Jazz evening on a Friday with friends - bar but lack of good old-fashioned cigarette smoke hanging under rafters….. Great evening!

One of the loveliest coffee shops I’ve ever been too. I started going to Good Hands for open mic nights and with an amazing line up, twinkly fairy and instruments lining the walls this is the perfect venue. During the day it is similar to community hub, knowing that one can join in with any conversation and that the staff are always happy to see you and ready to chat.

We have holidayed in Tenerife many times and stayed in lots of different hotels from Los Cristianos to Costa Adeje. The Arona Gran must be one of the best we have stayed in. No negatives at all. Lovely pool area with one of the two pools heated and a good sized jacuzzi pool. Never a problem getting a sun bed, ( there were 4 of us) even though some people were bagging beds at 7.30 a.m !! really no need. The food was excellent and plenty of it. Always a good selection for breakfast and evening meal. Don’t understand why people want to pay so much extra for the “ UP” facility.Go out and explore the area , there’s lots to see

Wonderful chilled out vibe to this inclusive coffee house. I booked in for a massage with Tessa. Evidently Tessa is highly qualified I enjoyed a deep tissue heat massage and in 40 mins left feeling upgraded.

A very friendly place to rest weary feet and have a coffee or soup etc. Everyone receives a warm welcome. Music nights and open mic.

It is not just a café. When those shoulder and neck muscles are giving you the jip just book a session and you will feel relaxed for days.

Been here a few times now, would really recommend. Relaxing atmosphere, good prices and lovely owner. You should definitely skip Starbucks and give this place a try.

Small and comfortable venue for light lunches which transforms into a intimate music venue in the evening.

It is nice to see an independent café as opposed to another bland corporate offering. The ambience is attractive with a random selection of seating, from sofas to small tables and chairs, together with some outside seating. Conveniently there is parking outside, if you are lucky! I have no idea what the massage services are like but the café was ok. The only staff member on duty was pleasant and chatty. The food and drink was not particularly good value I am sorry to say, £7 for a 'brunch' toastie (ham egg cheese and pickle) and £3.5 for what could at best be described as a medium sized milk shake, was rather expensive. The coffees and tea seemed to be reasonably priced, and it would be a pleasant place to stop and watch the world go by from if you were in Frankwell and in need of refreshment.

We stopped here for late afternoon coffee and cake as we had often passed and thought it looked inviting. We swiftly wished we hadn't. Although the cafe was not particularly busy (3 other people in the room) the service was extremely slow and one item was completely forgotten until the waitress was reminded. The cake portions were extremely small - what we thought was one slice of chocolate cake (normal size in other establishments) had a small slice taken out of it, which was given as a freebie to one of the people that was talking to the waitress. Although alternatives to regular milk are provided the coffee is not great and only one size of cup offered. One to be missed!!

Went here for a live music evening- received a warm welcome and the place is lovely for intimate events. Drink prices are very reasonable and the proprietors are delightful.

My mother and I were travelling south & stopped in Shrewsbury for a coffee break & we saw this place as we came in to the town. We wished we had made the effort & walked into the main town centre to get a decent coffee & cake. We were not at all impressed with this place. Maybe you are in good hands if you are there for a massage however don't bother expecting a decent cuppa & a cake. We asked what choices they had for cake, only to be told there was only chocalate & beetroot cake - we were not impressed with this. Mum didn't have anything to eat but I had a packet of Sweet chilli crisps - they tasted funny so I didn't eat them. I took them with me & as I was driving home it suddenly dawned on me that the 'sell by date' I had seen on the packet was August 2016!!!! They had given me a packet of crisps TWO MONTHS out of date!!!! Needless to say I was fuming. How can a cafe so small manage to sell out of date foods ? which tells me they are NOT at all busy or too lazy to check their stock. Mum had black coffee & I had hot chocolate - both of which were not particularly hot. We just had our drink, used the bathroom & was out of that place within half an hour! We will definitely advise anybody going to Shrewsbury NOT to go there.

After a hilly bike ride with friends we stopped for coffee and cake ( excellent) and a warm welcome, with outdoor seating on a sunny day. The proprietor even generously waived the extra 50p I was short (no cards taken) when I found myself financially embarrassed- many thanks 'in good hands', I WILL return and repay you with my custom!

Stopped here for a quick lunch on a very sunny day. There are a couple of seats outside the front if you want to sit out. The staff could not have been more welcoming or kind. Sandwiches are an OK price and come with a really nice side salad. Give it a stop if you're passing by.

We stopped by for lunch at In Good Hands with our toddler daughter and had a very pleasant lunch. The vegetable soup had depth of flavour and the Mediterranean style platter was varied and fairly priced. Our daughter was well looked after, there were books and toys, we were all made to feel very welcome. I have also played music at this venue, with the band I'm in and can recommend it as a great place for music and atmosphere.

Had the misfortune to dine here recently on a night they had live music in the outside bar area. Food was awful, service was awful. We were told on arrival that they should not have taken our booking and the kitchen was closing soon so we were rushed. With hindsight we should have left and tried elsewhere. Never again
