Excellent food to eat inside or out or as takeaway. Excellent venue for kiddies parties. Some nice walks nearby. Update, still doing a great job !!👍👍 Update Still serving excellent food 😀

I can't believe how inexpensive the sandwiches are here. And great coffee!

Used a few times now for fund raising events. Absolutely gorgeous buffet food. Very tasty and fresh. Happy to swap things around. Would definitely recommend. Linds

The food is OK and the service was friendly, but there were dogs roaming round with no lead. Two dogs were completely blocking the path to the till.

Ignore the negative reviews, this place is great - varied menu including Full English Breakfast and sausage, bacon rolls as well as more ‘lunchy’ options and good coffee. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful & service was quick despite it being a busy Saturday morning. Better still it’s dog-friendly inside & out.

Indulge provided our buffet style catering for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. The service and communication from the start was amazing and very accommodating as we was having a small wedding so not many numbers . Indulge was prompt, professional and set out our wedding food beautifully. The food was complimented by all and very very delicious with so much interesting and different options which suited everyone! I would certainly recommend indulge for catering they are amazing! This was a nice café with good coffee and the staff took the time to discuss the gluten free options. This is fine for anyone who chooses to eat gluten free but the set up isn't safe for someone who has Celiac disease as the cakes and premade sandwiches are sat above all the fillings so there is a high chance of cross-contamination. I would recommend maybe ringing ahead and going when its quieter so the staff have time to ensure their hands are washed and surfaces cleaned before preparing the gluten free food.

Yet another great visit. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Food as ever looks amazing. My only issue, which prevents me giving it full marks is that to sit outside, which I like to do on a warm day, I had to sit surrounded by smokers and vapers. It would be easy to make a separate area for people who need to do this.

The service was great, the young blonde girl with the eyeliner was very helpful me and my husband noticed that she was very kind, polite and helpful with a problem that arose during our order and we couldn't be happier, she was also very generous when serving our kids ice-cream and they were very happy with that to say the least

Have been here several times and recently experienced their food at a wake following a funeral. The food is always excellent in quality. Had an issue with a drink from their machine not being on point BUT this was quickly replaced with an apology. You don’t have to be using any of the adjoining sports facilities to use the cafe. Reasonably priced quality food every time.

This place needs to sharpen up regarding staff Visited yesterday afternoon was at 25% capacity at most Ordered a sandwich and coffee Sandwich arrived first and was handed to me due to the fact the table had so much debris and crockery from the previous customer there was no room for the plate The young girl just walked off no effort or mention of cleaning the table The. Offer them arrived with a young lad who once I asked actually cleaned the table but I felt that if I hadn’t both hands would have been full This was my second visit in the last week but will be my last Seems to be run by young kids with little or no supervision or training It will survive due to its location but not on my custom Food and coffee where fine environment terrible

Bang tidy place with great food at reasonable prices. Also, fast WiFi with constant uptime as far as I can tell 👍

Been a few times recently meeting other mums with my baby, it is so nice that there's a little room full of toys where you can let your baby rampage (safely) whilst you have a lovely sandwich and a hot chocolate (very reasonably priced too). I've also fed my baby and wasn't made to feel awful when he threw most of his sandwich on the floor. It seems like there's not many places to take littlies now, we really miss Winkies and Mrs Smith's, which I used to take my bigger boy to. Very grateful Indulge is still there and always leave feeling happier, thank you 😃

Indulge provided the catering for my mum's funeral. Really interesting and different food. The team were flexible and helpful. Highly recommended

Good place for a coffee without pressure to rush

Nov 2022. I know it gets very busy at weekends, but do better. Sandwich bread solid (stale or not defrosted, who knows), staff informed, they did nothing about it. Coffee / hot drink collection setup doesn’t work, you cannot stand there for an undefined amount of time waiting for your drink to be made, whilst having to look after your kids that are playing in the supervised only play-area, and keeping coming back to check if your drink is ready or to see if someone has taken your drink or not that’s been left on the side. Either deliver the drinks to the tables like you do with the food or shout some order numbers out so people can come and collect, but do something better please!

Dropped in for coffees. Comfortable seats, drinks fine. A bit noisy with kids activities but dog friendly.

Indulge Hornbeam Park is the best, clean,nice staff,everything freshly made just as good as when they were on Station Parade,give it a try you will not be disappointed Jed

My expectations weren’t particularly high and I understand that this is essentially a cafe but the place seems to be run by unsupervised teenagers with little or no training in catering. I watched the young waitress snacking on the food that she was preparing for us as if she was making a sandwich at home. Perhaps she hadn’t been given her break? The tattooed lady that seemed to be the supervisor had left by this point. Either way, along with the many dirty unoccupied tables and the inedible sandwich served to my son (dry crusts and ingredients falling out) we won’t be rushing back for anything other than a takeaway coffee. I would have happily given this feedback in person but nobody came to check if we were okay.

My daughter’s started Gymnastics here so I was looking forward to chilling out here maybe doing some laptop work with a nice cuppa while my daughter was upstairs. What a huge disappointment. Service was slow. Had that smell of food crushed into materials carpets etc. Staff making sandwiches with no gloves then licking and eating picking food out of the trays with fingers. I don’t appreciate having a hoover going on around me while I’m relaxing especially as it’s a vinyl floor too so need for a hoover. Looks like it’s going to be a snooze in the car from now on.

Good food, excellent scones. We had coffee which was good. All sitting outside in the beautiful village of Appleby. Don't miss it if you are passing on the A66

Second visit in the space of two weeks! I love this place and so do my 3 yr and 18 month old. Infact, we will be making weekly visits! Good food, great atmosphere, children entertained. What more could you want. My new favourite cafe!

Nice little cafe tucked away in the corner of Hornbeam Business Park. Good, imaginative selection of hot and cold food served with a smile. Dog friendly, would recommend for a nice lunch.

Lovely food, nice space for small children to play, just need to clean and maintain/check the toys every so often!

Not quite sure on the bad reviews, but people entitled to their opinion. Went in today. As I did Monday. Packed again but the service was quick. Ordered a bacon, goats cheese and chilli jam panini which wasn't on the menu. But should be. It was tremendous. The good looking girl with the tattoos didn't question it, and it turned up a few minutes later. Only minor irritation is the cutlery, it's a bit cheap, like the stuff you get in a school canteen. But I didn't use it, as it was a posh butty, and being from Lancashire, I ate with my fingers. And on being northern, I am moaning about something simply because that's we we do, and everything can't always be amazing. If that's the case, I would be American. Another fairly compelling reason to go, is to look at all the yummy mummies. Been twice in the space of a week, and it's was wall to wall. So I shall be going again.

Nice coffee and snacks. Convenient for walking from the Crimple Valley to Pannal, and the Harrogate Ringway.

Fabulous place, nice atmosphere. Lots on the menu that appeals. Had the wrap with sweet potato, hummus, feta etc. Delicious. Great prices. I'd be there weekly at least if I were local!

Finally got to eat here after only having time for a take out coffee. An awesome menu of sandwiches wraps jacket potatoes and pizzas with a wide selection of fillings and toppings all for a very reasonable price - we will be back time and time again I am sure

Climbing at The Climbing Centre here Sadly always came hand in hand with Indulge’s poor service. We tentatively approached the counter minutes after 6p.m. when you would have previously been told they were no longer making food, and so imagine our surprise that things had changed after all those years! Massive praise to Georgia who was friendly, smiling, was happy to adjust a vegetarian wrap to make it vegan and even suggested alternative substitutes. She served lots of people whilst also making the food, and whilst this is normal elsewhere, it was a breath of fresh air here. Keep it up

Great for a quick stop to grab a bite to eat and a coffee. Tables outside for those with tired legs or eating a pizza! Coffee perfectly made, pizza a cheesy delight and milkshakes just lovely. Places like this need our support at the moment. Good food, well priced, friendly staff.

Well spaced out tables and we felt safe. A couple of idiots didn’t observe social distancing when queuing but there was enough room to stand away. Food was a bit slow but worth the wait. Tables were clean and the place was very tidy.

Came across this place whilst walking the dogs around a great Yorkshire showground - really nice for a snack, tables outside and friendly staff. Will be going again.

Delighted to see this open again after initial Covid closures. Popped in for a shake and smoothie - bribery to get teens out on the walk. They have set up a one way system and have all the usual delicious sandwiches and the pizza board was up. Service quick and pleasant. Great to see a little indi place making a come back.

Ordered food, waited 20 mins and some to get our order.sent back as cold and uncooked we waited another 29 mins and they forgot to heat it back up !.we watched the staff ,they prepared food cooked and uncooked on the same chopping board after taking out the bins and not washing there hands ,then taste the soup we ordered as it came out of the microwave.Food left out for a party that day with no covers on and wiping there hands on there clothes and handling money and then preparing food after very poor hygiene practice , the staff didn't seem to know about anything to do with good food preparation practice or cleanliness this is not good and the food was awful and badly prepared ,I would be very careful whilst eating here ,I won't be going back .

Just waited 20 mins for a americano. In the end had to go to the counter and remind them.Ordered before the rush (there were only 5 other people in the place).I come time and time again due to my daughters activities being here, but disappointed more times than not.Such a shame as the team seem pleasant enough, just lack of attention.

Food ok. Surroundings ok. But the staff - very mixed. The one that served us was pleasant. The one that banged into our table, spilling our tea with no apology wasn’t. I wouldn’t recommend Indulge - certainly not at a weekend.

Goats cheese and black pudding salad is incredible and only 5.50. Indulge is a cafe but this dish is almost restaurant quality

Lovely food made to order, accommodates most tastes and their smoothies are super. Sandwiches/bagels with loads of different fillings to soups and then not forgetting the cakes!! Well worth a visit.

Preguntábamos las milla o así a través de Hookstone Woods de casa, objetivo principal de conseguir chicos en el aire fresco. Siempre es bueno tener un lugar para detenerse en (soborno para saliendo). Cogimos nuestras bebidas para ir ya que era un día soleado, mi capachino estaba impecable, fuerte y caliente. Chicos de hielo tipo crema batidos ambos eran encantadores. Para arriba de nuevo.

Lugar ideal para tomar algo de comer/beber mientras espera para niños en la pared de escalada o el club de gimnasia en el edificio. Sin embargo, habiendo visitado aquí a menudo estoy poco impresionados. Servicio de atención al cliente es muy mala. El personal no es muy amable. La comida no era buena. Después de una pizza quemada hoy 45 min de espera! Como si este lugar decepcionante era mejor comer aquí regularmente porque es muy práctico.

The food is delicious but be prepared to wait for it. It's worth it but sometimes when you only have an short time to get some lunch it's too long

Purchased a cheese and ham toasty - was like eating the bottle of salt. Extra small slices of bread cut into quarters, suitable size for a toddler which I am not. There never seems to be any consistency in the food served the few times we have visited and I think it's terrible that you see so much food servers incorrectly then just thrown straight into the bin. The owners should be aware of this and do something into reduce waste, especially when there seems to be so many food banks and homeless shelters on Harrogate these days.

It's located at the entrance to the Zone at Hornbeam park which has the climbing wall, Harrogate Gymnastics, Fitness classes etc. so as a parent I'm dropping off/picking up from there 2-3 times a week,Mao when I've got a few minutes spare it's great to have the cafe there to have a drink and read the papers.

I'm at the zone at least twice a week, either for myself or my sons activities.

Arranged to meet friends at indulge as both family has children. I was surprised at the unwelcoming atmosphere and the small room for children to play. On a whole the coffee was good and food looked alright but the place could be so much more and has bags of potential.

As someone else has mentioned, the food is great value and the staff will always tailor the foods to your own requirements. This is especially helpful when you have 3 small children and want to avoid waste.

We used to go regularly to Indulge before or during climbing sessions at Harrogate because the choice on the menu has always been great, despite them running out of key ingredients regularly.

Visited too many times to mention, every time the coffee, sandwiches and soup are perfect. The specials board always has a few interesting sandwiches/wraps/salads. I can no longer visit the overpriced chains which, in comparison, have dreadful food
