Food completely inedible all in the bin

Not happy that the food was late, despite ordering as soon as restaurant opened. Generous portion size, arrived hot, but was not as tasty as we hoped

Terrible! Asked for a refund. Spring rolls were off! Chicken balls not cooked properly and special chow mein cold! Only thing edible was dumplings and aubergine!

Tried here as our regular place was shut and was pleasantly surprised! The satay sauce in particular was delicious and I also enjoyed the bean curd dish. Would definitely order again. I ordered for 6.45 specifically so it would be there when my husband arrived home but I don't think that part of the site works properly as they made and sent it straight away meaning it arrived 30 mins early. This was not a problem though as the containers kept the food warm till my husband got home and we didnt even need to heat it up and the food was still great.

The chicken in the chicken & mixed vegetable entree was so slimy to the point it was inedible. The spring rolls also had a horrible taste to them. Wonton soup was the only good part.

Arrived 20 mins late with one item missing. However, the food we did get was hot and tasty.

The food was good. I would order from this restaurant again as the portions were a good size.

The food was barely eadable. All food fell out of bags as soon as I opened the main bag so food Went all over the floor. The chicken was so bad I don’t think anyone could eat it. I will never order from here again. Worst Chinese I have ever attempted to eat

Awful customer service. Food arrived 30 minutes early we weren’t home (preordered with a 45-60minute processing time) eta 10:15-10:30 arrival. Called to ask them to delay apparently they are closed even though just eat still offering orders. Used to use all the time but never again

I had fond memories of this place but tonight was a let down.

Mostly really nice but the chicken chow mein was a little dry… also only 9 pork balls when it says 10. Smoked shredded chicken was delicious!

Chicken was not good quality at all. Large, soggy chunks of meat. Disappointed.

Veruy nice on the whole but in general you really need to re think how you value things.... how is a delicious duck cantonese style only 2 pounds more than a tub of rice... and you should look up a recipe for kung pao chicken... yours is rubbish

Possibly the worst Chinese I’ve ever had, sweet and sour chicken thought it was so tough must be pork , chicken in curry had a fat like covering prawn crackers were ok curry sauce little to no taste. Sorry 😬😬

Absolutely horrible food. Dry, inedible crispy duck, squid and ribs. Looks and tastes like reheated food. Expensive and such a disappointment! Avoid!!

we just spent £68 on a Deliveroo for two people. Sh1t, dry and overpriced food. The duck had no salad and plum sauce.. the duck and ribs were dry. I suspect reheated old food. !! I can’t start to describe the crispy squid. It was chewy.. the chicken chow mien was tasteless. When I called the attitude of staff was disappointing, referring me as a new customer so not used to the food. He just said the manager will call me back.. !! Other reviews reflect the same experience.

This was a £60 order, so I didn't expect it to be late by 40 mins, they had missed out on a portion of boiled rice and the food was average, I am hoping to get a refund to my card for that. This isn't my local as I was visiting family , so I wanted to treat them as they had cooked over xmas for us, but sadly was let down with this takeaway....not happy.😡

Hot and sour soup was amazing, so great after trying loads of rubbish ones at other places... crispy beef and tofu in black bean dishes were also great. Didn't like king prawn spicy sea salt or mixed veg, but can easily find alternative dishes for them next time!

Ordered at 6.30 pm to be delivered at 8pm and they’re still late. Chicken chowmein was good but lacked a little flavour but….the beef curry looked amazing…. Absolutely loads of beef but, I HAVE NEVER CHEWED SO MUCH IN MY LIFE …. It was horrendous. I’ve left so many good reviews for them as usually good but this was the worst ever Sorry guys, you need to up your game to get back to what you used to be like 😢

Worst Chinese food. I have ever tasted! Chow mein was basically super noodles with a prawn on top! The shredded chilli beef tasted like it’s been cooked in oil that had been used for 10 years! The salt and chilli squid was tougher than a rubber glove! The best thing about this meal was the prawn crackers, I’ll give you 4 star for those!

Good arrived 20 mins late. Delivery driver was nice tho. Food was Luke-warm. The noodles were overly spiced they were inedible. The ribs were all fat and my special fried rice was very bland. Not impressed

I ordered egg fried rice which could have more egg and seasoning. The vegetables in satey saus was a disappointment as no satey saus was added. I paid for it and hoped to get delivered good food.

I order from this restaurant as it does best prawn toast ever! Unfortunately I didn't order it on this occasion but order what was mushrooms in grease which is aka beef n mushroom. I was so shocked as never had problem before. Will give another chance everyone has off days evens chefs! Lol

Food wasn't great. The duck was really dry, deep fried squid was stodgy, and the curry didn't taste nice at all.

I order my take away at 8:00pm and by 9:20pm i called the restaurant asking about my order where i been told that would take another 40min... what a desaster service, i end up to seat my family on the table by 22:15pm... uncceptable

My favourite takeaway currently, the BEST chicken battered balls, love that they are bigger than anywhere else we have ordered please don’t change!. Would prefer larger chips rather than fries for the salt & chilli chips but that’s just personal preference. 5*

I ordered Stir Fry Bean Sprouts for £6.19 and instead received some sort of mixed vegetable dish which I could not eat as it contained sweetcorn which I am allergic too

The food was ok but a bit dry & overcooked particularly the Singapore noodles. The “crispy shredded chicken” was nothing like it should be. There was no sticky glazed texture, it wasn’t shredded, instead it looked more like chicken goujons in red batter, completely dry and sugary with some chopped chillies. Never had it like this before and was not enjoyable and wouldn’t order it again. The delivery was good and fast Overall I would say the food was ok/average.

Lovely and hot. Decent sized portions and great flavour.

I hardly ever give a bad review but last night's dinner was very disappointing. The noodles where overcooked and mushy. The chicken fried rice was tasteless and bland to the point we had to try and fix it up at home. Lastly the crispy wontons were not crispy just hard as rock and inedible. On the other hand the sweet and sour chicken and the honey pork were really good. Jus wished everything we was as good as the last two dishes.

Was really good. The only slight hiccup was a small bit of bone in one of the buns, and one of the complimentary fortune cookies had a broken seal (looks like it failed to seal correctly by the manufacturer).

The order was 2 hour late , the chips soggy, cold and inedible due to the white paper bag being stuck to them Food wet and cold due or condensation of being in a car for nearly 2 hrs

My food come cold the first time I have used this website and it was not what I thought.. my food was cold my chips were stale and not edible it was a waste of money if I’m being totally honest I am devastated I could have taken my daughters out for dinner instead we got a cold horrible takeaway..

We were happy with the quality of the food. However, we ordered the vegetarian Celebrate Chinese New Year Radish Cake - and while eating we discoverd that we were given one that contained meat. This was frustrating to find as it cost £9.99 and we were unable to eat it.
