Indulgence Barton Marina in East Staffordshire

Stop for a coffee few weeks ago . Great coffee with whipped cream float . We also ate a well prepared sandwich & croissant . Before we left we bought a box of the gorgeous chocolates , nicely boxed with a bow .grest for gifts . Been few times now . Highly recommend great staff very friendly !

What a hot chocolate!! Great cheesecake too!!

My partner and I visited Indulgence for a hot chocolate after a Sunday walk. The hot chocolate, complete with all the toppings, was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We have found our new favourite place for a winter warmer! Added bonus: They accept cash!!

Amazing place with friendly staff. The Vegan hot chocolate was beautiful and smooth. Vegan Trillionaire Cake extremely Indulgent and a pot of Vegan gelato. We will be back!

Indulgence is a great place for a coffee,I visit it every Saturday, Sunday morning the owner and staff are very friendly and professional, a great luxury in middle of my dog walk

Had a lovely Italian afternoon tea with family. From calling Indulgence and speaking to Emma who was exceptionally helpful our afternoon was lovely. Staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. Marie served us and ensured we were well looked after. Can’t express how great the staff were, which made our afternoon.

The best place at Barton Marina. The staff are so lovely and friendly. They make you feel so welcome every time you visit. The handmade chocolates are delicious, their ice cream is addictive it's soooo good. I can highly recommend it.

We've just had a lovely hour sitting in the patio area at Indulgence,Barton Marina. The staff,Emma and Marie, have been so friendly and accommodating,especially as we arrived just as they were closing. The paninis were fab and the ice cream a real treat.

Great coffee, delicious chocolates and pastries, and exceptional service. We popped by after taking our dog to a nearby veterinary referral centre and were made to feel very welcome We had the coffee and hand made chocolate deal and the pastry deal. Pooch had doggie-friendly ice cream ! We will definitely drop by again.

One of my favourite spots for a coffee in the local area 👌 so much choice for the cakes, italian pastries too and you can even have a cocktail if you dont fancy coffee!

Visited this week, on a beautiful sunny day, tables outside available for us to lap up the sunshine and lovely views. Staff very friendly and polite. Enjoyed our lattes, great coffee not wishy washy like some places. Complementary mini biscuits very tasty too. Looking forward to our next visit when the sun is shining.

Took a friend there for coffee. She really enjoyed it and told me how nice the creamy texture of the coffee was. We had the Caffe Latte and sat outside and enjoyed the view. I will call again.

Went here with some of my family, the coffees were amazing and they catered to me needing oat milk and they told me they do it at zero extra cost. My nephews tried a variety of ice creams and they absolutely loved them and couldn’t get enough. We also tried their cakes, which were delightful. The salted caramel blondie cheese cake was delicious. I couldn’t fault the service or the staff, they were all so welcoming and the owner was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Lovely little coffee shop, we stopped for a coffee and some homemade chocolates. These were incredible! The lady who is possibly the owner, is so welcoming and is a huge dog lover too. My pup loved her puppicinno

Warm early evening and what better than a tasty gelato in a cone? Very generous portions! Mint choc chip is reminiscent of Kemble Mint Cake mint. Uber-rich chocolate is top drawer. All this pales into insignificance when you add in Chris the chipper little birdie. He wanders in and around and brings tweety majesty.

Held my partners birthday party here over the weekend and had such a lovely time. The Cicchetti were delicious and the drinks went down a treat. Everyone said they loved the venue. Thank you Gareth for helping me organise it and for making it such a memorable and lovely party. Service as always was outstanding. Looking for another reason to have another party there already!

What a fantastic and authentic little place! As a fussy Italian, I can tell you the Canolli and espresso was as authentic and tasty as you're gonna get! The owner was working hard behind the counter, taking great care and attention to detail with every order. It was a pleasure to watch him work and hustle. Although busy he still made time to tell me about their Italian Brandy, which is worth a try! To top it, the price was brilliant. Just £5 for any coffee and pastry! Cozy livs and all that we all need a bargain these days. Salute!

Visited here yesterday with my grandparents. Not only was the welcome that we got a typically warm midlands welcome (so very friendly and pleasant!), but the coffee we had was superb. The whole experience was so lovely that my grandparents have decided to come back here for lunch on their next visit to Barton Marina. Thank you to the lady with black hair - your welcome was just so lovely!

Lovely coffee and Italian pastries. Well presented surroundings and decor. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Will, kaliyah and Emma were very pleasant and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit. Would recommend.

Delicious ice cream, a must if you are visiting the Barton Marina

The perfect stop for excellent gelato, amazing coffee…even a puppycino for your dog, the only thing better than the excellent range of Italian produce is the world class service from the delightful staff. 10/10

We visited Barton Marina today mainly to visit the fun fair for the kids but also stumbled into Indulgence. It was our first time visiting and can say we will definitely visit again. Gareth and the staff were very welcoming and the kids voted their ice-creams (Gelato) the best they've ever tasted. The puppucino's were a massive hit too. Next time we will definitely be visiting to try the wide range of cocktails, craft beers, gin & wines. Might need a taxi! :)

Plesant staff and a lovely atmosphere from when I walked into the door. They really went out their way to make sure everything was okay with my order. The cappuccino and the chocolate milkshake was Devine! Best one I’ve tasted yet. Gareth was very attentive. Defintley recommend this place the service was amazing, and good priced drinks! Il be back again😅

What a lovely little coffee shop, the staff are all very polite. It is in a beautiful location great views and very relaxing. The area is always clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all cost! Lol..because it will cost you! £17 for a take away..2 tiny coffee,s and 2 slices of awful 😖 cake. Feel like I have been ripped off 🤢

Nice little coffee shop but the coffee is barely warm and the cakes are outrageously expensive (£18 for two coffees and two small slices of cake). Outside seating area only and needs no smoking signs to stop all the selfish smokers lighting up. Disappointing and hardly an “indulgent” experience.

Visited Saturday 14th August and ordered two mochas and a coffee caramel frappacino. Both mochas were unfortunately tepid so had to be drunk quickly. The glass was only half full with mocha and the rest was foam. We also had cake and all this came to £27.50!

I ordered 7 ice creams from inside shop and waited outside for ice creams to come, one fell off cone due to ice cream being quite runny and was told that the freezers inside not working very well , so all the cone ice creams were put into tubs, we waited for replacement ice cream as we had ordered 2 rum and raisins . To our amazement the manger said her staff told her we had all the ice creams and basically we were accused of wanting to steal another ice cream , had to stand outside while other customers thinking we were wanting to basically steal a ice creams, I feel the staff are quite young and need to be trained on how to treat customers Regards Tracey

So wanted this to get be great but disappointing. Coffee and cake takeout. Poorly put together flat white which was basically a coffee with milk, but great cake. At this price point the coffee really needs to be better!! UPDATE. Following the response from the manager below, I emailed a reply since then nothing. Obviously not interested in providing either good customer service or coffee.

Complete disappointment. £7 for 2 hot chocolates. Served in a cardboard cup lukewarm. Definitely not indulging!

Beautiful little place with loads on the menu. Gin + tonic plus 2 coffees just cost is £12, you can ask for me really. I will be coming back to relax and just enjoy the beautiful view. Just stumbled across this place, fantastic choice of Italian wines, great service, husband had coffee and gelato, me...... amazing wine. Can only recommend.

Superb welcome. Polite staff. Only been open since December 2019. Great Coffee. Outside Rattan furniture to sit and look out over the Marina. Idyllic.
