This small non-fancy restaurant is situated in Westbourne arcade. Its decor is basic but the food is anything but. We went for the Sunday roast and were delighted with the quantity and quality of the food. We will be returning for the tagine which looks mouthwatering. Definitely recommend.

First visit for an early dinner for 2 vegetarians. A warm welcome, comfortable window table given so we could see out into Westbourne Arcade with its lovely Christmas lights. And the food!! Best vegetarian food in for sure so flavoursome and with an amazing selection of vegetables. I had the tagine .and my friend the Chef’s Special. Both so good we are returning to swop and try the one we didn’t have! Noticed an enticing variety of lighter dishes we will work our way through for shopping day lunches. Very reasonably priced (including the wines) and friendly and efficient service. 21.12.23

The food is incredible and huge portions! Fresh homemade bread, quality ingredients and nothing is too much trouble. Would 💯 recommend. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Came here for our works Christmas meal and the food was AMAZING! All freshly prepared and very generous portion sizes! We had a few dietary requirements, which was no issue for them but we did give notice. The staff were very attentive. I don't live locally but I will definitely be returning in the very near future. This place is a real gem.

Not what we expected from a Turkish meze restaurant. Menu was limited so much so that we decided not to eat after sitting down feeling sorry for the front of house team but the restaurant really needs to sort out its identity. Front of house team were rather confused and at times incoherent resulting in quite a bizarre experience

We paid for this experience through Groupon ( after reading reviews) and we were not disappointed, from entering the enchanting 18th century arcade that the restaurant is inside, the welcome when we walked in, the prompt and efficient service, to the lovely Roast Dinner (three very tasty courses) ! We have no hesitation recommending this place, and as I said to my partner at the time of our visit, once you’ve experienced the food and hospitality here, you would definitely come back time & time again. Real disappointment. Booked a Groupon deal based on positive reviews. Waited 45 mins for a starter, only to be told we were Groupon and the order was not put through! Offered a free soft drink for the extended wait. Starters came out luke warm, Calamari…dangerous. Waitress came out, muttered something about temperature that neither she nor we understood. Roast: the meat terribly over cooked, veg largely under cooked. Dessert: Apple and mango baklava, do not serve this if you don’t know how to. Microwaved, sloppy and did not resemble any baklava I have ever eaten. The waiter was accommodating to a degree and tried his best with what he had to work with. Would not recommend this place.

Despite the really positive reviews our experience really disappointed us. There was one other couple in on a Friday night and overhearing their feedback they would have rated the place highly. We were given free mezze which was a nice touch. But for us the meal and experience was poor. My wife's sea bass was overcooked but her potato slices were raw and prawns still had dirty veins in them. My tagine was very poor. The lamb which was described on the menu as tender was very tough and the food was needing seasoning. We were served by young staff who lacked knowledge and confidence. We shared feedback with them and were told they would tell the chef but with no one else in the restaurant he didn't appear and no feedback to us was given.

Had a 3 course Roast with Drinks through a Groupon voucher and we couldn't have asked for better. Service was lovely and warm and made my partner and myself feel very welcome. Food quality was absolutely fantastic, our personal favourite was the Chilli Chicken starter and again the chicken in the roast, both were seasoned brilliantly, would recommend to both couples and groups, also very sweet venue that has a lovely vibe and makes you feel at home :) definitely coming back :)

Weekend away and found this lovely restaurant, small & friendly it was fabulous food and service, very friendly the food was extremely tasty full of flavour, dessert we have a blueberry sponge, delicious and sponge so light. If visiting this part of the country I highly recommend
