The food was nothing like it was advertised !! Was discusting and I did nt have all my order

I simply stated that we needed a plain donor wrap due to my son being allergic to sauce and certain salads but it came with both and I’ve had to go get food from somewhere els. Absolute stupidity!

I got the lamb shwarma box with bulgur. The ingredients were very fresh and they even gave me some free bread 😋. Very good quality food for £9!

Worst place to order food , first the order was wrong and secondly the kebab were not even cooked.

Great food and generous portions. The place is brand new so everything looks clean and shiny, hopefully they keep it like that. Service is a bit chaotic at times, however I put it down to the staff getting the hang of the workflow and I'm sure it will improve with time. The food itself is of great quality, and meat is cooked over a real charcoal grill. The chicken shawarma is particularly tasty, as is the chicken shish. Haven't got round to sampling the lamb yet, but it looks and smells good. It's also 2 minutes walk from my yard so I expect to become a regular customer

I've been hesitant to eat from here before now, but took the plunge and man... I'm an idiot. Came recommended by a neighbor and it was bloody delicious! The place was clean and tidy, friendly staff and quick service, all at what I would say is a very reasonable price. I'll be visiting again for sure!

Just avoid, had food that looked like it had been sat on, it was cold and when I called the restaurant they would only replace part of the order, absolute joke

If I could give it zero I would, delivered order that was a joke squashed and cold the guy at the shop said if I drove to him he would place part of it, nice customer service, shame because I have used them before but like a lot of food takeaways the quality slips

Working local for a while and we came to iGrill on the first day....we've been back EVERY DAY since without fail. Great food, big portions and great prices. The staff are friendly and happy to serve and even got thrown a few extras as we were returning customers. FRESH salad every day and the chicken and lamb mix box is probably one of my favorite meals I've had. Solid 9/10 every single time.

Ok ok, I’ve ate here all week, every lunch time as working close by and what can I say! I’ve tried a lot of the menu and I fully rate this place! From the chicken or lamb or mixed shawarma wraps, too the bbq box meals from the Rice to Bulgur and the super fresh salad this place has it all! Real authentic feel and cooked with passion too! My favourite dish probably the chicken shawarma box, with fresh salad and bulgur or rice, everything here is cooked fresh infront of you, either off the hot coals or from the kebab spinner, good solid flavours too super fresh salad with big selection not just you’re standard. Also fresh bread for wraps made In front of you the crispiest but tasty naan! I rarely hype somewhere up so much but this place is quality food good flavours and great staff also! And not to forget VALUE FOR MONEY! This spot has it all! Overall rating is solid 8.5/10 - and I’ll be returning more often! Keep up the good work!

Ordered kebab, no salad no souses

My partner and I had the Mixed Grill for two (eat in) The freshly grilled meats, burgul and salad tasted amazing. The portion sizes were great value too. Would recommend!

Not as warm as I would expect. seeing as they are 3 mins away.

Wasn’t very warm the rice was hard in places not quite sure what I made of it to be honest it felt like it had been warmed up

I don’t leave reviews very often however, I’m not sure if they made a mistake or something but I ordered a chicken sheesh wrap, and this is what I received, I’m not sure why they gave me a brown wrap as the other photos on the reviews show a normal wrap. As you can see from the photo it was soggy and hardly any chicken, my daughter did enjoy her chicken nuggets though so that’s something.

Surprisingly great shawarma. I’ve been past this place a few times and it never looks that busy so I assumed it was nothing special but I was wrong. Tbf it’s got a pretty high rating on google review and it’s completely deserved. There’s not many places in Bristol that do proper shawarma and this is one of them. Really good quality lamb meat and nothing to complain about with the salad and condiments. They chuck the wrap in the grill for a few mins too which is a nice touch. Chips were decent too. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu

Had a mixed shawarma and it was just amazing really enjoyed it the staff there was really friendly. Definitely recommend and worth the price. Will be definitely coming again.

We came for lunch and got the falafel wrap, bbq chicken wrap and cheesy chips. Everything was freshly cooked in front of us and absolutely delicious. Great portion sizes for the price too 👍🏻

This place used to be 5* but that was when the wraps were actually homemade naans. Now they’ve swapped that out for basic processed wraps. Bring back the naan!

The food was not to my taste, not to say others won't enjoy. The food was fresh and the staff friendly and my major only downside was the portion size was very small. I may go back as I work nights and they open early. I payed £9 for my food but my opinion only worth £5 or £6 for what I got. Just my opinion so please try for yourself if interested.

They've stopped making the homemade naan for the shawarma wraps, instead using wraps. The shawarma is still great but this was what made it amazing. Also portion of chips was really small this time.

Used to love this place, the freshly cooked naan from the tandoori oven that the kebabs went in was amazing & made the food really special. Had it today and really disappointed to find they’re using ready made wraps now, nowhere near as tasty as the homemade naan they had before. The fillings are still great, tasty meat & good choice of fresh salad, good value. If they got the homemade naan back it’s exceptional food without it, it’s acceptable but I won’t be rushing back again. Shame as it used to be our fav & just round corner too.

Worst thing I have eaten. Lamb wrap I guess it was. Completely cold and smelt horrible. Hardly anything in the wrap just an small Amount of lamb and a few bits of salad. Tasted oily and horrible so didn’t eat it.

Food came on time only postive.. Freezing cold dog food, through in bin.. disgusting 🤢

Great lil place for a shawarma. Parking is a bit of pain in the area but you can park on the side roads to get there. Cash only, but a machine 1min down the road. £10 gets you a wrap, chips and a drink. Good value for what you get. Would go again.

Just on the off chance got a couple of falafel wraps for lunch (there's two of us, I'm not that greedy!), absolutely fantastic, flatbread cooked to order, falafels crispy yet soft in the middle, and fresh salad. A short wait but as it's all being made fresh, no problems. Really good value as well, £6 each! Will be going back to try the shawarma sometime soon!

First time visiting, and all I can say is wow! We had falafel wrap with salad and houmous - the best we've had. Decent portion size and value for money. Will definitely return and have recommended to friends 😊

Really excellent. We have been looking for a regular kebab shop for a while and failing to find something to remember. This seems like it could be it! Great bread, nice fresh salad, and lovely kebabs.

Absolutely exceeded expectations!! I love shawarma and have had it in different locations around the world. Good ol' Broadwalk in hometown Brizzle is up there with the best. Tonight was my first order here since it opened and it certainly won't be the last. I had mixed shawarma wrap, my wife had vegan halloumi wrap. Both were incredible in portion size, quality of food and flavour. The lads working there were polite, courteous and very allergy/food hygene aware. Well impressed. Keep it up lads! See you again soon.

Rarely feel compelled to leave a review for anywhere but there is a dearth of decent kebab places in general and I haven't had a decent "döner" since living in Germany. You can tell the quality of the meat is on another level because it's not just minced and reformed. Salad was fresh and lots of sauce options. Had the lamb shawarma. Will be back 100%

Halloumi wrap was spot on. Loads of filling, nice pieces of crisp yet soft halloumi. The fresh bread made in the tandoor on the spot was delicious. Nice people and atmosphere. Definitely coming back as good for veggies and vegans.

Great new shawarma grill up broadwalk,they cook the dough fresh and the magic spinning sticks of meat look great. All salad fillings are fresh in the salad counter and the end product was amazing as well as reasonably priced. Service was excellent, very friendly and on top of their game. Will definitely be coming back multiple times,... Check it out you won't be disappointed. 10 outta 10.

I should be ashamed to say I have been here three times this week already. First time was the shawarma wrap which was delicious, the salad, the freshly baked naan bread and the fresh meat makes it the best Shawarma I have had. The second and third time was for a shawarma box with rice. It's nice to have something healthy to eat when you really can't be bothered to cook but also don't want junk food. That being said you can always add chips to your order :) Really friendly staff. Efficient service. 10/10!

Had this for the first time tonight really amazing the flavours are so lush would definitely recommend.

Ordered a lamb and chicken shawarma with a box of cheesy chips. All items made fresh, bread. Cooked in a flat oven. Takes a little time but worth the wait, Had one with all the salad and garlic Mayo. One with nothing but the Mayo. Both tasty, filling and reasonable value, Not bad health wise either My new go to take out in Knowle. 5 star.

They are a new grill shop, getting set up still it feels like. Food tasted fresh, and decent. I personally could do with a bit more flavour and taste m, I'm hoping they'll workout the recipes eventually. They don't accept cards yet so it is cash only at the moment.

Had the shawarma box & a portion of chips last night and it was excellent, Amazing flavours & taste. Outstanding quality & value.
