedback. I’m now sat here being ignored, would have liked to try an ice cream but hey ho. If this wasn’t in the hotel it wouldn’t get any customers given the competition.

Thought of trying this restaurant as I was staying in this hotel. It's not way expensive, vegetarian, and non vegetarian, both with considerable choices in the menu. Tried hara bhara kabab and Veg Biryani. Well, kabad was tasty, though the biryani was missing its charm simply with few veggies in it, just mushroom, brinjal & loads of ball peppers in it. It could have been well added or replaced with carrots, grean peas, french beans, or broccolis. Well, service wasn't good to that extent. They didn't served the food still charged service amount in bill. Should be taught politeness lessons.

We would like to praise Blossom who works the week day breakfast shift in the Park Regis Hotel at Five Ways Birmingham. We were put up in this hotel for 3 weeks and Blossom looked after and cared for us every day. She deserves all the praise possible. Thank you. All the best Pauline Jon Troy x

It was a great experience, thanks to Levi for giving me and my partner a complimentary upgrade, without this, we would't be having a good experience during the stay. My partner and I arrived at the hotel around 8 pm, or was quite late, we booked a reservation from booking.com, and when we arrived, it was crowded, the staff from the front desk was not at their best which I could understand that since they are having a busy night. We checked in after 5 minutes of waiting which is not bad. After we checked our room, my partner and I were shocked, the room was tiny when you compared it to the price, "We paid £80 just for this little room?" I got down to the reception and asked if we could change to another room or get an upgrade, at first a staff told me that there were no other rooms available, Levi came and saved the day, he gave me a complimentary upgrade, which is nice of him. We checked the upgraded room and it was lovely, I think that is the room that is equal to the price that we paid for, but again, thanks to Levi for making our stay 10 times better!! Otherwise, I would probably be here giving bad reviews instead of the good ones, haha. Also, just to add on, the hotel itself is lovely, the decoration and everything is perfect. We loved the gym since it was quite quiet, also there are a few entrances that are easy to access!

Checked in on 04/11 and ALEX at reception was extremely friendly and made checkin smooth. He engaged with us with a smile all through the process. Based on this encounter I will book this hotel again whenever I’m in Birmingham.

I needed assistance and I was met with a friendly member of staff called Bahmen, who I found out is a manager. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating and he let me know that he was there should I need further assistance. Not just did he help, but he went above and beyond. I had such a pleasant experience that I would recommend the Park Regis to anyone. I'm sure they will not be disappointed.

Alex was great on reception- great greeting. The night staff, Eric particularly made our stay in the Bar a great one. Beautiful venue. Our three course meal was delicious.

Literally the worst meal I’ve had in birmingham ! The starters and platter was soo bad my mrs said it was like “airplane food”. Drinks were ok and the service was excellent. Veg platter was put together soo poorly and the veg kebab was distasteful and small ( three small tikkis)

Amazing place to be if you want to eat authentic Indian food. The mixed grill was well done. Excellent customer service and the location is in the heart of birmingham city centre with garden view overlooking the city.

Warm and attentive service, excellent array of drinks with simply the best cobra ever experienced, Poppodom we’re different, I did not like,but my wife did, Main dishes were an incredible taste experience and unlike any other but in a positive way, Lachra paratha were perfection, Deserts presentation was a delight, but not as good as Pushkar , However we rate this relaxed restaurant highly as the dishes provoke an excitement as so different Will certainly be back

Terrible service so slow, food was average by 10pm the waiter asked us if we wanted desert and then 5 mins later told us the kitchen was closed. There are better Indian restaurants in Birmingham - Lasan, Pushkar and Varnasi

We had the most amazing experience, the food was sensational, the most beautiful Indian cuisine, from the starters to the mains and desserts. The service was outstanding, compliments to the restaurant manager Franco who made this experience unforgettable . I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who will visit and will definitely visit again!!!!

In the main the food was tasty and we all acknowledged that. (8 in our party) Unfortunately for me the evening was ruined as we had to eat in arctic conditions as the heater was broken. (-6°c outside). We mentioned it on a few occasions but nothing was done about it. I don't expect to have to sit dressed for an afternoon on the ski slopes whilst eating dinner.

My family and I visited this gem on the 4th Floor of Park Regis hotel yesterday. We received a warm welcome and had a nice table. The waiter Talvinder explained the menu very well and took care of us so well. Rithik wasvery good too. Food was excellent.

My wife and i dined at ''Indus''.on Thursday 3rd November,2022 We were very warmly welcomed by host Riya.. We had vegetarian dishes,both sarters as well as Mains and enjoyed that. .We were served by Akash and he too was obliging.The ambience matched the hotel's 5 star rating.Will visit them again.

What a fantastic luxury dining experience, serving amazing flavours that truly reflect the Indian cuisine. Coming from an Indian background, Indian restaurants are a hit and miss for us but Indus did not disappoint and exceeded all of our expectations. I can not wait until we return to Indus again and will be recommending the restaurant to all of our family and friends. Thank you team

Decent food, not the biggest menu but it’s enough for a hotel restaurant. The food was tasty but didn’t feel like it was made from an authentic Indian restaurant. The staff are helpful and always available to provide assistance when needed.
