Food whilst looking good was freezing cold when it arrived

Totally hit and miss, this store. Sometimes they have everything and exactly what you need. Sometimes it seems like the shelves have been stripped bare and it's like Covid all over again! But regardless, the staff are always friendly, helpful and usually apoplectic, even if they do have everything you want (because it's not where it usually is LOL). The only problem is ... all the other customers!

I paid to take my 2 year old daughter to see Bluey, the event was clearly over sold. I paid for a time slot however was given a random time when I arrived, they were still selling tickets to people who had turned up on the day meaning queues were too long. They had the event right next to the play area so kids were running out of the queue and then parents were bringing them back hysterical. I think everyone was over stimulated, the queues were way too long especially for the targeted age group. The farm itself was great, there was lots to do, plenty of animals to see and pet how we the bluey event ruined the day.

Ordered at 14.27 and arrived at 16.40 cold. Very poor and inedible so the credit doesn’t even come close to the amount we paid. It’s just not good enough.

This pub and people are lovely the staff are lovely and friendly
