Good food and great value for money. But the service was not what we had expected.

Just a great spot to find for food .very helpful staff.the best food and value for money.you get want you pay for a great meal.and great views of the beach and sea.

The food was amazing , large portions, hot tasty and speedy pick up.

Simply put the food and service was amazing, pizza was fresh and delicious. Staff attentive but not pushy or disruptive. If im ever back in the area i will be returning!!

We are still here.4th May 2025. At 9 30 pm This fantastic reasturant it a credit to the people who work here.From booking the table to all the superb food.We had Parma ham/ Istalata Tricolore/Garlic bread Pizza to start.Followed by Carbonara & Crab Tagliatelle. For dessert Tiramissu with pistachio ice cream/White chocolate & Berry cheesecake.All fantastic.True value for money.Lovely views and even better service from the Young lady taking the orders and the Chef who brought us our mains ,plus the young lads who served the test.Well done,keep doing what you do. First visit here, a busy place. Glad we booked. The food was excellent, fresh and hot. Good choice drinks and wines. Service was good and staff were friendly. Had a very enjoyable evening.

I can`t believe some of the reviews on here, as we had one of the best lunches we`d had anywhere in Cornwall, during our three week stay.

Stopped in for a quick bite on a saturday early evening. Was quiet but the food and service was really good. The views were amazing and had plenty of space upstairs and downstairs for a sea view pizza. Will defo be back.

AMAZING!! I went here with some friends after hearing about the reopening. We had the best time ever. Pizza are top quality and the 2 for 1 deal is incredible. The seaview was a delightful bonus and staff were lovely.

We went to Incamar during our stay in Newquay in October. The Italian pasta and pizza we shared was was so flavoursome and delicious we had to return a second time. The wine was great too. We loved the atmosphere and the service was welcoming and attentive. Thanks to management and staff for a lovely dining experience!

We ate here twice as it suited our teenagers. The service was friendly and quick and the food arrived rapidly. The pizzas were ok and the pasta dishes tasty. The views from the outside balcony at the back over the beach are amazing

Had a fantastic time here. The staff were warm and took care of my table very well, everyone was enjoying themselves so the atmosphere was perfect. Food was delicious and the pizza hit the spot just right, we were definitely spoiled for choice from a great menu. Brilliant night and can't wait to go back and try the rest!

Great little spot serving simple Italian food. The food was really tasty and very reasonably priced. Staff were really lovely. The waiter was a so funny, kept us well entertained all night. Espresso martinis were brilliant. The view is incredible on the outside terrace. Potentially under new ownership, so they are just finding their feet but please go and visit.

We dined here on a lovely Sunday evening and sat out overlooking Great Western beach. Great friendly service, excellent food and the "million pound view" as they claimed! Sea bass was superb as was the pasta with prawns. We will definitely return on our next trip.

I came here after coming off the train. Perfect Peroni, amazing view and excellent service from staff. The manager George went out of his way to offer WiFi on his phone as I was out on the Terrace, and helped me to get a taxi. Would definitely recommend! The view was stunning too!

It is such a great restaurant, the service was amazing I really enjoyed my time there, especially with my family, the food was great and everything was just immaculate. The unique flavour of the calzone as well as the beautifully prepared fries. I really enjoyed my time and wish to try again!!

Loved the vibe here! Walked in we were greeted by the smiliest staff, and made aware of the cocktail offer on at the time. So glad they told us as we had a few rounds of delicious cocktails for a bargain price! Of course we had to try the food and it was so fresh and yummy, compliments to the chef! Exactly what we were looking for on our holiday ..

We went here twice towards the end of June since we were staying two doors away the food was good on both occasions we also went there twice early September even though we were staying down by Fistral Beach and we found the food just has good if not better and when we return next year it’ll be the first place we go.

Server couldn’t speak English which meant our order was as wrong. Starters arrived before the drinks. Mains came wrong so 3 of us had eaten by the time the 4th meal arrived. The food was good for 3 of us but one meal was poor. We won’t be back

Terrible service, I waited 45 minutes for drinks and some bread. I had to leave because we didn't get any food and my son was super hungry. Same happened to other people and they left too. I would never ever come back to that place.

All food orders where wrong no apology from staff wrong drinks orders when we informed the staff no apologies where made just avoided the table then tried to charge for all the mistakes even tho they where sent back and 0 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone if there was a negative star rating it would surely get it

Visited for our evening meal and wasn't that impressed. The coke was too carbonated and definitely not mixed with the syrup properly. The staff said it was ok but we asked for fresh drinks with no ice this time. They basically took our drinks and took out the ice and gave the drinks back. We asked for a change of one of the drinks to bottled Fanta. The food was ok, wasn't great. Calamari was chewy, the carbonara wasn't very tasty. The steak was nice and the peppercorn sauce was tasty but came in a massive bowl, huge portion. Warm bread with olive oil and balsamic was nice but nothing much can go wrong with that really. Probably wouldn't visit again 😕

On holiday in Newquay and picked this restaurant as the menu looked nice, service was poor. No smiles from our server, starters arrived Luke warm, no table check back, no bread with muscles or prawn starter. Table sat down after is and next to us, they ordered received their food then ordered again ate and ordered a 3rd plate and ate that and we still hadn't received mains! Had my nephew with me who was starving! Asked repetitively for our mains and the server was rude about ot saying its because we ordered bread that we were still waiting!! Really poor service! And such a shame as Newquay is beautiful!

We arrived by chance and we loved the place. Good Italian food at reasonable prices. The views from your balcony are impressive.

visiting this city, I stopped here, with the intention of eating some fish cooked in a typical way of this area, I had the pleasure of finding a very Italian setting, where I had the pleasure of tasting a really good sauté of mussels, a not bad baked fish even if unfortunately, the baking is not suitable for the calamari rings, which were actually very chewy, but overall I had a good time, also with the very kind, smiling and helpful staff, In the service offered there was also a detail that is not normal to find even in the best restaurants, having to eat the mussels with my hands, they were kind enough to bring me a bowl of hot water to wash my fingers; the place is really nice, with a stunning view of one of the inlets of the place where you can see the wonder of the ocean. The only thing nice about this place was the view. The food is awful served us food that was not cooked properly sent it back to be cooked properly gave us back with more then half of it missing probably chef wasn’t happy with the food being sent back hence rest of the food not being sent back. Avoid at all cost.

Amazing food and very friendly staff!

The most awful service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. We arrived here around 8.30 to watch the sunset (which to be fair is a lovely view) We ordered a round of drinks and food. The table that we sat at had pasta sauce on it so we asked for the table to be cleaned and chased it up a further 3 times, and they never came to clean it. They brought the cutlery out to us so they knew we had ordered food. The drinks came and we were waiting on our food which never arrived. We asked two waitresses to check where our order was, which they said they would check but never came back to us. By 10pm we still had no food. I went to ask for a manager to see where the food was. They pointed me towards the kitchen and I spoke to a chef who said that he didn’t have our order. Nobody came to take any more drink orders from us either the whole time we were sat there. The food smelt lovely so we were looking forward to eating here then going out for drinks afterwards, but after waiting for over an hour without receiving our food, we were left very disappointed. When I said that I was leaving, there was no apology, the waitress just said ‘that’s fine, just drink your drinks and go’. I would not recommend here due to the rude staff and lack of competent service.

Amazing food, the garlic bread was so soft and tasty, the pasta was also great, pizzas looked insane. The view though, we could have been abroad it was so beautiful, would love to return.

Linguine Granchio should have been crab chilli tomato, came out cream a couple of toms, questioned if right told “crab is shredded”! Avoid expensive fraudulent and trades under 3 “ businesses”

Went there for dinner food wasn’t good chicken pasta was dry and tomato pasta with meatballs has mozzarella which has smelled like old cheese. Service was slow and waiters were not kind and weren’t interested in our comfort. It doesn’t worth to go there for dinner you are paying for stunning view. I’d recommend to go there for a drink take nice pictures and get food somewhere else

I came here for my partners Birthday meal over the weekend, We thought it looked nice on the outside so decided to give a try. We were very disappointed, they took ages to order our drinks, then took our order and messed it up. I ordered a pizza and a side of chips, and oils and bread and my partner had a seafood pasta. When it turned up they had put my side of chips all over my pizza, at first I thought it was a joke.. I struggled talking to any members of staff as nobody really understood English. I asked to send it back but didn't really understand my complaint, eventually they heard me out and I had to wait a long time for my food to be remade. Meantime watching my partner eat his he said his scallops were gritty and chewy and not enjoyable at all. I made a formal complaint at the end and politely asked for a discount on the food as it wasn't a pleasant experience, or even our drinks knocked off the bill. We were declined and told we has to pay the full bill, as we came in 'late' at 9pm we walked in, as the kitchen closed at 10pm..but we had to wait a long time for our food. I've been to many restaurants all around the world and if you're not happy with your food, they have offered free dinner on the house, free drinks or free desserts. But the service we received for my partners birthday was absolutely disgusting. We didn't enjoy our dinner what so ever, disgusting customer service, mediocre food, overly priced cocktails and an awful atmosphere. I highly recommend to not bother wasting your time and money here.

Going here was supposed to be for just happy hour which was from 3pm to 6pm but we ended up having dinner also! It's a little pricey restaurant but it was worth it. I can't remember the name of the drinks we had tbh but for the food I had arrabiata and my husband had Bolognese both with chicken piecese.and it was a really tasty meal. We also ordered garlic bread and whew it was great. The garlic butter had melted in the bread so soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The lady who served us was polite and others working there were nice too. The restaurant had a nice ambience and it was neat. Def a 5 star! We spent £63

Pretty amazing place. Service is GREAT and the food just tops outs over any Italian food you will ever eat not just in Newquay but I would argue Nationwide. I opted for the salmon tagliatelle main, a dish that’s simple and I know what I’m getting flavour wise. The food came within 15 mins as we took the time to enjoy a drink over their newly refurbished balcony overlooking the sea. The flavours of the dish are immense! I could taste things in there that I had never tasted before in my life, this was no orderly tagliatelle! For sides we had some garlic mushrooms which blew the lid! The best accompaniment of flavours. The waitress was really well spoken, always came with a smile and knowledge of the menu. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for lunch or dinner. And how could I forgot! THE COCKTAILS. Very professionally conjured, taste buds tingling. A well rounded lunch! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou

Ordered a vegan pizza; olives, mushrooms and pineapple. Instead of pineapple they had put pepperoni on it; therefore making a £15 pizza completely worthless.

The food was not very good. The pork pizza was quite disappointing. A member of Staff was smelling of B.O. that was completely off-putting.

We paid. We got no food. Please save yourselves time and money. Nobody answering the phone. No feedback. Truly abysmal

My mate ordered the kids margarita and I ordered the adult size and let me jusy say I'd rather have the kids as it kinda looked like it was made from the same amount of dough but a smaller size and price. The crusts were full and the base was thick. On the other side the adult one was more of a roman type crust thinn type of pizza. It was lovely and yummy we also had the cheese balls which we're fantastic all and all a lovely time with a sea view. Came twice!

Got 2 burnt pizzas practically thrown at us with no cuttlery or side plates or napkins , and then was given a thimble full of wine that was supposed to be a large glass, and when I complained I got a look that just didn’t care, wont be going here again . Very very poor

Chose this place for it's view over the beach. Was as expected, and the food was nice too. We got the grilled sea bass and the pizza piccante which was surprisingly spicy. Staff very nice.

Beautiful view! It was the best pizza in the UK like no comments. The staff is a bit weird but lovely and very helpful, also the restaurant view is amazing. Big tip, they have a second floor plus the facilities are in tip top shape…plus fresh mint by the balcony…🪴🪴🪴 well done and keep it up 👏

Don't think it's 100% Italian but food was great. My son loved the milkshakes think he tried them all. Also service was brilliant. Only problem is they don't have a baby change facility. View is Amazing

The pizza is basically toast, the crispiest thing I’ve ever seen. I could cut granite with the thing. And then the staff quoted “that’s how it’s done in Italy’ It isn’t!

Waited over an hour for pizza and they weren't busy. Staff polite but not over friendly. Pizza's were burnt on edges and not alot of topping. Shame really cos it looked lovely with upstairs balcony.
